We stopped here on our way back to Ohio since it was near the freeway. We didn't have to wait to have 7 people sat which was nice. 🌟 There are tons of options on the menu with a wide variety of sandwiches, sides, and salads. Our food didn't take long at all to come out. We all ordered something different (photos below). Overall, I enjoyed the club sandwich but the broccoli was undercooked and not warm. 🥦 We bought some cookies to go and they were pretty good. 🍪 This was a decent spot for a quick bite to eat for a decent price. 👌🏻

The location is closed for remodel. I shouldn't have had to call corporate to find this out myself. Put a message on your answering machine or website explaining why you are closed and when you will reopen. The answering machine just says they are closed, not for how long or why or anything. This is not a good look, and it's pretty irresponsible.

The food is average, and the service is hit or miss at this location...portions are overpriced for their small size. The tasty ✨breakfast buffet✨ is the best reason to dine at Eat'n Park, however.The overall ambiance leaves much to be desired since the lighting is a tad too bright and, unfortunately, too many other diners either overtly 🧐stare or listen nosily🙄 which my dining companions and I find to be annoying and inconsiderate...a rudeness that we happily do not experience👍 in other area restaurants, by the way🙂

The family and I wanted salad Bar. We drove to West Virginia and visited Eat n Park it was a great decision. A very well stocked and clean salded bar. The Waiter Seth outstanding...

Clean restaurant. Service was good. The dining room was a little empty but it was later on a weekday so probably not too abnormal. The quality of the food was good. I had an omelette and it met expectations. We had a small group of six and the waitress in training handled our party well.

The food was like warm at best. Scrambled eggs were more of a fried egg folded. Sunny side up egg was over cooked. Service was poor in a not busy place. Never came to check on us or refill our water glasses. Not worth the money

Service ok, food was decent, buffet was actually well kept this time. Typical Eat'n Park, nothing out of the ordinary. ** Update: They've recently remodeled, the place looks great. Even the service was a little better this time.

Got there after 8 p.m. seemed to be only one server working the dining area. Salad bar is back up, but they shut it down at 9 p.m.

Food was good and our waiter was awesome, very professional and pleasant, but the employee setting up the soup/salad bar was awful. She was behind having it set and was heard telling customers 'Do you see the light on yet?? It's not ready'. She angrily shoved the spoons and tongs in each container and shaking her head very obviously annoyed at the customers. Very rude. We waited a good 15 minutes AFTER ordering the soup and salad bar to be able to get anything from it. It's not the customers fault that she's behind doing her job and definitely shouldn't display her attitude to the customers.

We stopped here around 930pm. There were almost no customers and almost no service. Our server had to be asked repeatedly for basics - silverware, boxes for takeout of leftovers, our checks. We waited probably a half hour for very simple food orders. I left no tip. She didn't earn it

Eat N Park is a great family friendly place to go to enjoy! Food is great, service is excellent, and clientele seems to always be pleasant and respectful of everyone else there. Great for business meetings, family get-togethers, or just a quiet night out or quick pick me up! You can't go wrong!

Had the best meal and service with Diane. She was so nice and made us feel at home. Especially with our crazy 2 year old. Everything was perfect!

I ordered the pot roast sandwich ( contained very little meat) mashed potatoes (If I wanted instant I would have stayed home) the potato soup was the one saving grace it was delicious. The waitress was mia and had to ask the server to get her several times ( they weren't busy). I forgot why I stopped eating there. Food quality has really dropped. Oh yeah a slice of pie is 6.99 or 7.99. However I can buy a whole pie for 13. What a pathetic rip off.

We dine in and order delivery here all the time and are always very pleased with everything. The chicken salads are my favorite and they are accommodating with food allergies. Today they have went the extra mile though. I ordered delivery for my family and the doordash driver left with the wrong order. The restaurant caught it immediately and called to alert me that the delivery is going to be wrong but their general manager was on their way to personally deliver our order. Now that is customer service 👏

Food Service and Atmosphere were good, but the amount of food you get for your dollar held it back. I got the mile high meatloaf, and there was not much. Other than that one complaint, great.

Worse place to work. Favoritism at it's finest. No repercussions for anything you do unless your good at your job. They over work the good servers to the brink of quiting. I would not recommend this job for anyone or for anyone starting off.
