This Mall is very unique. A movie theater that you can enjoy right next to a food court. The Sears is closing in November so that’s definitely a big hit to this mall. Originally this mall was a open air center with you guessed it Sears. The mall still has Boscov’s. Maybe a Target or something good can fill the empty space.

Mall is pretty much abandon. They have Shoe carnival and Spencer's. Attached to a new Indian restaurant called Frye and food court has Tariyaki grill (which is really good). Used to be a great mall, but it definitely needs demolished and replaced with something new.

Seems the mall could open to many stores, businesses, etc. A very quiet place on a weekday. So many services could open up, good opportunities in a mall for health and financial services too.

Sad, ghost town, it seems over half the mall is vacant, hardly any shoppers. Some nice real foilage through out, clean stores and halls.

I love dead/dying malls - especially when they keep their original charm while they transition to better cater to the local community. This mall is well maintained but doesn’t have much in the way of major storefronts (Kay Jewelers, Spencer’s, and awesome pet store, and more). Charming vintage movie theater and a very retro Boscov’s. If you like exploring what once was and seeing how it can hold on for those who still patronize it, this mall is a treat.

Re vamp this mall! It's a nice mall, great location but in desperate need of some really good retail stores. Also a better food court. If I had the money to do it, I would definitely bring in other stores and attractions to make this mall great again. It has the potential to be awesome. Make it great.

It's a shame that malls have become dinosaurs / relics of the past. The place was nice, but half the of the retail outlets were empty. The pet store in my opinion was the best part of about this mall, among the few other retailers we had visited.

Sadly, there are many closed stores in this mall. Even worse since Sears closed. Best store anchored to it is Boscovs. I really hope the can turn it around. I hate going to these other strip malls in the winter and having to walk to other stores out in the elements, or drive around. In door malls like this are the best.

Not the best seating for the movie theater, but you can't beat the prices. Prices for the movies are super cheap and the concessions are considerably cheaper than other theaters.

This mall fit our needs well- my family needed a walk out of the cold, lunch, and a diversion. It was spacious and clean, restrooms were clean, asian food was tasty, I got an amazing chai latte from a kiosk and fresh fruit, and the coin rides delighted my toddler. Very affordable stores and hospitable staff throughout. I most appreciated how clean and bright it was with the live plants indoors. My husband needs to walk and my baby needs to crawl on the floor! Plenty of people and not too crowded on a Tuesday. I normally hate malls because of the oversexualized teens in advertisements in my face everywhere I look, and the mobs of depressed teens roaming throughout. This was a nice change. It was nice to see a variety of stores and a variety of ages. Also found nice stuff for kid and baby. In and out for $50. Thanks CP!

Not very many stores left in the mall. I’m sure they are struggling. The food court has like 4 options. I love the pet store.

Empty and no real food court. Hardly any stores. There is a Spirit Halloween but there are almost no other stores. Literally only two restaurants open in a food court at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night. It seems like the entire mall closes by 9:00 p.m. . No play area or nothing to bring children here

This mall used to be a great place - full of life. Bustling with customers. Not any more. Pretty late empty. There seems to be more stores closed than open. Dark and gloomy. There really is no reason for me to go back.

I'm so old, I remember this mall before Boscov's moved in, and the whole place was remodeled. (It was a real dump back then) Now, everything is clean, well lit, and pleasant to walk through. The Food Court is also a vast improvement over the former cafeteria. I do kinda miss Sears.

I remember skipping school back in 97 to spend the day at the Colonial Park mall which at the time was overflowing with shopping options. Sad to say those days are long gone. The mall being just a sliver of its old self with over 75% of the stores vacant, a narrowing customer base, and only two options remaining in the once flourishing food court. The few that remain standing include Spencers, Rue 21, Zootopia, and Boscovs. I wouldnt recommend this mall if your looking for a lot of options and probably wouldn't suggest stopping unless to say goodbye to memories of the past.

It is nowhere near as busy as the Harrisburg Mall because there's only one anchor store in there boscov's. But it is very laid back and their food court actually has a couple of places that are not bad especially the pizza place and strangely enough for a mall that has most of its stores closed I believe it has like three jewelry stores. If you know what you're getting and they have it there at that mall you won't have a long wait and you don't have issues with parking

Colonial Park Mall is getting the five star review because of the nice young lady in Claire’s boutique for the life of me. I cannot remember her name right now, but she will know who she is when I mentioned my dog Diamond. My dog is a service animal, and she is a very friendly service animal. I have tried over and over to break her of that habit, but she senses when people are sad, happy, I will just need someone to hug or talk to. And she finally believes that she is the one to do this, So as I was entering Claire’s boutique, the young lady started panicking and I can tell it was sincere. She was terrified as she asked me to please not bring the dog in there. She explain to me how she was attacked by a family pet and it was devastating to her. You could tell so of course even though Diamond is a service animal I would not in any way bring any kind of post traumatic stress to this woman, so Diamond waited outside of the store with my friend. Diamond kept watching this young lady with a facial expression. I cannot explain in the young lady kept watching Diamond. For some reason, the young lady decided that she needed to face her fears, and she decided to do this that very moment with Diamond! It was a sight to see a Diamond was very gentle and in this, I saw the fear in this woman’s eyes remove itsel! not only did she give some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was able to give her something in return, comfort. Now we go back often to see her and to purchase things out of Claire’s that has become our regular store and Diamond‘s favorite store because she gets to see her. I just want to thank this young lady for taking a chance with Diamond and now she has let that fear go and made a friend! See you soon our new friend at Claires!

The colonial park mall has definitely improved in the past year. They have a lot More shops that I like to shop at. Small business owners have begun to rent a call and have become quite successful Hopefully by the end of the year the colonial park mall will be full and it will once again be a great mall

Not what it once was. But Kay jewelers inside the mall I highly recommend. Best service I have ever got. Wonderful people and great prices.

Nice place to walk. I’m grateful that Zoomania, Magic Nails, Boscov’s and Colonial Park Movie theater are all still there.

The only store I went to was Boscovs which is pretty much typical! There is very little to attract me at that mall except for Boscovs. It is my favorite department store and I always find something there and today was no exception! I love that store!

The only reason I am giving the mall a 2 star raiting is because the mall manager needs to be replaced, because he is the main reason why stores are leaving (as well as the pending sheriff sale) over all there are a few selections of stores that give veriaty.

I am truly disappointed in what this mall has become. Too many empty stores, it seems management has no clue what they are doing. I am sad to see it close.

The mall is dead and still actively dying. There's a bit of life left in Boscovs and a few of the things nearby but generally not worth your time anymore, sadly.

This mall is going downhill! Only Boscov’s and a movie theater left as a true anchor. There is other stores as well including Shoe Carnival, Rue21, Nerf Battle Center and a few more.

Needs to reinvent itself. Attract different types of retailers to fill a void in the area for shopping. Or offer small local businesses start up space to establish themselves.

The pet store is a nice place to adopt an animal. We adopted three guinea pigs

This place is dead just like every other mall in America. Its sad to see. I was very sad to see the Frackville mall get torn down. I remember when they built it they were going to make it a state prison but changed their minds. Guess I better make a visit to colonial Park mall before its too late and I can't.

👍 Stopped in 5 Below, friendly greeting by staff but not impressed with the cheap quality of every day items and the high price of candy and many other things. Went to Dollar Tree, enjoyed seeing new items and the friendly staff.

😐 Whoever owns this plaza should repave the parking lot and update the exteriors of the building. A lot of unlevel areas and general wear and tear of the macadam.

👍👍 Great food and great VET experience and appreciation. Lots of BBQ sauces to try, and solid side items. Price is on the high end for fast food but worth the few extra bucks!
