One of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've experienced. Hands-on operator going table to table to make sure everybody was happy. Food is always consistently good. Waffle fries could have been hotter but still so good.

Besides this place being super busy most of the day, we like going here when we can. It's a little pricey for our family of 7 (then what isn't) but it's worth the splurge every once in a while. Food & service is top notch for a fast food facility. Would recommend.

When it comes to Chick-fil-A, you can't go wrong! Yes they have a BEST chicken, lemonade & sauces... But more than that that surpass every other food establishment not just fast food in their care for us as the customer.

We take the opportunity to stop whenever we can. We enjoy the food! Speed and efficiency are key but kindness and cleanliness are important too. Worth an eat in or a trip through the double drive through. Signage is good to find parking or drive through.

We needed fast food, and didn't want to be disappointed with quality, taste, and freshness. So we went to Chick-FIL-A for preblessed food! Peppermint Chip Milkshake was heavenly!

I'm not going to deep dive here. It's Chic FIL A. The food is good the kids with the iPads are amazing and so friendly It's almost weird. Typical, and while you may not like the politics they do run a good fast food joint. This location is kind of in a weird place. The line is slightly counterintuitive. That's the knock on the atmosphere. Seriously though the food is great and the line moves so quickly.

We live right down the street from them and the drive through is always backed up and crazy yet the service is quick and the workers friendly. We order delivery a lot and they are always quick and the food is fresh. Other fast food places should take note: staff correctly and pay your people well... and you will have a superior product that customers will flock to.

I love stopping by this great Chik-fil-A while in Hershey! Their food is made with love and care! Tried their cold brew coffee and it's a great option for hot summer days!

It was the perfect stop for food on the road trip back home. We were shocked to see a menu hanging off the tablets because the restaurants back home don't seem to have them. And when our group saw the cheese dipping sauce, we were even more excited. It was another welcomed surprise.

This place was absolutely packed. But even with that and sitting outside, someone came around to see if they could refill our drinks or if we needed anything. I just love how friendly everyone is. And if someone isn't, I feel like nobody accepts it and they move along. Food is always consistent.

Went through drive thur and the girl took my order rudely she rolled her eye at me when I asked for small menu, as of I should know the menu by heart, I never go to chick FIL a .. I ordered a delx chicken sandwich she put in SPICE DELEX . My sandwich was terrible and I had cold fries. It was snowing so I didn't bother turning around to get my food fixed.. won't go here again.

Their breakfast is the best things tbh. Usually always hot but this time my hasbrowns were Luke warm and soggy. No crisp at all. Other than that what I got was great. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and added bacon egg and cheese to it. Theynever have a problem customizing the order which I truly appreciate.

The reason I gave it such low rating is because I can make much better food. They could give me this food, and I give it to the homeless because it’s not fit for most people to eat. I can make a better sandwich than they can and if they think they can well, they don’t know what they’re talking about.

Chikfila never disappoints in terms of taste. My only contention is that the girl taking my order was distracted with talking to her friends and I somehow ended up purchasing two medium fries. This wouldn't be a problem but, of course, the fries weren't free. Otherwise, thanks again Chikfila!

Typical Chick-fil-A experience. This was my kids first time in one with a playground, so aside from the tears when we pulled her away to eat her meal, it was a good experience. This location was super busy when we got there but the staff worked like a well oiled machine.

I had put a mobile order in. When it was ready my food was but not my drinks. I let the staff know. Still I waited another 10 mine and no drinks still. Finally the manager came and I told her the situation. She got my drinks right away and refunded my whole order. Very appreciative as my food was now cold.

Always have pleasant employees and no matter how busy they are their customer service is always great. Food is fast and always good with little to no order mistakes.

This is a good place to go if you want a really good chicken sandwich. They also have a variety of other chicken items on the menu too.They also serve breakfast. One of our favorite items we really love, is their Peach Milkshakes, that actually have real bits and pieces of peaches in the shakes. Unfortunately they don't have them until the summer months. But we think they are worth the wait. The people that work there are really friendly. Very clean place, good vibes. We highly recommend anyone to try out this restaurant.

Just like all other Locations, this one exceeds expectations. The BEST fast food in the country. The only one left that cares enough about the customer. Staff is always courteous and the food is consistently great. With the volume of consumers they do an efficient job at expediting orders. Would love if they could remodel their store foot print to accommodate the amount of traffic during peak hours. Ordering ahead helps to alleviate a bit of congestion.

I have never visited this location up until today. Everyone here was SO nice despite how slammed they were and super efficient. I had never picked up inside before, they were very kind in regards to directing me and helping me efficiently get my many orders I was picking up. Everything was delicious and staff is fantastic!

My favorite place. My family started fast food Fridays because we have a chick fil a in our area. The only fast food place that feel like a restaurant. Image eating your meal and a polite work walk up to your table, greets you and ask you if you would like your drink to be refilled. On chick fil a. What a experience. My kids love the place

Foods great every time. But the parking lot situation is worse than any other fast food restaurant anywhere. Want to park your car and walk inside. You can’t you have to sit in the 85 car double lane for the drive through to get to a parking space to pick up an order or sit down and eat.

Best Chick-fil-A in area as far as cleanliness, customer service and speed. They are always the nicest people and I stopped for a gift card for my dad and grabbed dinner. They are very accu6. Must have amazing kitchen staff.

I got the chicken biscuit. I've never had anything from Chick-fil-A that I was not pleased with. Their food is always hot, flavorful, and fresh. The chicken is juicy and tender, the biscuit was soft and fluffy. The service was quick and accurate. The person taking the order was knowledgeable and friendly. Love their menu. The dine in area is clean.

First - Food was great as was the staff! That's the most important part! However, this is one of the busiest we have ever seen and we travel full time. What makes it a 3 star is the drive thru line kinda overshadows the parking area and was very confusing on how to enter it.

Very good, we were there for a busy lunch hour and they were still super friendly and fairly quick. We got our food to go but I took a moment to use the restroom and they place was clean. There was a lady wiping tables and asking people if they needed anything, how nice is that?

Great CFA! I only do dine-in (but the drive thru is reasonably quick) and I’m always served w/a smile. Everyone who walks around the store is smiling and helpful and checking in. Cindy and Mayra are always keeping the dining room in top top shape. The play area is clean and well maintained. I love when my kids ask to come here to eat. They think it’s their own personal second home.

Great chicken served by polite and well trained employees. The drive through lines are always long but it moves along at a steady pace. They always get the order right and they always have great manners.

Amazing as always. I had ordered a 30 piece nugget. Which I knew would take a bit. They moved me to drive through waiting spot and were faster than I thought they would be. And everyone is so polite and nice. My 15 year old even commented on how nice they are.

Excellent experience dining at this location. We had the best meal, food was delicious and our order was perfect. The restaurant was so clean! Staff was friendly and very kind, we felt well taken care of. I was so impressed by the promptness of service, taste of the food, cleanliness of the restaurant and by observing the staff interacting with themselves and guests. Great job! This was probably my worst experience at a Chick Fil A. The service was fine and time was reasonable, but my spicy chicken sandwich was made incorrectly. It was supposed to be with American cheese and I got one with pepper-jack even though the label said differently. The sandwich looked like it was sitting around for a long time. The lettuce was all wilted and gross with what looked like a fresher piece added to make the sandwich look better, the chicken was soggy, and the cheese looked horrible. I have never had bad food from Chick-Fil-A before, so this was shocking. Sadly I had taken it back to my workplace, otherwise if I was there I would have said something. Just check your food before you leave.
