TL;DR Version: Just because it’s Hilton, doesn’t mean it’s quality. Stay away. As a Hilton Diamond member, this is absolutely the worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed in out of many Hilton hotels across the country. The room was filthy and non-functional in many ways. The bathroom had mold/mildew covering the shower head. The support rails and shower seat had it too. It was clear there wasn’t an attempt to keep it clean. The toilet was leaking to the point it had to refill the tank every 4 minutes forcing me to shut the water off every night to try and sleep. The blinds were non-functional and closed, so there was no natural light in the room. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. After putting in a call to maintenance and asking for housekeeping to clean the room, the only noticeable difference was a partially cleaned shower head, but even that wasn’t done to completion. Literally nothing else got resolved. Housekeeping never came. During check-in, they couldn’t properly run my card, so two charges for the stay showed up. They were able to resolve it during check-out, but I was left wondering the entire trip if I was going to have to fight them on this. It’s insane they charge over $200/night. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. I recommend going anywhere else. It’ll be hard to be worse.

The hotel was great. The room and service were great. I just didn't like my bed. It was like sleeping on plywood. Too hard. The food was excellent. They need to make sure that children are kept under parental care at all times. When i was there, several children were running up and down the halls, making a lot of loud noise and laughing for at least 1 to 2 hours. I was in bed trying to sleep. Where were the parents? Other hotels have a quiet time starting at 10 pm. I didn't see any signs stating this.

Hotel was nice, but didn't have the usual amenities that you get at most Hilton brand hotels. Continental Breakfast is not free. Room did not have shampoo or conditioner. Overall though, hotel was nice, clean, and centrally located in Harrisburg and only 15 minutes away from Hershey. Was just caught off guard that Continental Breakfast was not included. Room had soap, but no shampoo or conditioner. Not sure if was accidentally missed or they don't provide. Room was spacious, clean and, had a microwave. I'd stay again, but will be better prepared next time.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is in the area and needs a stay nearby! During our trip to Hershey park my family and I stayed here for a few nights and it was a very convent stay near Hershey! If you and/or your family is planing to visit Hershey, it’s only about a 15 to 20 minute ride there. I found this hotel to be fairly clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and were quite spacious to my surprise. The lobby area was also pretty nice, and has a lounge area as well as tables to sit at to eat. The hotel does serve breakfast every morning where you can sit at the tables in the lobby and you can choose to get a cooked meal or the buffet. Although the hotel does serve breakfast, it is not complimentary and prices may vary depending on what you order. The hotel also has a nice patio area outside as well as an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. However, I wasn’t super pleased with how clean the outdoor and indoor pool was. The water was cloudy and I noticed there were some bugs in it and it just did not seem particularly clean. I am not sure if that was just because of the certain day or time we went, but I would recommend checking the water first just in case! But besides that the hotel and it’s property is a very nice hotel and quite convenient for anyone in the area!

Stayed here as I was visiting Hershey since the rooms are way cheaper for the same room and only a 20 minute drive. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. No issues checking in or out and there was plenty of convenient parking. Definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel. I traveled with my daughters to see a concert at Hershey. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I’m not a honors member but it sure felt like we were. The room was very clean and comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. Definitely 5 star rating for this hotel in all areas! I’m so impressed that I’m thinking of joining their Hilton honors rewards membership. I will most certainly seek out another Hilton on my travels.

I have never stayed at a Hilton or Hampton and had to pay for breakfast, we came down in the morning and went the the breakfast area where we found the usual sausage, eggs, potatoes and started to have breakfast which again has always been included, while at our table a women comes by and asks if we had the buffet or ordered off the menu and then told us it was not included, we paid $27 for a basic free hotel breakfast, when I asked the front desk they then told us it was not included and you would of had to pay extra when we reserved the room. We will not be using this hotel any more.

What to say I’ve been a diamond member for 10+ years and I’ve got a few things on my profile. I just asked to be on an upper floor and away from the elevator I check into this location at 3:30. The parking lot is completely empty and I ask him, could I please have an upper floor on the darker side and before I could not even finish my thought when he said rooms already been assigned lately key down and tell me to have a nice day. Well I get to my room and it couldn’t be any more directly right across from the elevator, so guess here at this hotel they do not like looking at their diamond members, preferences or give them the benefits of doubt when they pre-assigned hotel room. Myself nor any of my colleagues will stay at this place again.

I brought my youth hockey team to this hotel for a Halloween tournament in the area. I received multiple praises from my team about clean rooms, good food, warm atmosphere, etc. This hotel choice was perfect for us! They worked with us on many things trying their best to accommodate us. I really appreciate and applaud the staff for their effort! Would definitely stay here again! One small suggestion would be to provide real Half & Half for the coffee station (coffee was good). But it's a small thing. Everything was great otherwise!

Rooms do not reflect the cost. DO NOT eat the breakfast. It is so low quality it should be included, or omitted entirely. Greasy, hard, dry could describe everything from the toast to the eggs and sausage. Bathrooms are sparse and sad, no beauty or detail in rooms that would justify the price other than the brand name. Could’ve been a motel 6

Hey needs a new cook. Everyone was great but the food was not good. Got pinia colotta's and it was served in a plastic cup and way too much alcohol in it. Food was greasy and not good. Because of this we did not partake in the breakfast buffet. But like i said servers where very nice. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean but no bar of soap for may husband to shower with. He used the face soap. He doesn't like the body wash like the women do. Lol Notice that the motel needs some updating. We paid over 200.00 and felt it was a bit steep for a 1 nights stay. But overall it was a nice experience with the staff.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean, coffee was always available in the morning, housekeeping clean our room everyday.

Stay was great, room was clean and staff friendly. Morning staff was rude and charged for “complimentary breakfast”.. the lady who served the breakfast came out to my car and attempted to address me, super unprofessional behavior. This stay was great until that.

Super nice, clean hotel. Plenty of parking with a wrap around parking lot. Big pretty lobby. Restaurant downstairs. . Super nice young lady at the front desk. 5 floors. Nice rooms. Firm queen beds. Definitely recommend.

The hotel experience was great. And most of the food service was great except the breakfast experience. My server was rude and didn't follow simple instructions I asked of her. She also tried to charge my card twice for tip. The front desk was looking into it and I hope to have a resolution.

Good location, clean rooms. Breakfast is paid but good. Larger facility so lots of room options. Close distance to good food, drinks, etc.. only about 10 minutes from the airport. I have stayed here a few times, very consistent.

Stayed for the Blink show last night at Hershey stadium. Clean room. I loved the refillable soap, shampoo, lotions available to guests. Nicer than the mini bottles, less plastic waste:) No blackout curtains which was surprising to me. Those would have been nice.

Hotel bedding needs upgraded badly AC makes way too much noise, made it hard to sleep Rooms need a bit more decorative touch, 1 small painting on all 4 walls was underwhelming. All floor and night stand lights used bright white LED bulbs, was blinding to look at and we had to turn them all off, they either need to change to soft white or allow customers to dim them. Awful choice

Enjoyed our stay very nice clean hotel. The young gentleman Evian (hopefully I’m spelling correct) at the front desk was so friendly and nice to us. We got to have a small convo with him and he truly made our stay that much better. What a great young gentleman. Thank you Evian!

Stayed on our weekend to Hersheypark. Great location...close enough to the park to make it worth the savings, lovely hotel overall...lots of seating in the lobby area. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We will stay here again!

Stayed here for four nights in one of the 'suite' room options that has a living area and bedroom as well as an extra half bath...it was probably the best hotel experience we have had as a family of four so far - primarily due to the large room size I think! Room and hotel were nicely updated, indoor and outdoor pool and the front desk staff were responsive to the few questions/requests we had through our stay. If we are in the area again, we would look to stay here.

My daughter is a student at PSU so this is a hotel that I would not mind coming to each time I visit her. It was clean. The staff were very nice. The pool area is nice. Only thing I would say that could improve is the bathrooms. They could use some updating but my room was very comfortable.

We had an overall good experience here. The service staff was amazing. We had an incident in the middle of the night with our baby and the staff was quick to help. Miss Joyce at the breakfast bar was a joy to be around and talk too, I would personally come back to this hotel just because of her!!! Very easy access to wherever we wanted to go including Hershey Park. If you're looking for a good ace for you and your family to put your head down for a few nights, I would highly recommend this place!

My stay was amazing! The property was clean and well kept. Everyone greeted me and Victoria was Awesome at check in and helping me to get the wifi to work on my laptop.
