First time being here during a weekday around 3pm. Pros: The place wasn’t crowded and spaced out comfortably. I enjoyed how the games for toddlers were separate from those for older kids/adults. I enjoyed the convenience of ordering food through an app from our table and the pizza was good. The facility was extremely clean and well organized. Cons: We ended up waiting longer than we should have for our food. I had to track help down after 10mins of our pizza being late and there was confusion about where our food was and why it hadn’t came out. The pizza was small even though it was supposed to be a medium and it was expensive. My suggestion, make sure you eat before you go! The games seemed to last longer than the other C.C we were used to going to. The only issue i found was that our points were being taken faster. It was like some games zapped more points than others and i found it incredibly difficult to win tokens for my toddler even when he hit most targets. I’m not sure if this has been noticed by others. I’m basing my experience from another Pennsylvania C.C that we’ve been to 3 times in comparison to our first time here. The price for submitted tokens is incredibly expensive for the items. A tootsy-roll was over 100 tokens! These C.E.C prices food tickets, food and token prizes has gotten way out of control. Conclusion: Will i visit this establishment again? Most likely because of our toddler and i suggest going during the week.

I wanted to share my experience at Chuck E. Cheese yesterday which was completely unacceptable. My daughter’s birthday was a mess. Upon arrival I was asked to order my  pizzas for the party. I ordered 2 large pepperoni and 2 large cheese pizzas. As they called our party over to eat there were 7 pizzas that came out. I said there had to be a mishap because there’s only 9 kids. The host Nina then took two pizzas back. The manager on duty who didn’t introduce herself came out aggressive with the pizzas again. She said I have to take them and there’s nothing that she could do. I said there’s only 9 kids why would I need 7 pizzas??! She said my party came with 2 mediums and it’s again it’s nothing that she Could do. Here I was stuck with the 4 large pizzas, 2 medium that was included in the party and 1 extra medium that I was charged for. A extra $75 charge is unacceptable. I’ll never will be there again. To be told there’s nothing that could be done was/is ridiculous.

Always very helpful and clean and fun for the kids to eat and play Excellent place for a child’s birthday party and definitely a decent price when compared to other places. The food options for adults are good as well it’s all you can eat and depending on the options you choose you can save a decent amount of money.

Great place for kids to have fun. They are a little understaffed (who isn't nowadays), but the staff there work very hard and go out of their way to help guests and keep the place clean. We will be back.

Went on a Monday at noon, good bit of people there but not packed. Spent $50 and got a large pizza, 4 drinks and 2 cards loaded with unlimited games for 45 minutes. Pizza was good, restroom was clean and Chuck was out a lot. The kids had fun!

My daughter had my 2 year old granddaughters birthday party at this establishment, the family really enjoyed ourselves, our kids were age ranges 7 months-18 years and they all had a blast. There were games for all ages, they especially enjoyed the photo booth. The staff was very friendly, except for the people who were in costume as Chucky, they were not very interactive with the children. As part of the birthday package a friendly Chucky was supposed to be included, but overall a good time. I do really wish they would up size the pizza just a little, taste good but slices are miniature. Will definitely visit again .

We had our 3 year old son's birthday here last Saturday. We were supposed to have a host during said party. We saw two people at the beginning, when the pizza was brought out, then when she brought the dippin dots. Since the kids are fairly young they were supposed to be brought their drinks. My aunt had my little cousins 3rd birthday party at Go N Bananas. The host there actually helped out a lot more.

If you can afford it, get the All You Can Play cards for the maximum minutes the first time. If you skimp the first time and your kids want to play longer the combined total will be way more expensive. My son and his friends had a great time.

Worst customer service by the red hair lady at the cashier's desk. Have no patience to listen to the customer's questions and allow them to finish speaking. Everyone else at the location was patient and courteous!
