I went into Mountz to see if I could get my wedding ring repaired on site. I was greeted with a friendly hello how can I help you? I showed her the ring she took it back to the Jeweler and he fixed it in a matter of minutes!! They also cleaned it and the other rings I was wearing! She handed the rings back on a silver platter with a Hershey Kiss too! I asked how much do I owe you and she said Nothing!! I was truly excited and grateful! I Thanked her and also gave her one of my Sea Shell Angel's. I look forward to my next visit to their store! I highly recommend shopping at Mountz Jewelers in Camp Hill! Thank You Again Mountz 💓

Very friendly employees. They always offer me a bottle of water. Also, when I get my ring cleaned they usually hand it to me on a silver platter with a Hershey Kiss. The store is dog-friendly and the employees made a fuss over my puppy and gave him a treat. Nice customer service!

Great staff! I returned a necklace and purchased something else. It was Christmas Eve day, and everyone in the store was so helpful. They sell top-quality brands. I love 18k gold and they had something I liked in stock. I have been to the Camp Hill and the Jonestown Road location. I've purchased jewelery from both and I highly recommend them.

Went here after shopping at chain jewelers for years. I am sorry I waited so long. Andi and George helped my wife and I find a beautiful anniversary ring for her and made us feel like we were their most important customers. The prices were very reasonable. Will not be shopping anywhere else.

I can't say enough positive things about Mountz in Camp Hill. Got a lot of guidance with the Rolex purchasing process and ended up getting the exact Rolex I wanted quickly! I also went in with my daughter and baby and purchased a really beautiful pair of diamond earnings and necklace for her and got a necklace for my older son as well. The staff was super sweet in showing different pieces to my daughter who was shy as it was her first time shopping for jewelry for herself. They were also very accepting of my little guy cruising around the display cases! Walked in with a Rolex watch that I thought needed fixed and also needed some links taken out. I was greeted instantly and warmly and was helped immediately. The woman took the time to explain the mechanisms of the watch to me, then took the watch back to remove the links. Truly excellent service. All the staff were friendly, patient, and helpful.

For as simple of a service as getting my battery replaced in my Reactor watch, the customer service here is fantastic! George handled my request immediately and offered water while I waited. Brought my Rolex in to Mountz to have it serviced. It was an all around great experience. A special thank you to Sherry for taking the necessary time to help me with my watch. I wanted the dial changed out from the original to a different color and she made sure that Rolex was able to accommodate my request. She communicated with me every step of the way. This is a classy jewelry store with professionals who want to create a good customer experience. A lot of jewelry stores I’ve been to try to be as fancy as possible and put on a front that they are “better” than you to go along with their “exclusive” image; not Mountz. You get the fancy along with the respect!

Mountz is fantastic. From their personalized recommendations to training on how to clean and maintain your piece, they are the best in the area. We will certainly be returning to this location. Jake is easy to work with and a great salesperson.

I have twice been to this jeweler at their Camp Hill location when other jewelers could not help me. The were professional and courteous -- and even engaging and friendly. Even better, they fixed my problem at a reasonable charge. (I would have been willing to pay more!) I would be surprised if a customer had anything but the best service and best prices at Mountz Jewelers.

Stopped in recently on our road trip back home while passing by. Julie & Sam were great. They walked me through the various Rolex models and let me try on a few. They didn't rush me. Which was refreshing as I know there isn't any available rolex inventory these days and many reps don't want to put the time in at other locations. They were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Hope to hear back once they get in some inventory. Highly recommend this location for all your watch needs.

I visited the Camp Hill store and was very happy with the customer service. I was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. The staff were all helpful and kind. One of the few places left that focuses on making sure the customer is satisfied. Although I did not purchase anything during this visit, I will definitely be back in the future! Also, they are dog friendly. Your dog will be treated well, as there are many dog lovers on staff and treats!

Amazing experience! I got a Lagos bracelet as a gift and needed it in a different size. They were so easy to work with and accommodating in the situation. I now have the perfect bracelet in the right size and they were so friendly and helpful to work with! When I went in the store they also offered to clean our jewelry while we waited. During the first week of November 2022, I had the opportunity to work with Julie at Mountz in Camp Hill. We worked on creating a diamond and pearl teardrop earring set for my daughter’s 32nd birthday. We worked from a model’s photo shoot I found online that was similar to what I was trying to replicate. Julie researched and located the earring parts from different manufacturers and had her jeweler assemble the parts into a beautiful pair of diamond and pearl 14 karat white gold earrings. On Sunday, 11/26/23, we ate lunch at Isaac's Deli in the West Shore Plaza. Afterwards, we went to Mountz Jewelers' location on Trindle Road near the Camp Hill Shopping Center to have the battery in my wife's watch replaced. I was greeted as I neared the counter by George and told him why I was there. He took the watch and indicated it would take a few minutes to replace. When he came back out, he handed me the watch, a Hershey kiss, and said there was no charge for this service. All he asked was that I take the time to place a review on the internet, which I am happy to do. This willingness to offer the free service with no obligation on my part to provide the review reflects the attitude I have encountered in previous visits to Mountz Jewelers' Colonial Park location. I have bought replacement batteries for our watches there and also jewelry for my wife. Each time I have been treated with respect and excellent service, which to me epitomizes a customer-focused business. If you have not been there before, I encourage you to visit when you need new jewelry or services such as watch battery replacement.
