Master Kim is the most awesome master I ever found. I trust him and his other masters 100% to teach my kids in martial arts. He is fun, energetic, and gives all his students his best in martial arts; and the most important part is his love. That's why everyone always called him "I love master Kim!" The school does not just train the students for self defense, but they also teach them how to respect people, obey their parents, have perseverance, focus, discipline, and leadership. I'm so happy and blessed that I found this martial arts school for my two kids. Now my kids are 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo. They have been practicing taekwondo for more than 9 years. My kids started with Master Kim at tender age of 6 and 4 years old. 9 years after they are not only still in Taekwondo, they are also playing other sports representing their respective schools. Master Kim is outstanding in igniting the passion for sports. He fueled those baby interest, nurturing discipline and athleticism to our growing athletes. Taekwondo did not only inculcate discipline of mind, body and spirit to my children but also gave our family an opportunity to be closer. As of today, besides Taekwondo… my kids play as varsity of their respective school for Cross county, Track & Field and volleyball.. My three children have studied Tae kwondo with Master Kim at US White Tiger Martial Arts from white belt to black belt. We love the studio and all the instructors. My kids have all gained confidence, patience, determination and become more disciplined. It’s a great form of exercise and body control.

I've known Master Kim for a long time. He is very passionate and takes pride in teaching. I highly recommend his academy. Master Kim does his best to make sure everyone has the highest level of training. He goes above and beyond to meet students needs. Curriculums in his classes are well thought out, and very organized. Master Kim is very good with the children. He makes the classes fun with loud upbeat music, and yet still manages to convey authority and discipline to the children. They really admire and respect him. And that makes them try hard. Master Kim and his wife also have 4 children of their own and you can just see the way their firm kindness translates. My nephew and son love this Taekwondo school. They have only been here for couple of months but they really enjoy coming here every week. Master Kim is great. We found the instruction that we expected in a taekwondo academy. Master Kim conducts his class with proper authority which commands respect, but he also makes it fun. He also has a great family. Our oldest son earned his black belt years ago at a school that unfortunately closed during covid. We've tried most of the martial arts schools in the area for our 6 year old, and feel so happy to have found JK Taekwondo Academy. Master Kim perfectly balances the "old school" discipline you would expect from a martial arts school with a fun and enjoyable learning environment. This is by far the best martial arts school in the area. Unlike some schools, JK Taekwondo Academy is not a belt factory, so when a student achieves a new belt rank, you know that they earned it.

My 5 year old son has been doing classes here for the last 6 months. The family is wonderful and super patient with the kids. Master Kim is excellent with the kids and puts them to work with activities such as “ninja training”, running, push-ups/sit ups and Taekwondo basics for beginners. My son was a bit hesitant and had a hard time focusing, but be consistent and patient and he learn to be more disciplined! I also hosted my son’s birthday party here as well. All the kids had a lot of fun with their activities and parents were very pleased with active participation! You also get free try out classes for your guest! 10/10 recommend!

JK Taekwondo is the absolute best experience we have ever had. Master Kim cares so much about his students and their development. We have had several experiences with different karate studios over the years and JK is the best of the best. Great family environment. Our son has excelled so much since joining a few months ago. Not only in his athleticism but at home and in general as a young man! We cannot wait until our youngest can start her classes, too. My husband and I are thinking of doing some of the adult classes ourselves! Brig your kids here. There's no better place for them to grow and learn!
