So many options of books, gifts and very interesting things. Great area for kids to play.

This Barnes and Nobles is always clean and well-stocked. The drawbacks are a certain several employees who are consistently miserable. Rude, impolite, and stand-offish. It's always intimidating to ask for help in certain instances because you, as the customer, get the impression that you're bothering them. Everyone has bad days, but the point is to be professional and leave your problems at the door.

The older lady cashier did not like us immediately. We were there with our kids (one was sleeping and the other one very well behaved, looking for a birthday present for a friend). My husband asked the cashier if she could check his store credit because he has an email saying he had 10$. She refused to and her tone was hostile. He was polite. Later we came to checkout. Unfortunately we got the same cashier with and attitude (bad luck). She told us we didn't have any store credit because he wasn't a member and hadn't verified his email. (Which of course made no sense) we were polite but she kept getting more and more hostile the more we asked questions. We we calm and polite but firm. We figured it was a system glitch and for some reason this cashier was having a lot of big feelings about us asking questions. We calmly asked for a manager and I tried to assure her it wasn't about her. I felt like I had to caretake the cashier because she was taking the system glitch as a personal affront. She refused to called the manager at first so I just repeated calmly but firmly and finally she called the manager over. Manager was very rushed and explained that they are going through a system change and she couldn't really answer IT questions but she did credit us half what we were supposed to have. I told her we're didn't understand why the cashier took it personally and the manager rushed to gloss over. She seemed afraid of hurting the cashiers feelings. It was nice she helped us quickly but the whole experience was really bad and I would not come back just because I can have a better experience elsewhere with more professionalism.

Wow... It amazes me that these books can be purchased nowadays instead of ordering them and waiting 3-4 weeks for them. I have all these books and more that are along the same theme. In the past you were lucky to find The Prince or The Art of War in a bookstore, now you can easily find the and the other ones I have taken a photo of. These books are full of gems to live by.... Maybe, it's the sign of the time 🥷

Out of all the Barnes & Noble’s I’ve been to, this one definitely ranks top 5! I went just today and had a great time. A huge store with a huge selection of books and much much more.I especially love their Starbucks! Such a nice atmosphere and great customer service, they even had samples of their new coffee which they offered around the store, and when I got one of their food items, they served it nice and warm on place with metal silverware, very very nice, the whole store is. Definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Great selection of books and toys. There is even a Starbucks inside. People sit at the Cafe and read a book.

Have not been here for a while as I do not live as close as I used to. I sure do miss a complete bookstore. This has everything a bookstore should have. There is a small cafe where you can relax. Everything is arranged by category. There are toys, puzzles, games, videos, magazines, current new book releases to name just a few. You feel like you are in a library with just about every book on any subject you can think about. I just wanted to stay and wander through the whole store but time did not permit. Helpful staff to help you find what you want. Will definitely have to go back to spend more time there.

Nice environment with kind staff! They have bathrooms and tables to sit and read! Perfect for a bookworm and great to see so many people still at bookshops!

I haven't been to a bookstore let alone Barnes and Noble in years. But I am so thankful that I went on this particular morning. I was there early and got to speak with a few of the people waiting to enter. As if the customers weren't nice enough, the store was beautiful and filled with too much to choose from. The cherry on top was the gracious and knowledgeable staff. Yeeeesssss B&N come through!

A great store with a very large selection of not only books of every type, but also cds, toys, office items, and small gifts. They have a wonderful children’s section with a small stage for pretend play as well as a train table for the small humans to play with. We have been here a few times just for the toddlers to play. They have a Starbucks like most of their locations with a few tables to sit and enjoy it at. They also have a clearance section worth checking out that is 50% off list price. Got a great little toy rocket for my daughter there! Restrooms were relatively clean and there was a changing table. The store overall was clean and the employees were nice. I do believe they sometimes have trouble competing with the prices of their online competitors but you can definitely still find deals and unique finds here!

I had a little difficulty finding books. Many have to be ordered. I would prefer a book store that has more books on the shelves and more organized properly. I noticed that there are a lot of kids books. They also have a small music section. It's too bad that they got rid of the video section. I'll be going back to give the store another chance.

I love this store. Each time that I've been in has been quite crowded. The employees are a bit rushed but very patient and willing to help find a particular author or subject. Prices are sometimes less than the two day shippers as well. I would rather support those people in my area than a large corporate faceless giant. I like the smell of books, the heft of books and holding a book as I read it. Barnes and Noble exemplifies all of that.

If you'd like to set down with a cup of coffee and read for a spell this is a nice place to do it. Barnes and Nobles shelves offer a wide selection of magazines and papers. If you're shopping for a puzzle, hard back book or music they also have this covered. I enjoy stopping and looking from time to time.

Great selection. Seemed the store was in the process of transitioning their layout or maybe updating shelving. Either way, amidst this actively being arranged, they maintained the rest of the store well. Things were stocked and tidy.

Nice clean, well lit bookstore to handle real books and diverse magazines at you leisure. Help when needed, but not pushy. Clean handicapped friendly restrooms have real sinks, NOT hog 🐷 troughs to wash in!

I'm grateful to have a brick and mortar bookstore near me. Of course the prices are slightly higher than other online retailers. However, having my kids walk around and their eyes bug out from all the books is priceless. Many unique items including games. Employees are approachable and helpful.

Went in trying to find a specific book that I couldn't find at other bookstores, it wasn't on the shelves, but a very kind and helpful employee checked in the back for me and found the book I was looking for. To my surprise, he has offered to check the back himself when I asked if the book may be in a different location within the store. Whether or not he had found the book I needed I was still pleased with his service and helpful attitude.

I love book stores. When last visiting I was aware the moved everything around in an odd placement of their book racks. Making it very difficult to browse from one subject area to another. Not the whole store set up that way but I sure was annoying. I found some nice items, not just books.

Located in the Camp Hill Shopping Center is a great Barnes & Noble store with a huge selection of books, electronics, toys & games, vinyl records & a Starbucks. They also have a kids area so they can have some fun while at the store & there is an area in the back for book signings, classes & training with multimedia access. Starbucks offers tables & chairs along with their normal beverage & food options. The fantastic staff at B&N is always nice & happy to help you find a book or other item while the baristas at Starbucks are equally as nice & helpful.

Always love coming here! I love just browsing through all the latest titles and cool toys that they sell. Having coffee and cookies available is a plus as well. Although I don't purchase as many "physical" books as I used to, I will never get tired of coming back.

Always love this B&N. The gentleman who currently works at their Starbucks has amazing customer service, drawing people in to stay a while and read or work in the cafe. Well lit. Friendly staff. Large children's books area with a stage for story time and special guests. The only reason this B&N gets a 4 star review is that their bathroom always has a dirty smell to it, and more often than not, it is NOT cleaned well. Other than that, happy shopping, coffee and books time!

Great care and support to customers and local authors like me. B&N hosted a book signing for my debut, The Packing House, and I enjoyed meeting readers. They have a few signed copies left (available at customer service counter, Camp Hill, PA).
