    Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this Starbucks again. I have tried several times to give it another chance, but every time I go the service is extremely slow and I always regret it. This morning I had the worst experience yet. The drive through line was almost completely full when I got there but I'd say it's only about 10 cars long. I arrived at 8:10am and in 10 minutes I could already tell that it was going to be a long wait. We only moved up one car in 10 min. Unfortunately there is no way out of the drive through line once you are in it or I absolutely would have bailed. Flash forward 50 minutes (yes, FIFTY minutes), almost an hour later I made it to the window and received my drink. Apparently my mistake was not opening the lid to inspect it upon receiving it. I didn't drink anything on the way home (2 min drive) and when I got home I opened the lid to find 1/3 of my drink missing. I waited in line for 50 minutes for 2/3rds of a drink. Ridiculous. I would avoid this location if you can. I am a Starbucks lover and have had great experiences at every other location I've been to, but this location is notoriously slow and now with the terrible quality of drink I received after such a long wait, I will not be back.

    One of my favorite places to go for a delicious coffee! A little on the pricey side but worth it for an occasional treat! The staff are always upbeat and friendly and the atmosphere always welcoming!

    This Starbucks is a great location and has a wonderful staff that takes great care with your order! The only thing is getting into the shopping center and finding the parking lot as Google did not properly route for the correct turn. Keep an eye out if you are going northbound! It is not the first left hand turn 👍

    I ordered a venti mocha Java chip Frappuccino. When I got to window and it was handed to me I expressed that it wasn't even filled up and it didn't look right. I was told it was right and given an attitude. It was made very watery and tastes like it has next to no mocha. I am extremely upset to pay $6 pluss tip for a subpar drink. Very disappointing

    Delicious drinks and food as per usual for Starbucks locations. This one is newer and nicer than lots of locations. The staff went above and beyond and were exceptionally friendly. Will definitely go back to this location because of the staff.

    The barista in the drive thru was a condescending when telling me I arrived to pick up my mobile order in less than a minute after I ordered it. I apologized, stated I understood as I explained earlier I was early for pick up and that I am not from the area and didn’t realize how close I was to the store. They then asked me to wait, came back on and told me “ya, there is 18 mobile orders ahead of you so you are gonna have to come inside for your order”. 18? There was no line in DT or in store yet they couldn’t move my order up and make it as I wait to “make my experience right “ as Starbucks encourages their employees to do? The attitude is what I have a problem with.

    Went through the drive through and the man at the window was rude and horrible to me on 12/14/23 at about 7am. My drink was incorrect even after explaining several times what I asked for but I wasn’t rude because it happens a lot and I’m used to it but I watched him use horrible language about me to the baristas while I’m looking at him through the window. He never came back out to give me correct drink and sent someone else to bring it and she was nice. But man I’ve never had a barista act like to me and I go to Starbucks every day but not typically this location since my favorite one closed. Won’t ever go there again smh

    As the owner of Dolly's Laundromat here at the Shoppes at Cedar Cliff, I come here often and they always get my order right, and are always friendly. I will come in or hit the drive through day or night or whenever, and they make my order perfectly every time. Always worth a tip as well!

    Whoever is in charge of mobile orders vs drive thru orders doesn't pass the logic test. I ordered through the mobile app at 3:13pm and it said my order would be ready in 5-8 minutes. I arrive and at the drive thru order machine, I'm told my order isn't ready and I need to park and wait. Well, there are cars ahead of me and behind me, so I have to wait in line. I get to the window at 3:22 and I'm told it's still not ready and the online time doesn't reflect their store times, so I need to get out of line and wait. And they give some line how orders placed at the store vs. mobile orders are handled differently, so that's why I need to get out of line and wait, but people who order at the drive thru can stay in line while everyone else waits for their orders to be completed. By that time the drive thru line was 8+ cars deep, so I get back in line. Within 2 minutes I got a notification that my order was ready. So, now I have to wait for all the cars ahead of me to get served. Some of them may have had mobile orders that may have been placed before or after me. But there were definitely cars that ordered while in line. So by the time I get back to the window I've waited over an additional 10 minutes to get my order and people who clearly ordered after me AND were in line after me the 1st time I was line had been served and driven away. When I try to tell the lady at the window their system didn't make any sense she got rude with me and acted like it was my fault her store couldn't provide the service they say they provide. She also kept telling me I could have come inside. Again, like it's my fault they can't handle drive thru and mobile orders in a timely and competent manner. In the scheme of things maybe it's not a big deal. But the store employees handled the situation poorly and could have let me stayed at the window like every other customer that waits at the window while they're order is completed.

    Walked in to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good conversation with a friend and had a horrible experience. I stood at the counter for 5+ mins and was ignored. The baristas were frantic with drive through orders and ignoring the dining room. When I say “hello, excuse me ma’am” very kindly a worker looked at me and said “can you wait 5-10 minutes, we are slammed” I asked if I could order and then wait but she paged someone and then another person came from the back and took my order, with lots of attitude. I frankly felt like I was a problem. It took another 15 mins for a hot drip coffee. 25 mins for a hot coffee and a piece of cake. Shocking. When I asked for cream and sugar, she snapped and said “you need to tell us before so I can put it in for you”. Wow. I don’t even know what to say except next time I will drive through with my friend and drink our coffee in the car in the parking lot. 😵‍💫.

    Went in for drinks I have gotten before at other Starbucks. When I tell you they tasted DIRTY. With what little flavor was in them at all. Every drink we got even my son's hot chocolate tasted like old coffee bean water. We all took a sip then threw them all away. Will not be coming back to this location

    I visited this location on 6/26 at approx 11:15am, Our drink was made wrong as it is 90% of the time. We asked to speak to a manager Unfortuenly we got Melissa she was extremely rude and has an attitude problem she rolls her eyes and is disrespectful to guest. She needs to find a new profession. Also on numerous occasions she has been parking cars to make her drive times better even though the store manager has told us and her that this is not something that Starbucks permits. We will never be visiting this location or maybe Starbucks again. I will be calling corporate about this matter as well. Corporate Case #CS1363696 Update: Spoke with District Manager Sarah McGee unfortunately she wasn't any better then her managers at the location sad to say I can see why! Will be reaching out to ownership

    First time here. Enjoyed the variety of foods and drinks. This is a great location to meet up with people. It was easy to get off /on from Rte 83. Will be back again.

    My husband and I stopped here before we hit the road to get back home, and we really enjoyed our experience here! All the staff was friendly, especially the one who took our order (shout out to Dylan for being so nice and awesome!!)!! Our drinks were great and the cafe itself had a cozy vibe to it. If I lived in the area it would probably be my favorite Starbucks to go to!

    Always a wonderful experience at this location! They are quick, kind and always make wonderful drinks! Yesterday I was in the drive-thru and forgot to order my son a cake pop. When I got to the window, Steve was the barista that helped me and he added onto my order and was super nice about it so I didn’t have to go the whole way back through the line. Highly recommend!

    Stopped in with a friend. Tried to use the restroom. Zero toilet paper in the bathroom. Told service worker..she got an attitude. They will get to it! Ordered drink...it was good. Friend ordered food...they did not ask her name..they did not call out to her when it was ready...we waited and waited..finally another employee asked if it was hers and again...the woman who took our order got attitude... If your not happy with your job...find employment elsewhere...and by the way...still no toilet paper in the bathroom. I seriously don't think I will be going back to this particular starbucks..attitude is everything!

    The team here is always bright and smiling. Starbucks is fairly similar wherever you go, but the partners in this store are great with personal, human connection. Whether first thing in the morning or as a late day pick me up, this is my favorite stop.

    Nice people. Decent product. May be critically understaffed. Drive through wait time can exceed 20 min. Go elsewhere for a caffeine fix if you are in a rush!

    This is the only Starbucks I go to, and the staff is always so nice, even when slammed. I forgot to get their name, but whoever was working the window 9/5/2022 around 2:40 is a good soul. I was having a terrible day on top of throwing out my back and they must have caught that. They held a nice conversation with me and just generally raised my spirits when I was feeling super down.

    I go here out of convenience cause it’s on my way to work and every time I am very disappointed. I think I have given up. I asked for light ice and no water and yet again my drink tastes nothing but water. Every time I get a coffee they make it wrong and the service is extremely slow.

    I usually order ahead here on my way to school or work. My usual order is the iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso (an almost $7 drink). There has been multiple times I have picked up my drink and it has not been full. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but when you’re paying $7 for a coffee, it would be nice to get the full drink.

    Shoutout the lady in the drive thru....or "old lady" as she'll tell you....she might be in her early 40s (not old at all)... that said i used the drive thru to order; she stated she couldnt hear me then when I patiently spoke louder she told me I was being rude. My order is likely the easiest of the day as it doesnt have any special recipe additions its just black. It should be easier and more positive or neutral of an experience. The lady then told me she was old and she didnt like my volume/tone and so thats why she made me reorder. I stop here every morning on my way to work will not anymore will find a "younger more hip starbucks" they are literally everywhere. Regardless of age i treat everyone with respect and dignity so shout out you for the bad review.
