    As we walked inside we were greeted by an associate who opened the door for us and immediately went behind the counter to take our order. Very friendly and helpful employees. The order was correct and was completed quickly. They even spelled my name correctly which made my day. Great experience.

    Yes this is a nice location, very large and roomy, plenty of seating and very cozy. Everyone working during the day was very helpful and made me feel welcome. My coffee was great and they even gave me a free hot refill which was nice. Thank you too Julie :)

    I can’t say enough great things about this location and about their manager Chris!!! I had 400 stars on my account, and the system was down the day we went to purchase my cup so we left empty handed. Came back today, and found my stars were expired. He was so kind as to make it right! Store managers who can manage to put smiles on their customers faces and make things right are few and far between these days! Kudos to Chris and his awesome team for the fabulous customer service!!

    This seemed like a really nice place the baristas were very friendly and seem to know some of the regular customers. My food was great. It was a little slow due to only two people working but it wasn't bad Also a little expensive but that's normal for starbucks

    Very very clean. The barista's are all pleasant. Your greeted upon entering. The beverages and food items are fresh and made the way you ask. The union deposit location is the best by far.

    One of the best run Starbucks I've ever been in, and I've been in a LOT of them. Friendly, efficient, consistent and clean. (Immaculate bathrooms too.)

    Best Starbucks I’ve been to. I don’t leave reviews, but the manager is the nicest high energy guy, and greets everyone as they walk in. Highly recommend!

    Super social baristas and manager, perfect cappuccino! And fast! The guy, I assume the manager, was welcoming every person coming and going through the door. The girl at the register is bit too loud when taking the orders, but she does a good job. Lol **** Second day visit review: no manager/the guy from the previous day. All baristas very busy, so no one welcomed me. However after a while I noticed they were more available, not as busy and one of them was welcoming some people. Not as social as the day before, but friendly.

    This Starbucks is probably the coolest Starbucks I've ever been to. The manager is super high energy and always greets everyone at the door. Most of the staff and the manager know their regular customers by name and actually chat with them while working and ask them how their day has been and know their routines. And I've been in multiple times where this has happened. It's usually pretty clean in here and there's plenty of space to chill and hangout. I would drive into Harrisburg just to come see them honestly, it's really cool vibes here.

    Cashier was pleasant, barista with the glasses & black and white vest though needs an attitude check. I simply asked where I could get packets of sugar. She had an attitude about what I needed and said it’s not out because of Covid and it won’t go back. So I replied to chatty Cathy and said I’m from out of state mine have them out so I wasn’t sure that’s all. She made a hm noise and moved on. Maybe try “new year new me” next time love.

    The coffee here is disgusting. The present barista clearly has no idea what they are doing. My husband and my coffee is so gross. 🤢

    Best Starbucks! Chris and his team are awesome. I’m there pretty much everyday. Always greeted and they always say goodbye and have a nice day. My coffee is always right and ready when I arrive (order on the app). I won’t go to any other Starbucks. Unless we’re away. And I’m usually let down since this one is so nice!

    This location is absolutely amazing the staff is friendly and fast working! The gentleman at the counter was very upbeat and eager to help every customer! If I could give more stars I would! This team is top notch in my opinion!

    I went to get coffee at the Starbucks today ! It was snowing bad weather. I just want a good cup of coffee . I left a good tip thank 5 dollars thank them for coming in the snow . The cashier never thank me and my coffee was cold . Never willing do that . My experien bad just wanted my Starbucks to start my day . Smh

    This Starbucks is managed by an incredibly personable and funny guy, named Chris, who seems to be there every day to support his team, which is full of equally nice and friendly workers. I've been here probably over 125 times to study for school and work and I've never been treated poorly or experienced any problems. If you need a friendly atmosphere to sit down in and just chill or study, I highly recommend coming here for the afternoon.

    The quality of service, the quality in the coffee being made is currently horribles! The coffee either taste like milk, water or just simply bitter! The place is dirty, the customer service sucks and the manager is a stuffy, plain, no character waste of space! Not all the staff are bad! But my coffee definitely depends on who is making it. I have been a customer there for over 12 yrs! Seen at least 3 managers come and go but this latest one is the worst ever! Please make a surprise visit! You will see!! Not the same! So many customers have moved on! Am sure you see in it the revenue.
