Experience at store was very pleasant. Staff is very humble and approachable. They understood what I was looking for. The staff were very prompt to show me their collection and tend to my queries. The packaging as well was beautifully done and was of beautiful coral colour.

Placed a order for a ring almost a month ago. Still there is no update. I have tried calling their customer care and they connected me with the employees of the store. They just keep promising that my order will be delivered next week. But that next week is not coming. Feeling CHEATED!! I just wanted to cancel the order and get my refund. Totally DISAPPOINTED with their services!!!

Placed and online order with Melorra on Jan 6th 2024 they promised me to ship the product by 12th feb on multiple followups they promised me that they will gonna deliver the product on 12th feb. When I called them on 10th of Feb they said they will gonna deliver it on 26th of Feb and today when I called them on 18th feb now they have changed the date to 20th of March I can't even believe that a brand can do this? They keep on changing the date don't even call back to give us the update. Who so ever thinking about purchasing the jewellery online from melorra kindly don't I repeat don't do it I already suffered alot. Can't trust the process anymore

# Melorra # must visit, and buy highly recommended. Very good experience. I visited melorra showroom located in Pacific Mall on 23/06/2023. In melorra showroom very good collection of jewelery is available, very good rates and discounts are also available for the customer. All the employees working in this shop are very cooperative. I found Mr. Sahib the best person among them who gave me such a good deal in ring buying and also when I came out of the Mall after buying the ring, he called me and told me that I had forgotten my mobile at a shop, but I also came to return myself at my location. I salute Mr Sahib for honesty.

It was nice. Arundhati assisted me and helped me pick the beautiful jewellery for my mother. Whole staff was very cooperative and prices are also good compared to others.

Worst experience Worst staff Arrogant Not at all supportive Saying lena h lo ni lena mat lo hamaare paas bahut customers h Wen we tried toking to the area manager, she also denied to talk and said customers ki kami ni h 2-4 lakh se farak ni pdta hume. Sahib told us that he will neither allow us to talk to area manager nor he will tell her name. Sahib the store manager said mellora always take your money and will not return This is how we get salaries If we do not do this how we will get our salaries. Guys pls do not visit mellora else u guys also lost your money
