Very Nice Infrastructure. It has approx 9 floors + 3 basemnets and has around 6 lifts. Staff is very cooperative and sympathetic which is the most Helpful thing to the patients. I know about the Radiotherapy Section which is in the -3 Basement.

There is a lady WITH WHITE COAT IN S0ECS named SONALI misbehaved with the patient. She was sitting on a chair n from a long distance shouted "kya keh rhe ho, sunai nahi de raha" As being in hospital they should be humble n helpful, she is ruining the image n reputation SHALBY HOSPITAL. a strict action should be taken against these gossiping kids on work place. They should be fired ASAP bcoz a hospital n patient always needs a sincere n responsible staff.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and expertise you provided during my father's recent knee transplant surgery. Your dedication and skill have made a profound difference in his life, and I am incredibly grateful for your efforts. Your meticulous attention to detail and clear communication throughout the entire process made my father at ease and instilled confidence in the success of the surgery. Your commitment to the well-being extended beyond the operating room, and your post-operative care ensured a smooth and swift recovery. We are so grateful to Dr.Deepak,Dr.aarti,Sabir Ahmed,Jayant, Govindand the entire team of Shalby hospital for the warm hospitality . We are deeply appreciative of your dedication to your craft and the positive impact on our family.

No General Duty Staff on 4th floor. All Attendants are fed up with the service. Patients lying without Blankets. Rooms are Dirty, No one to clean. Sab ek dusre ka nam laga dete hain, kam koi nahi karta. But Dr. Amit Gupta and ither doctors are Experienced and Co-operative.

I recently visited this establishment and while the doctors were very good, I cannot say the same for the overall experience. Firstly, I noticed that the canteen items were being sold above MRP and the quality of the food was not very good. Additionally, there was no drinking water or glass provided in the canteen which was quite inconvenient. The helpers and attendants also lacked basic manners, politeness, and courtesy towards patients and their companions. It's clear that they need to be trained on how to behave in a more professional and caring manner. Lastly, the staff (including admin and billing departments) were more concerned with their mobiles and messages than the patients or anyone accompanying them. The billing and settlement department was extremely slow and took a large amount of time to clear bills, which was very frustrating. Overall, while the doctors were good, the other aspects of the establishment left a lot to be desired. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Worst kind of hospital I came across Killed my father in 3 days. The icu staff is extremely incompetent. On multiple occasions I found them using oxygen less than 2-3 litres when they should have been using more. The home care provider Sumer and nurse Mukesh Kumawat were negligent in providing all the life saving equipment when shifting the patient home. It was clearly mentioned that a bypep machine was required but they failed to provide a mask for the machine which rendered it useless. My father passed away in my hands gasping for breath while the nurse stood near me like a fool I feel disgusted even hearing the word Shalby

If you want to have money to waste just go in this hospital. Waited for hours for doctor, staff is so so rude don't want to take any responsibility if you ask some thing they are so rude and play female card. If you want fast services I suggest plz don't go there.

I had a very negative experience at Shalby Hospital where my father was admitted for pulmonary edema. Despite being a diabetic patient, the nurses and administration staff kept my father hungry for 18 hours without any valid reason. When we requested food, they started yelling at us. On top of that, the hospital charged us a whopping amount of Rs. 78000 for three days without providing the required treatment. Another hospital, Rajasthan Hospital, provided better care and charged only Rs. 30000 for seven days. The hygiene in the hospital was poor, and the food quality was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty, the salad was rotten, and the food was tasteless. It was very disappointing that the hospital staff did not take our concerns seriously. The doctors were not experienced in treating this particular disease. I urge everyone to avoid this hospital as they are looting public without having any expertise in the hospital for the particular disease. They even ask for money at the time of discharge, despite having TPA. The overall behavior of the hospital staff was unprofessional, and such behavior should not be tolerated. In conclusion, I had a terrible experience with Shalby Hospital, and I strongly recommend others to avoid it if possible.

Dr Amit Gupta is very good cardiologist and pleasing personality. He is extremely talented and has best experience and knowledge. I had 95 percentage blockage in main artery for which I have undergone angioplasty .Now I am fine and extremely satisfied with Dr.Gupta 's treatment. His soothing behaviour is an added advantage over his expertise in angioplasty. He communicates well with patients as well with their relatives in a very kind way. Above all, he is a very good human being. I highly recommend the great doctor.

Doctors are good that's why I given 2 star otherwise I would give zero rating. Billing team are worst like a government hospital. I am behind them for refund from last 15 days. No proper sop and procedure for billing and refund. Really I would say account section are very stupid. I just round to accounts office many time during hospitalization from 6th floor to ground floor.

I had the most pathetic experience at the Shalby Hospital Jaipur, they made us sit for hours and hours, and when i went into the pathology lab to check, they had not even started on the testing yet, the bathrooms were so dirty and unsanitary, and for the kind of charges they levy, i think it’s a really bad hospital.

I was admitted for chest pain and cureecntly cancer treatment is going on.I would not recommend this hospital for few reasons. 1. Uncleaniness and unhygienic environment even in premium rooms 2. Shortage of staff and unresponsive staff 3. Food for patients not being delivered on time 4. Addtional tests and medication which can be avoided and discharge the patient earlier 5. Coaching can be given to staff in soft and behavioral skills

Recently my mother Mrs. Raj Shah, got the total knee replacement for both the knees done by Dr. Deepak Saini and his team at Shalby hospital, jaipur. I am highly greatful and delighted to share my journey. The day we visited Dr. Saini,he without even looking at the reports we had , with his experience, just by looking at her face told us to go for the surgery without any fear. He should so much calmness and politeness in understanding us that we could take the right decision. The whole process was very smooth, all the doctors in his team, Dr. Vaibhav mittal, Dr. Rakesh Bishnoi, the physiotherapists, Dr. deepak Sharma, Dr. Akram, and all the others were very calm and also strict at the same time to get that progress in the patient on time.

Rohitashv, Dentist , provided an excellent assessment and treatment for dental plaque for my elderly mother and i. He was polite, considerate and sensitive and explained each procedure before commencing and enquired about our comfort at each stage of the procedure. He was correctly able to identity the negative impact of my poor tooth brushing techniques, explained his opinion with evidence and then gave sound advise. He additionally advised about further dental care and possible interventions, taking pains to point out that it was not necessary to have the procedures done by him ! he was mindful of my TM joint problem and provided the treatment despite limited mouth opening. All his explanations were in plain English without use of jargon. The treatment was in clean surroundings and the headrest cover and aprons were changed for me . Finally, he proudly[ quite rightly] showed me what he had achieved in the hour that he spent working on my teeth- I was impressed! I wish him all the very best in his career and would not hesitate in returning to him and recommend him.

The best doctor and surgeon related to any orthopaedic problems. My father couldn’t walk from the past 5 years but cause of dr dheeraj sir he is walking perfectly without facing any issues. I 1000% recommend to consult dr dheeraj sir if you are facing any orthopaedic issues. And plus their hospital staff and services are top notch. You will feel like home if you ever got admitted there. They care for you like their own family.

Doctors are good here although management is very poor. They just ask the person to run from top floor to bottom floor without confirming anything within their departments. Acute shortage of nurses is here. Only come here if you have full day for just a basic procedure. Giving three stars only for Dr. Amit. It took them 2 and half hour just to process discharge and billing even though it was paid already in cash.

As I read in another review, Doctor is very good but the patient management service is at it lowest I have ever seen in a private hospital. It's my second time I am visiting the hospital for my mother treatment and no staff is here who can to move the wheelchair in doctor's chamber. Last time also the thing happened, I did everything from taking my mother in wheelchair from - 2 floor to the the second floor for testing, lab reports and to the doctors chamber. Only emergency staff was kind enough to leave her at the first floor. One more point to mention at g-2 floor they have drinking water in front of washroom which looks like did not clean since a long time.
