I had been consulting doctor Sunita for my wife's pregnancy for the past 4.5 months. Recently, I sent a prescription slip via WhatsApp to inquire about something, hoping to receive some guidance. However, instead of a helpful response, the doctor insisted that I should come to the hospital. My query was as simple as if we need to perform some specific test or not. During the phone call, the doctor was unable to identify which patient I was and responded with unprofessional behavior. She raised her voice and criticized me for querying her about a medical test on the basis of advice from my family members. I believe that communication and empathy are essential in healthcare, especially during sensitive times like pregnancy. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. I hope the doctor can improve her patient communication skills and offer more considerate care in the future."

Behaviour of Doctor and Radiologist is rude. Working as money minded persons. patient care is very poor. Not good service. Lacks professionalism. Just wastage of time. Zero rating. So costly hospital. Other so many options hospital in city.

Poor hospital, irresponsible, bad behavior, the only work of this hospital is to take money and make you wait, I was told to come at 7 o'clock, then called the doctor hard, even at 8 o'clock he was saying the same, 20min I am in Aarahu, then his call. Comes at 9 o'clock, by the time we reached home. Ish Hospital just wants to earn money and that too double. There, a patient had an eye operation and he was waiting for the doctor since 3 o'clock, he was very worried, he took the money during the day and was making him wait, please don't go there, don't risk your life, We went to the emergency where my brother had an accident, or today one month later I went to another hospital (Manipal) because my knees are also broken like glass, bs by the grace of God, 1 month bd. Even the glass pieces did not cause any harm.

Its a genuine feedback, 2 days ago i took my wife for general checkup as she was 9 month pregnant, doctor Sunita Bhaskar had assured us of normal delivery but when the time comes she didn’t even attempted for the normal delivery. After enquiry its found that almost all the deliveries of babies done here are through C- Section so that the hospital can charge a big amount of money. They took the advantage of last time fear of the peoples. That’s all i had to say!! Rest all are well understood.

Bad behaviour of all staff . This is not a hospital it's money making institute. Even doctors slip is vaild for only one day. All other hospitals in jaipurs visitor slip is valid for at least 3-5 days .

This is totally bad hospital . I wait for 2 hours for sonography but everytime when I ask for doctor they said that doctor is coming in 10 minutes. I was having very severe pain of kidney stone and hospital is like give money and wait for doctor.

3rd class behaviour of the staff and doctor RGHS applicable but RAO hospital staff demanding of extra amount because pasint is too late of approximately 9:30 pm. I am parsonally recommend for not visiting at this hospital, if you have extra amount for pay all of this please come

Very poor and irresponsible staff and Dr. Sunita Sara's entire hospital is useless, the staff is only busy in making money, injections are given but tests are not done. I'm recommend to not going their very bad services doctors management team and their staff is not trained
