Somehow this shop is putting fake reviews on google and running ads to reach out to people. We got scammed in purchasing Golden Retriever. Right now he is fighting for his life as suffering from PARVOE. Next day after purchasing he got sick and after informing to furr mama he just said to give human loose-motion medicine. At purchase, he billed a lot for extra food and accessories. Given lots of food for 40 day old puppy which he never eat. We are looking after the puppy as our own child but doing business with lies can put a life at risk. Hoping for the best for my pup but please be aware from such liars.

Worst , in the name of gromming just doing a normal bath and towel dry , using mens trimmer for dogs and that too a tocuhup, which I am sure we all dog owners are doing already at home, Total waste of money…not recommended at all.

Our pet Max Got weak and got so many ticks and large insects on his body, AC hostel and kept in coolers on in wet mud ground. Never would recommend this hostel like others, they just give tick bath when delivering the pet else during hostel days, our pet is in extreme pain and problem. Like every other pet hostel, it is also worse and horrible. Please try your best to never put your pet in hostel

Good place. They don't seem business men rather they are friends of you. Always deliver right piece of advice. Rates are reasonable and returns are possible sometimes. They are doing business ethically. I wish them all the best.

I had a really different experience. So we are in Noida and we couldn’t find a pure poodle here but we found him online and the experience was best. He was better than pet shops in Noida, Dehradun and Jaipur (my families are spread in these cities so we checked everywhere)! WE NEVER MET THE DOG! But everything was amazing. The dog is so healthy, he shared certificates, microchip and so so many goodies for the puppy (like wet wipes, food, deworming kit, free crate). 100% recommend. Really nice person and gave us good guidance also in terms of how we should take care of puppy.

He is an generous person. I wanted to sell my 2 months old cultured pom and he helped me. Not only this, he also took proper care of that little creature. 100% recommendation. Thank you.

It was expected that your reply on my feedback about your services will be move around those charges only, seems you have not checked your email in which I have specifically mentioned that “Rs.1100/- is not a matter but you should improve your services”. Your reply on review clearly indicated the maturity level. 3. Its really surprising that you have mentioned that my dog was getting aggressive, trust you must be in this business from pas few years and you must be aware that if we could not hold any dog properly /correctly and will pulled that in appropriately then any dog will growled. 4. Now coming to the point of charges – it was not first time when I took my dog for grooming for any pet grooming centre (yes it was first visit at your store) and I even paid higher charges for it as those grooming sessions was so perfect, covered multiple things. So, keep your thoughts/words with you only that I need any grooming session which cost me around 400-500 bucks. And yes, there are so many pet grooming centres in Jaipur who are providing much better services then you and obviously next time I / anyone can visit to them only. 5. Siddharth came for a dog grooming service at my residence and was very gentle and sweet to my dog. He managed to cut his hair without muzzle and was very skilled

Took my boy for his first proper haircut after being traumatized by a previous groomer; and needless to say, they really had a tough time taming and making an aggressive 4-month-old Shih Tzu believe that no one means to harm him and by the end, it was just a breeze. Top-notch stuff.

The owner is a scammer. Everything is overpriced. They will charge more and never return the remaining amount. Stay away from this scam shop. There are better shops in that locality!

I bought Rabies Injection,1 Ml Only. Shop Keeper given in Syrinze instead of packed and taken 3 Times more than MRP. Majburi ka Fayda. Never Recommend to anyone

*Taufiq Khan* is your Man ! Just take your pet to him. Professional, gentle & well mannered being with absolute knowledge of his work. Makes you like your pet more and vice-versa. Kudos.

And this is not any promotional review or paid review. Rather I should mention my experience after seeing a few of their other client reviews where some people have commented negatively or stated that all other "POSITIVE" reviews are paid and promotional which made me even in panic since i paid Furr Mama advance money and there was a delay in one day delivery due to a festival and very next day as promised Pup was delivered. Dhruv Pandey and his staff member are very professional and very nice people who helped us to choose the right pup and guided us through the entire process to welcome our new family member "Apple'' pup. And as committed to not just responsibility of delivering the pup but after that also whenever any advice is required he is always available to help and advice.
