My
recent
visit
to
PVR
left
me
with
mixed
feelings.
PVR
has
always
been
known
for
its
excellent
ambience
and
top-notch
sound
system,
and
I
had
high
expectations
when
I
went
for
a
late-night
show.
However,
I
couldn't
help
but
feel
disappointed
this
time.
The
first
issue
that
caught
my
attention
was
the
lack
of
air
conditioning.
The
hall
was
uncomfortably
warm,
and
it
took
away
from
the
overall
experience.
The
sound
system,
which
is
usually
a
highlight
at
PVR,
was
not
working
properly,
and
it
impacted
the
quality
of
the
movie.
The
poor
maintenance
of
these
key
elements
was
quite
surprising
and
disappointing.
Additionally,
I
noticed
that
several
lights
were
left
on
within
the
hall,
which
was
distracting
and
detracted
from
the
immersive
movie-watching
experience
I
expected
from
PVR.
It's
disheartening
to
see
that
PVR
has
raised
ticket
prices
and
food
and
beverage
costs,
but
the
level
of
service
and
maintenance
has
seemingly
declined.
This
is
a
stark
contrast
to
what
I
remember
from
a
couple
of
years
ago
when
PVR
was
renowned
for
its
exceptional
service
and
ambience.
While
I
still
appreciate
the
brand's
efforts
to
provide
a
comfortable
movie-watching
environment,
I
hope
PVR
takes
note
of
the
recent
issues
and
works
on
restoring
the
high
standards
that
it
was
once
known
for.
In
the
meantime,
I
might
think
twice
about
returning
for
a
movie
at
PVR,
given
the
current
state
of
affairs.
