The staff is very rude. Wanted to show my reports to the doctor but they are so rude that they were closing the door on the face. The doctor shouldn’t have called To collect the reports on Tuesday in case she would see me on Thursday...Unprofessional behaviour by the staff very uncooperative I visited the doctor 2 days back gave the charges and I have no right to ask a single question in fact I can’t even enter the room without paying the consultation fee again......Doctors profession is a very sensitive profession and specially a gynaecologist won’t suggest any1 to visit

Vinita Mittal is a worst doctor.She is very much rude & disrespectful doctor and also so Unprofessional. The only motive is money fetching- has nothing to do with patients, even after several visits don’t remember a thing about the patient. Just busy in counting her money and not listening to patients problem. This is the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. Super arrogant, impolite with the patient, doesn’t even listen to patient problems. Every one can see how much her staff afraid of her. Won’t ever suggest to anyone- she is the worst person/doctor. The most worst doctor in Ghaziabad. Money minded and her husband is always busy in smoking in the clinic premises. Charging 700 rupees and not ready to give time to listen to patients problems. Just busy in counting money . Do not visit her she is sitting there to only make money. Horrible experience ever had. I am giving 1 star because without giving star post option is not coming. She doesn't worth even half star.

Smoky Enviornment, Money Minded and Arrogant doctor and staff. clinic is full of cigratee smoke everytime. All the pregnant ladies have to sit and wait for their number in the same environment. It becomes too difficult and harmful for pregnant ladies to tolerate this smoke. when i complaint this to the clinical staff, they replied very rudely and said Dr. Vinita's Husband is smoking and we can't do anything. OMG!!!!!! how can they be so careless and mean to smoke inside clinic. For any small /single inquiry you have to visit the clinic, no matter how far you live. There is no point of contact to the doctor even in the case of emergency. The clinical staff always urge you to visit the clinic for whatever the reason is and once you reach there.. they try all the possible ways of dealing the problem themselves and not to let you meet doctor. They took 700 rs fees for advising themselves and not to doctor. The staff always try to create pressure/fear of doctor's strict behaviour in clinic and the patient and attendants can not move, sit and speak in freedom. This is not a doctor's place, this is a Mogamboo house. Greedy, Rude and Arrogant, I Strongly appeal to the innocent people and pregnant ladies.. please visit some other doctor than this one.

Once my wife was telling her problem - then the doctor words in a stern scolding tone were- “ab mujhe pen uthana padega, pehle nahi bol sakti thi”. Do not visit this doc .totally money minded person Will make your case even worse than it was. Will loot your money twice thrice and always go for Operation rather then normal delivery. One of the worst Thing is she is not polite very rude.
