I don't know the reason for these negative reviews. I'm really satisfied staying here and I'm staying here for the last 4 months till today I'm very much satisfied.

Never ever plan or recommend anyone to this place. Recently sealed by the State Town Planner because of violating rules. Was running business without any legal documents or licence.
