The staff is unprofessional and rude. I went for ultrasound and urine culture test. I was asked to wait for the doctor which took more than 30mins. When I went to reception and requested to cancel my appointment and refund, I was denied of cancellation but the good thing happened was doctor arrrived within 5mins of refund request. It could have been avoided if they would have listened to my earlier polite requests.

Dr. Lokesh Garg is great. He has been very attentive to my health issues. I have had complicated health problems and he has addressed them all. He is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for him.Dr. Lokesh Garg has been really professional and has shown true commitment to solve my health issues. My journey started in 2013 when I came across chest pain and after searching multiple hits on Google I came across one name Dr Lokesh garg, I was scared as this was the first time I was reaching out to a new name. Till now it's 10 years I am associated to ARSH HOSPITAL and I can easily and loudely say you can go ahead for any treatment and if you really need a family doctor then without any thought you should go for him.

Please don't go for Xray here. Very poor X-Ray quality with high price, my doctor rejected that X-Ray report. I was shocked when he said for do again. I never recommend for this hospital, total waste of money.

I had fever, body pain and headache and i was given a diclofenac injection and prescribed antibiotics, when asked if it could be COVID the doctor told me no. I now have got hives, severe muscle and leg pain in the im injection site (the injection was not given correctly as now there are chances of fat necrosis) and also, i tested COVID positive. Would request you to be a little more vigilant in the future. Careful diagnosis and medicine is important. I did not need to weaken my immune system with antibiotics when the cause was viral.

Too expensive. Also, there was just one doctor for OPD, who was also busy taking patients ultrasound. We had to wait for 40+ minutes for the doctor. Staff was in hurry to leave as well as their shift was ending.

Hello Everyone, This review is to share my experience with this hospital. Short review “they are doing God’s work” Long review: my mom was admitted due to corona induced diabetic ketoacidosis and brain edema; her sugar was so high that it was not coming in the machine. By the time we met Dr. Lokesh, my mother was already delirious her vitals were not good. Dr. Lokesh immediately attended my mother he understood the issue immediately and referred some tests which came out instantly and the results matched his prognosis. He instantly started working on my mom’s condition and moved her to ICU to correct her body fluids, gases and sugar. My mother came out of the hospital better than before and most importantly her life was saved due to Dr. Lokesh’s team. When I was waiting for her discharge they told me that i have some refund to collect...which is very surprising in today’s medical industry. To sum it up, they are all very professional, hard working and non money minded people whose priority is to treat their patients.
