I visited FCBL for first time today. It was an extraordinary experience. Greeting with smile. Saiyam is very experienced sale person and his knowledge about product and trends. I am really happy with services. I will will be visiting again soon. I will be recommending this place for anyone who loves jewellery and love to go to parties. They have everything for every age and every taste.

Design are way to good you have plenty of choice and customer service is really nice

Nimmi ma’am treated us so well that she was was in hurry to take the payment and forgot to check with the design team for the product availability. Initially she promised that the selected ring will be ready in 1 week and took the payment. And after reaching home she called me back to tell that it will take 25 days to make that design. Very bad experience for the first time. Previously they treated us so well and delivered everything on time. Sorry to say, but this time i will go with 1 star only due to bad experience.

Pros: Nice Ambience Good Hospitality services Cooperative Staff members Cons: They charged both wastage and labour charges to the extent of 18-25% which were on higher side. They even not disclosed that charges will be levied separately. Overall not an acceptable experience regarding price. Gold rate was 46900 per 10gm which cost 56500 per 10gm.
