Management and staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Prices were a bit high and my actual massage was good. The best part about Prana Spa is the safety of the location and the cleanliness of their facility. As a first time visitor to Rishikesh, I recommend a visit here if you need a relaxing massage.

Very clean and comfortable. You can discuss with the guy at front desk about various massages. Usually there is waiting period of an hour or two on weekends so book in advance.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place! I get massages pretty often because I have chronic pain issues and I have gotten them from a lot of different places over time. My massage at Prana with Sunita was easily one of the best massages I have ever had before and definitely the best I have had in India. I had a deep tissue massage done a few days prior in another city and the masseuse there had done a terrible job/made things worse. After my time with Sunita, I was out of pain for the first time in four days. She seriously knows what she's doing! Prana is definitely more expensive than some of the other massage options in the area, but it's an instance of "You get what you pay for." I had another massage done for half the price at another place and it wasn't even HALF the quality. I won't be making that mistake again! Thanks again for the wonderful massage Sunita. I will be back!

I did two treatments during my stay in India. That was amazing decision - of course you can go to any other massage center, but then forget about having that high quality treatment as here. This place is clean, stuff is well educated and has great customer approach. I did colon cleansing and oil massage- both perfectly done, with suitable adjustment tailored to my body. Go, you deserve it. Seriously

Absolutely perfect. The massage was a very soothing experience for the leg muscles. The massagers were very skilled. The overall body massage was very relaxing . The oil they used was very rich in natural supplements that made the massage more soothing. The ambience was luxurious, with a fresh aroma of natural oils in the air. Best spa in Rishikesh.

My girlfriend and I both had a Prana massage and could not recommend Prana spa anymore. Both masseuses were attentive and thorough but also ensured to make sure we were happy throughout the massage. The customer service is second to none and would encourage anyone in Rishikesh looking for a massage facility to use Prana Spa. 10/10

I visited Prana Spa during my visit to Rishikesh. Wanted something relaxing after a long rafting adventure. My masseuse was Anya. Overall it was a good experience. We were all 6 people and opted for Ayurvedic massage but all 6 people had different experiences when it came to touching pressure points so don’t know if all masseuses follow the same technique or some are less trained than others. Also my session was of 1 hour but it hardly lasted for 40 mins. This place is hygienic and rooms have relaxing vibes.

Prem was great! There were 4 of us that dropped in spur of the moment for massages and he got all of us in at the same time. Aroma massage was great! My skin feels so great!! 💯 recommend.
