Well
we
went
to
Hyjack
yesterday
a
newly
opened
restaurant
.
Hyjack
is
a
restaurant
located
in
Humayunpur
,
New
Delhi
and
has
3
floors
to
themselves
.
The
place
is
very
well
maintained
with
a
very
nice
ambience
to
it
,
mostly
being
wooden
and
has
a
good
variety
of
things
to
offer
on
different
floors
.
Each
floor
is
connected
by
a
flight
of
stairs
and
the
music
system
they
have
here
is
also
connected
.
But
the
dining
areas
are
completely
different
.
Starting
with
their
base
floor
,
it
is
the
places
like
for
a
good
casual
dining
area
where
the
main
kitchen
is
located
.
The
kitchen
has
a
prepared
a
very
diverse
menu
-
Mostly
being
fusion
and
has
a
lot
of
influence
from
India
,
French
,
Italian
,
Oriental
and
even
a
Burger
Section
for
all
the
Burger
Fans
out
there
.
We
had
quite
a
few
variety
of
dishes
-

Gosht
Ke
Dahi
Bhalle
-
This
is
like
a
palate
cleanser
with
loads
of
curd
,
Pomegranate
and
2
huge
chunks
of
Meatballs
.
It
was
a
very
good
Balance
of
Meat
to
the
curd
ratio
.
It
refreshes
the
palate
very
well
.

On
The
Grill
-
This
was
the
sharing
platter
which
we
had
ordered
,
it
came
with
2
types
of
sausages
-
Chicken
Sausage
and
Pork
Frankfurter
.
The
Chicken
Sausage
was
less
spicy
from
the
BBQ
sauce
and
was
softer
but
the
Pork
sausage
was
nice
and
Juicy
with
loads
of
the
flavour.
It
is
super
tasty
with
the
amazing
sauce
on
it
.
These
are
even
served
with
the
Aligot
which
is
like
a
nice
Mash
of
potatoes
and
a
small
crispy
top
on
it
.

Mushroom
and
Truffle
Soup
-
The
Soup
wad
super
tasty
with
loads
of
flavours
of
Mushroom
and
Truffle
oil
on
the
top
to
give
it
the
strong
flavour
.
This
was
served
along
a
beautiful
breadstick
which
was
so
flacky
and
with
this
soup
it
went
very
very
well
.
A
heart
warming
combination
.

Asparagus
Vol
Au
Vent
-
This
is
a
classic
French
dish
which
consists
of
a
nice
and
flacky
outer
layer
,
just
like
the
small
patty
but
much
much
more
flacky
and
filled
with
a
creamy
delicious
asparagus
cream
sauce
and
a
small
asparagus
on
top
.

Pizza
Time
-
So
for
the
Pizzas
or
Cheese
Disc
they
call
it
here
we
got
it
half
and
half
Mac
N
Cheese
and
Half
Tandoori
Chicken
Hawaiian
Pizza
!
The
Mac
N
Cheese
was
Baled
to
perfection
with
loads
of
Cheese
topped
off
on
it
and
Macaroni
on
top
.
Then
the
Hawaiian
on
the
other
side
also
baked
to
perfection
and
had
a
Juicy
Tandoori
Chicken
and
Pineapple
sweetness
to
it
!
A
perfect
combination
of
balancing
the
flavours
.
One
can
even
have
both
the
Pizzas
at
the
same
time
as
it
comes
together
very
very
well
!

Molten
Lava
Cake
with
Ice
Cream
-
An
amazing
amazing
Last
course
which
we
had
was
the
Molten
Lava
Cake
.
The
Cake
was
melting
in
mouth
with
the
hot
chocolate
sauce
inside
it
and
Ice
Cream
gave
it
the
smoothness
to
it
.
Finally
I
would
like
to
say
a
little
bit
about
the
Concept
of
the
restaurant
and
the
staff.
The
staff
was
very
very
polite
and
is
very
cordial
with
its
service.
The
restaurant
has
opened
in
the
Place
of
a
previously
successful
restaurant
hungry
monkey
and
has
a
good
amount
of
reputation
in
the
continental
cuisine
,
but
now
I
can
personally
say
that
they
are
even
at
the
top
of
their
Italian
,
Indian
and
even
fusion
game
.
The
seating
is
very
comfortable
and
such
warm
service
is
also
very
very
good
.
A
big
thumbs
up
to
the
Pristine
Group
to
open
such
a
restaurant
and
Mr.
Simant
Tyagi
for
the
amazing
launch
!
My
friend
Renee
who
had
also
joined
ne
was
also
very
happy
and
this
place
defines
itself
by
its
standards
of
food
service
and
ambience.
