Staff and service is best here food is average. Drinks are below normal but I like the vibe. Sitting arrangement is also difficult for family feast. Overall the experience was good.

Amazing atmosphere, live music and great staff! Came with two kids. We were welcome and served trully well! The only downside is the price. It is far more expensive than what you would expect in India.

Open again, one of the most popular international theme cafe chains! Located in the heart of Delhi, Connaught Place—home of the revitalized Hard Rock Cafe New Delhi—has been an iconic part of the city over decades. Decorated with rock and roll swag and local touches. The menu also offers a combination of American and fusion regional choices. Food is excellent and there are amazing delicacies both of American style and Indian style. Must visit place.

Loved it.... Hard Rock Cafe has always been one of the favourite hangout places and it has never disappoint me. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Hard Rock is also known for its collectible fashion and music-related merchandise, memorable dining experiences, Hard Rock Live performance venues and more.

Limited Menu, Great Location. Pros: One of the major strengths of this place is its prime location right on Janpath main road. Additionally, ample parking space was easily available during my visit, even on a busy Friday evening. The cafe itself is spacious, spread across three floors, and boasts a pleasant ambiance, making it an ideal spot to spend time with friends. The low music volume allows for enjoyable conversations without the annoyance of loud music. Cons: While the place offers a variety of beer brands on the menu card, it was disappointing to find that they only had limited options available for ordering, with only Budweiser and Kingfisher being offered as part of the beer bucket. Furthermore, the lack of diverse non-alcoholic options for friends who do not drink was a drawback. Regarding the food, despite an extensive menu, the selection of dishes was limited, with no mutton or fish dishes available. This aspect was particularly disappointing and might not cater to the preferences of all customers.

I visited this Hard Rock on the way. It doesn't have a good location, I mean, it's not a nice area, I think. Only 2 models of pins and few t-shirts. The food is good but it doesn't stand out at all.

The atmosphere is amazing. The food was okay, the Caesar salad we ordered was outstanding. Onion rings are overhyped. Chicken is nice and succulent. Live performances are a treat to be a part of. Overall an experience one should have. Will definitely be going over and over again.

I am lover of hard rock cafes, so I like to visit hard rock in each country I go but listen….hard rock Delhi has to be my new favorite… I had so much fun, really welcoming and polite staff, i mentioned I was cold in passing to the waiter when I came in, and I was offered some drink that instantly warmed me up, so yeah that was really nice, I was alone but I was made to feel so comfortable and the live music was spot on… the only thing I didn’t like though was to order some cocktails that came in the hard rock printed glasses, I was told I have to buy the glass as well, for me I am a visitor in India I don’t need the glass, so I didn’t understand why I can’t order what I like to drink just cos I have to buy a glass I don’t need,it was my first time experiencing this in any Hard Rock Cafe, so I had to order some other drink instead but still I would definitely visit again when next I am in India cos it was really a cool nice place to vibe and chill

After a wait of 4 years we have HRC back in the city. This is a delightful place for all the rock music fans, but even for people who don't follow rock music this place is going to be an amazing experience to be a part of. Especially on the nights when they get a band performing live. It has two floors, the top floor is to watch the live performance or DJ floor /stage. The lower floor is for those who don't want that kind of loud music and just feel like vibing. The food is good (not great), the liquor is good, the staff is close to wonderful. The ambience is amazing. It's a bit pricey though, but that helps in keeping the crowd saturated (aka well behaved). Posting a few pictures from my last visit. Happy Rocking 🤟

The moment we walked in. It feels like a cinema. The interior design is classic with a red and black colour theme. You have to scan the QR code to view the menus. Great selection of menus. Everything from vegetarian to non-vegetarian options (although, you guys are probably here for the non-veg option). Burgers, and baby ribs were amazing 👏🏻 Fun atmosphere with good music, nice ambience, and lovely staff. The food was amazing 👏🏻 Everything was amazing! Thank you 😊

We went there in the afternoon and it was Pleasing Ambience..quick service.. Amazing food..Also the staff was very hospitable..Outstanding place to have food and enjoy a nice conversation (The music is at a reasonable volume) the food itself is awesome and the service is A+ A great place to visit for a quick bite and drinks. The ambience is relaxing and yet has a trendy feel to it. The food is not exceptional but the overall "Hard Rock" experience makes up for it. The prices are decent especially the happy hour which is very economical. Being a vegetarian you can relish the delicacies, though not most of them are healthy like the Jumbo Combo Veg platter. The food is not exceptional but the overall experience makes this place a unique one.

Had a great time on a recent visit to the newly opened Hard Rock cafe. This Iconic American Cafe is now in the heart of Delhi, Connaught Place to drive all the music lovers crazy. From epic live shows to lip smacking delicacies, they have everything at one place. The place is huge with two floors accommodating more than 100 guests, who can enjoy a selection of authentic flavours with the fresh ingredients from Hard Rock’s menu, featuring the Original Legendary Burger from the Signature Steak Burgers series, mouthwatering Specialty Entrees, Bar Bites, a selection of salads, sandwiches, and desserts. The cafe boasts of its live performances stage, delectable snacks and refreshing beverages. Hard Rock Cafe is the address you need to be at for all your groovy party sessions. Witness the best in live entertainment at Delhi’s hotspot for all things fun, as you walk through the cafe’s corridors, lined with memorabilia of popular musicians such as Shakira, Elton John and so many more. Must try: • Legendary burger • Tenderloin steaks • Tex Mex Chicken Skewers

Amazing experience at Connaught Place’s Hard Rock Cafe. The ambience is very suave and classy with modern and plush interiors. The best thing about the place was that the music wasnt too loud. Just the perfect volume so that you could have a nice conversation with your party and not have to scream out words. The service was top notch as well. The staff was very polite and prompt. Special mention to our server, Pem who extended top level hospitality. The menu mainly comprised of Continental and Indian dishes and its very vast. They offer a fine selection of alcoholic beverages and cocktails as well. The food was quite delicious with decent portion size. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to families and group of friends for an unforgettable experience.

This place has lost its charm and vibe! Not recommended 👎 they added rice chapati etc in there menu due to which the originality of its signature food is gone!

Place is good but the music Rock is only on Rock music, would have been the mixed combo off Hindi and English music. Felt little disappointed there. Rest all so good.

I've never had the opportunity to visit Hard Rock Cafe, ever! Yes, ever! So, this was my absolutely first experience and here's what I noticed. 1. The ambience of this particular place (in Janpath) seemed really nice. I guess, the Rock theme that this brand has goes with the overall feel of such a place. 2. It is a huge place with multiple seating spaces and perfect if you go with a lot of your friends. 3. The choice of burgers & appetizers are aplenty. So, you're going to have a good time choosing between them. The servers definitely can help you in making an informed decision, based on your taste buds. 6. We ordered a vegetarian mezze platter (I believe, that's what it was called), and it was aplenty. With different choices like spring rolls, paneer, potatoes, etc, it was more than enough for 2 people, frankly. 7. The non-vegetarian that I ordered turned out to be a disappointment for me. The chicken (I forgot what it was called exactly) was way too sour for my liking and I couldn't eat more than 2 pieces. The outer layer was way too sour. 8. The drink that we ordered (a non-alcoholic one) was decent. 9. The best was the cheese-cake which was superb! ❤️ Overall, I feel, the prices are pretty steep but the price to value ratio of the place isn't really 100% worth it, quite frankly. If you love alcohol, then, maybe a place like this might make sense as they have an extremely varied choice in that regard, but for someone like me who doesn't drink, it was just another super expensive cafe experience. Note: They also sell merchandise (t-shirts, etc.), incase you want to. I didn't check the prices of those though.

Place is all lit with all the rock music. They got authentic goodies of artist from rehana to others. Food was amazing, and not to forget the peach ice tea 👌 Had a great experience with the staffs, also they reheated the food since we had a platter and the only two of us had to finish that off in that chilled AC.

The service sucks and they cheat you on the drinks quantity. No wonder why All these big chains start cheating on quantity and drinks quality. I remember eating best nachos in Hard Rock and coming after 3 years 'worst nachos one can have'. I feel sorry for all these international chains opening in India and screwing the taste. Ultimately they have to shut down. DJ is bad. Please set your standards with international HARD ROCK CAFES. GOOD LUCK

Just 100 meters awat from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, standing tall is the 3 storeyed building of Hard Rock Cafe at Janpath Connaught Place. What an iconic place on another iconic location. I went to attend a concert cover on Guns N Roses and AC DC. The crowd was amazing, the staff with their signature gig before the program lightened up the mood. The real rock fans of delhi, majority were less than 35 years, saw cute kids to octogenarians sipping their classic cocktails to mocktails with the foot tapping music for the entire 2 hours of concert. I went with a millennial, who was happy to order a bucket of beers and the signature onion rings, which was satisfactorily tasty. The service of the team is amazing, so young team they are. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The menu is neatly priced, may be the Vat of Delhi might make the billing a bit hotter than expected, but do taste the classic cocktails and signature burgers, and I will be back again in short time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seven Stars is my rating.

I went with my friends for a celebration and we all took a day off on 23rd Nov 21. But we were not able to find Hard Rock Cafe and it wasted our time and spoiled our mood. Such a brand but pathetic service by either google or you guys. Please update

It was my first visit to this place on the insistence of my son, whose band Trigger performed there on the event of music concert by "Twelve Foot Ninja". I really liked the ambiance of this place and was very pleasantly pleased to see that such rock events are being held there. Now I understand why my son likes to go there so regularly. The YMCA Gig their staff did was a surprise soo and amazing, lovely and enjoyable, felt like dancing with them myself. Ordered Veg burger and salad and truly relished it. Burger patty was moist, perfectly seasoned and fries were crisp. Salad was crunchy and I mopped the whole bowl all by myself. You will now see more of me Hard Rock Cafe .

Good to see HRC in Delhi once again. Not as big as the previous one but Definately nicer music and well located in the city center. Good beer options. Had a bira stout. Nice beer compared to the usual kingfisher. The chilli fries were good but expensive.

The OG of Hard Rock is back and I was super excited to see them bring back the classic hits! I had the pleasure of going on a weekday but this place is most in its element during Friday nights and weekends with live band performances - Expect a crowd! Reservations may not be available during weekends with parking on Janpath even more trickier, hence suggest getting a cab (plus don't drink and drive!) Ambience is as we have come to expect from all other incumbent outlets (they have a great collection of memorabilia from Limp Bizkit, Britney, Eminem, Elton, etc on display). The servers are really friendly and polite. Must try: Assorted sampler platter, chicken wings, nachos, burger, onion rings, whiskey sour and margaritas + they have some all new Indian/ fusion options. Go check out for yourselves!

Went there late last night only to find a cover / entry charge. We reluctantly paid given that they happily agreed to give equivalent amount of F&B coupons. Inside atmosphere was pretty cool given the live band that was amazing. We found a good table immediately. Everything else after that point was extremely disappointing. 3 of 5 drinks we selected in the menu were not available. We asked for the manager who somehow magically was able to make available the drinks that everyone of his staff said was not available. However, the drinks were completely watered down and ineffective (for a 675 + taxes price point). The food was also terrible. In short, the place is an insult to the HRC brand worldwide. Will never visit again.

  • 4/5 Shailja M. 1 year ago on Google
Good food and hospitable staff. However, they misplaced my simple order when it was not busy time of the only and only 2 tables occupied including mine. Had 3 people visiting manager, host and server still they could not get it right. They can be more attentive, having said that it will not stop me from visiting again.

We went there for a rock night, the music was nice, but very loud. Gave us a headache, so much so that we had to leave within 30 mins even after paying 1k for entry. We ordered burgers, which were pathetic at best, with very bad buns. They were about Rs. 700/- each and could barely hold a candle to a roadside Rs 30/- burger. We wasted 4k for 2 people on a really bad experience. They also had a very limited menu, with hardly any options. I get a feeling thats what a usual Saturday night is like there. Wouldn’t recommend. Save your money.

Had a fab time at HRC. There was a live band so there was an entry fee. The band was awesome and played all the hits from 80s and 90s. The food was, as usual, sumptuous and delicious.

Very disappointing experience. This is not up to the Hard Rock standard. First, this place is filthy dirty. I had to ask for my table to be wiped, wiping it only smeared the grease around. The menu was a greasy grimy mess, obviously cleaning them is not no the list of duties. They have "Steak Burgers" on the menu. After some prodding it turns out this is buffalo, not beef. This is fine, but the attempt at deception from the menu and the server is disheartening. I have chicken skewers and fries. The frise came 10 minutes before the chicken. They tasted fine and we're cooked properly. I would not return.

Good place good food decent service. Pretty Chile environment, good music, good lighting. Perfect for a place to Chile. Located a little off the circle, easy to find. All the seatings were on the first floor. Wish the wings were fresh though but it’s all good.

If you're seeking an electrifying culinary experience paired with exceptional hospitality, look no further than Hard Rock Cafe Delhi. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with a warm ambiance and friendly smiles. Let's talk about the food - it's nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish is crafted with precision and passion, offering a fusion of flavors that dance on your palate. Whether you're craving a juicy burger piled high with toppings or savoring a tender steak cooked to perfection, Hard Rock Cafe delivers. And don't even get me started on the mouthwatering appetizers and decadent desserts - each bite is a symphony of taste sensations. But what truly sets Hard Rock Cafe apart is its impressive cocktail selection. From classic concoctions to inventive mixes, their bartenders are masters of their craft. Sip on a signature Hard Rock Hurricane or indulge in a refreshing Mojito - each drink is expertly crafted and served with a smile. And speaking of smiles, the hospitality at Hard Rock Cafe is second to none. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and cared for, my experience with the staff was very good, his name was Manoj and he helped me in picking the best cocktails which would suit me. Lastly, whether it's offering recommendations, accommodating special requests, or simply engaging in lively conversation, their dedication to customer satisfaction shines through!!
