Tastewise, the food is delicious, but the quantity is not sufficient. There are two floors in this outlet where on one you can place your order, and on the above floor you can sit, there is only self-service. Due to the low quantity issue in orders, if by any chance you want to place the another order, you yourself have to stand in a very long queue to place the order once again. The issue is the inconvenience, for which the customer would avoid placing another order due to the long waiting in the queue and leaving the table while eating for placing the order. Atmosphere is kinda okay only, however the washrooms really need regular cleaning.

We had panni puri and aloo tikki chole here. Aloo tikki with chole is horrible , it's best to eat from a cart compared to here. Panni puri was really good. Have to wait for atleast 15 minutes , order is not served on table. Not a very good experience πŸ˜•

Chhole bhature were just as advertised. Bhature were so thin and crispy, even my pick eater son enjoyed them. Oyhere favorites were sev puri Chaat, paneer tikka. self service was a bit of a miss flgi en level of service offered by other restaurants.

Haldiram’s is one of the good options for pure veg people. Food is good, footfall is very good hence, chances if getting stale food is very very low. Taste wise food is good. You also get snacks, masalas, ready to eat as well.we had a quick lunch on the way so didn’t spend much time there.. One thing i noticed that people after finishing their meal continue to occupy seats and continue chit chats, without bothering about others. Also its a self service place.

Bhai Mujhe samjh nahi aata what the fuss is about regarding this place.!! The value for money and the product you get is so abysmal. There are tons of better taste and better priced with better service available all across Delhi. The food you get here is as low on hygiene as across any other place, mentioining since people say they have better quality Here is my take on the food Quality Chhole bhature - 1/5 (made in dalda) Pao bhaji - 1/5 (no taste, only ghee) Raj kachori - 4/5 Tandoori platter - 0/5 Bhalla papdi - 4/5 Dosa - 0/5 Panipuri - 4/5 I would seriously suggest you guys to try better food at places that are just around in CP like chhole bhature of Sita ram, Tandoori platter at Gola, Dosa @. Saravan bhavan

Pretty crowded most of the time. The variety of food served is great. I ordered Chole Bhature along with Dahi bhale. For some reason, I didn't feel the authentic taste I used to have in other Haldiram's outlets. My colleague also concurred with me. I don't know if Haldiram's has standardized its recipes or not, but it was quite an average experience for me.

Haldiram's in Connaught Place is a go-to destination for those craving authentic Indian snacks and sweets. It's a bustling, vibrant place that offers a wide variety of delicious food options. The menu includes an array of Indian street food classics like chaats, samosas, and a variety of sweets like rasgullas and gulab jamun. The taste is consistent, and the quality is generally good. It's an ideal place for a quick snack or to satisfy your sweet tooth. One of the advantages of Haldiram's is its affordability. You get tasty Indian street food at reasonable prices, making it accessible to a wide range of customers. The ambiance at this location might not be particularly fancy, but it's clean, efficient, and perfect for a casual meal. The self-service style allows for quick service, making it a convenient option for those looking for a fast meal. While it's a popular choice for locals and tourists alike, it can get crowded during peak hours, so some patience may be required. Also, given that it's a well-known chain, the offerings might not be unique to this location. In conclusion, Haldiram's in Connaught Place is a reliable choice for enjoying Indian snacks and sweets in a casual setting. It's budget-friendly and delivers on the promise of authentic flavors

Best thing is that their service is very good and very fast, which saves a lot of time. It is more like an eating joint than a restaurant. The quality of products of Haldiram are assured. I will recommend this eating joint to every one.πŸ’―

It's a mandatory stop for us whenever we visit Delhi. Raj Kachori is my favorite and I love the curd and flavors in it. Chole Bhature and Chole Kulche are good too but sometimes not consistent when it comes to flavors. Apart from that we liked the Chilli Garlic Noodles. Service is quick here and has plenty of seating available. Until next time! IG:- journey_man16

Haldiram's at connaught place is the best outlet where you get variety of dishes being served and it's available too , otherwise at many other Haldiram's outlet Most of the dishes in the menu is actually not available. There is plenty of space to sit and eat . Usually it's written that they will serve at the table but they don't do it . Food is asusual great .quality is the best . But quantity is not that sufficient . And lastly service is not so good they are not ready to listen to anybody patiently . If someone ask them to pack the leftover food they straight away refuse to do so . So I am not that Happy with this this thing All the best πŸ‘

Great place for a quick bite while exploring Connaught Place. Ordered their special Raj Kachori Chaat and Aloo Kulcha. Liked the taste of both the dishes. One negative was that Aloo Kulcha was served without any gravy or curd! Overall, good place to spend time.

The first impression is that the place is big and has a very decent selection of Menu along with ready to eat packed offerings. They have adequate seatings for groups and are punctual in their opening and closing time. Very suitable place for early breakfast if you are in the area. Though I felt the ordering and billing was slow. Still nice experience.

This place serves the best food with affordable prices. I went with my family and there are lot of sweets, snacks and many other things you can order or dine in . It is franchise and you can order from your nearest place also. I ordered - masala dosa and north indian thali. Both were so delicious and so yummy. I love the taste and the vibe is also good. I must recommend this place if you wana hangout with your family 😍

Nice and clean place huge sitting area.. the order timing is less and food is as always delicious .. and the good thing you can see how they are preparing your food. You can also buy packed food from haldiram and there is also upi and card accepted. The staff was following all the protocols by wearing gloves and head gears. Overall it is good experience only one thing is that all the AC were not working.

Haldiram isn't the same as before. Food taste has gone from good to average but giving 4 stars because my friend liked the chole bhature. The grilled sandwich was cold and very dry. And we found hair in the bhatura and so he just left the last few bites. Please be very careful next time in maintaining standard and also place is over crowded always

Well, the hype is not real. Food in haldiram I ate was chinese rice products and chaat (Raj kachori and some other). It was really below par my expectations. Food is not at all worth the money. Raj kachori felt like cultured milk only fully loaded with curd only (no other taste than curd I felt while eating). In manchurian rice, manchurian was soggy, it didn't feel like the product at all.

The food and sweets at Haldirams Connaught Place were delicious. Loved the Doda burfi. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the demeanor of the staff. They came across as rude and somewhat ignorant. The place was super crowded. Which is detracting from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Visiting this renowned establishment, I had the pleasure of indulging the dish: makkhi kha roti paired with sarson kha saag. And let me tell you, it was an absolute delight for the taste buds. The makkhi kha roti, with its rustic charm and authentic flavors, perfectly complemented the rich and flavorful sarson kha saag. Each bite was a symphony of tastes, leaving me craving for more. It was a true testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs behind this renowned establishment. Despite the high expectations that come with its reputation, the experience exceeded them in every way. The combination of flavors, the quality of ingredients, and the meticulous preparation made every penny spent worth it. In conclusion, if you're in search of a culinary experience that's sure to leave a lasting impression, look no further than this esteemed establishment. With its lip-smacking makkhi kha roti and sarson kha saag, it's a dining experience you won't soon forget.

Despite occasional crowding, this establishment is worth considering for its exceptional food and flavors. Personally, I highly recommend their Raj Kachori and Chole Bhature. It's worth noting that certain menu items are available only during specific times of the day. Additionally, the first level boasts a well-organized seating arrangement, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Majority of Haldiram’s serve good food, and the same goes with this one, but this branch is totally cramped up now. The ground floor is super crowded, now with less sitting space, racks of their products, and more billing counters. Not happy with such a big brand’s space management!

I come from Singapore where there are indian cuisine available, i came to India to visit my in laws for the first time. Haldiram's has always been in my to go list to try the food cos i fell in love with their anjeer burfi and i heard raving reviews about their Dhokla and Khandvi. Indeed it is true, i LOVE Haldirams food. I ended up trying Sandwich and normal Dhokla, bought 500gms of Khandvi, tried their paneer cutlet, samosa, 1kg of anjeer burfi, balaklavas, and sooo much more, until i had food coma. Now when im heading back home, i have to work out. Lol. Their service staffs were also friendly, accommodative to let me customise my balaklava order. I requested for a few more of my favourite dates chutney and she gave me. Im a happy customer. Haldiram's beginning days till expansion of export business impressed me and i wish they expand further regionally (not franchise) and maintain their consistency in food quality.

Haldirams is a staple for North Indian as well as decent South Indian food. If you can't decide where to eat in a group or are new to Delhi, Haldiram is a safe bet. This out let is very crowdy most of the times, so wait time is long. Cost is decent - 1500 for 3 pax. Chhole Bhature Paneer Subji Naan Roti Jalebi Hot Milk Raj kachori Seating is plenty but it is upstairs mostly. Some seats are on ground floor where you get the food. Usually you take food uptairs. Ambiance is very noisy and hectic. Place has Self service so the table cleanups are very slow.

Haldiram has the best Raj kachori. The chhole-bhature is good too. The best part is their sweets. They are fresh and tasty. Rasmalai and gulab jamun are my favourites to have here. Haldiram's is the best option for vegetarian food.

I definitely appreciated the fact that we could get breakfast for two for around 600 rupees, half the price of breakfast for one at the hotel. The food was good enough. The pav bhaji was the best part. The masala dosa was tasty but came out soggy and a little oily in the middle. My wife’s vada pav was decent but was smooshed in the wrapper. But there’s nothing wrong with this place. I would come back.

I will be honest. I’m not from India. I was in New Delhi on vacation. I went here and was amazed will the huge menu. Everything I ate was so good. I even had other customers coming over and telling me what their favorite dishes were so I could try them. This is a great place to go if you are a foreigner. They staff it kind and there are lots of food selections here for veg and non veg eaters.

This place has great food. I especially enjoyed Chhole Bathure and surprised to find even good dosas here. Sweets here are to die for. I am salivating even as I write this review. I understand it is a fast food restaurant but I do think they can improve the process of getting the food a little easier. Ordering the food is a bit of hassle with one having to stand in a line first for ordering and then for collecting. Napkins are alway in limited supply. Then there is the issue of certain food available only during certain times. I went there twice last month but couldn't enjoy Thali both times. Overall recommend this place for its excellent food.

Sweets are bit expensive but it's because of use of desi ghee and bit of brand. But experience is surely amazing.

This Haldiram outlet is one stop solution for your cravings. This place maintains hygine & proper sanatization. It has a lot of space actually two floors for seating area so you dont have to wait in queues. But it takes 15-20mins to get the food prepared. If we talk about food then it was tasty but one thing which i didn't liked much that was RAJ KACHORI which turned soggy within few minutes. Even SABUDANA TIKKI was very good for those who are fasting during navratri.

Good palce to have food at CP Delhi. It operates on the self service model like other restaurants of Haldirams. Very spacious and lot of tables and chairs in 2 different floors. There is a rest room in the first floor. Regarding food, yeah it's tasty but very oily. Especially the curries. They have got some nice desert options and cold drinks like, cold coffee, Lassi, Badam milk etc. Chat items are also available and worth trying.

The taste and quality of the food is amazing. Cost is on the higher side, but given the authenticity they provided is simply worth it. Loved the idea of Haldiram's hybrid outlet where they have all the packaged items in the centre of the store, and cooked food on the counters surrounding it, but it sure makes the atmosphere clumsy and reduces the aesthetic of the place.

Terrible experience here. They clearly have too much business and stopped caring about their customers. I came in to order some Indian sweets, and stood at the counter for a long time trying to attract the attention of anyone willing to help. The manager was offhand and indifferent. The loudest and most aggressive customers seemed to be getting attended to first. I finally walked out without buying anything. Never going back to Haldirams again - even though I love their food.

Food taste quality and hygiene is not good at this Haldiram's Connaught Place Outlet because of overcrowding. Firstly you have to wait in line to order your order and then to wait in line to get your order. If you are visiting it in busy evening/night hours you will find difficulty in ordering food. And in making food faster they forget hygiene, authenticity and taste. Most ordered dish is Chhole Bhature and it also has most waiting time period.

The box not tightly secured But must be clean prepared and nice packaging to gift to others. The kauchori also good. They have chains in other country also. I suggest to buy from the airport as they have chain after check in at departure.

Recent visit was more of a surprise, specially reduced size of Uttapam and most other items ordered. Taste has also been taking a hit but prices are nowhere matching, too costly for the kind of food they deliver. Many other outlets have decent serving of food with quality taste and matching prices.

Haldiram’s, name is enough. They serve you extensive menu, a complete family restaurant for vegetarians. I have been there so many times and tried so many things. If talking about taste, it was good and ambiance just okay types. I tried there from North India chhole bhature to south India dosa, from Chinese chilli paneer fried rise to desi delhi chaat like rajkachori dahi bhalle gol gappe etc. All items were good in taste and prices are also affordable. Hygiene was taken care and paid parking is available. The things make you little bit disappointed are waiting time for order and restaurant full of crowd.

Absolutely adore this place. That's just the perfect blend of affordable dining with amazing taste and justified quality. The chole bhature and Raj kachori are the highlights of this place, and a must try. But don't stop yourself from pleasing your sweet tooth. Enjoy the kaju katli and the gulab jamuns. The sweets served here are one of the finest you will find in the city. And if you are up for it, they even sell their namkeens and the plethora of other products at this place too. I really wish they would start serving at the tables too... But even without it, I love this place!!!

Lazy staff and poor management of the billing counters. Has 4 counters but only 1-2 counters working most of the time. The staff is standing near the billing counter but not ready to work. Food is good, the place is always busy. The good thing is the location and parking is easily available. It is double storey building, you pay and get the food frok ground floor and there is sitting space on ground and first floor. Washroom cleanliness should be worked upon. It’s not bad or dirty but there is scope for betterment.

Nice food. Totally vegetarian. The restaurant has self service. It is in the outer circle of Cannaught Place in New Delhi. Very good place for family. Quality food.

  • 2/5 Rishiwar A. 3 years ago on Google
The place was sp crowded and service was not so good. After placing the order online, I had wait so long even their was not queue for my dish. I ordered 2 same dishes and he made me wait for one of them saying that it will take time.. while my first same one got cold. While other branches are good. Also, the quantity is somewhat less as to your expectations. Like chilli paneer noodles are really like about half plate on ordering full one.

Since 10-12yrs when Haldiram started franchisee model to earn more...it looses taste n quality...prices are high with ok ok taste... Only like Chandni chowk and Mohan Coperative outlets ...rest is just franchise where you just go n eat without much taste

Staff shortage in haldiram And order fulfillment very delay

  • 4/5 SHERRY G. 2 years ago on Google
The quantity was comparatively less. Bhatura size was small, I have had experiences with other Haldiram outlets too, but this comparatively was low on quantity. Apart from that the ambiance was great, there were other products at display for purchase, & also there was whole lot of variety to choose from.

  • 4/5 Gargi S. 2 years ago on Google
Nice but a rushy place. Onion kachori is soo yummy🀀🀀 must try.

  • 5/5 Anantha K. 2 years ago on Google
    * An excellent family restaurant. * Cost wise not so cheap . * Different kind of beverages available both in hot and cold * Sweets like rasogolla , gulab jammun , ras malai etc available. * Raj kachori , pav bhajji , gol gappa etc available. * Very crowded when I visited there. *Have two floors and washroom at 2nd floor. * You can order via appa , a QR scanner code pasted on table also from which you can order. * Staff quickly serving the orders . * Hygiene of staff and place well maintained.

Haldiram is a world class brand for Indian snacks. The L block of Connaught Palace in New Delhi has the most famous outlet of this sweet and salty food chain. The store has changed a lot. New sections has been added as well as ordering has become easy as now one may order online for hassle free service.

  • 5/5 Kuldeep R. 2 years ago on Google
Nice place as always best for sweets and there chole bhature ,rajkchori, and pav bhaji (but pav quantity is only 1 so I considered little bit expensive)

  • 3/5 Sunil K. 2 years ago on Google
Awesome experience.Haldiram is a delight for his tasty snacks and foods for all veggies. They offer some of best snacks. At Haldiram, you always find it difficult to choose what you wanna eat. Tasty dishes and sweets. Clean environment. Nice place with ur family and friends.

One Stop Shop to satisfy your hunger. Only vegetarian food though :) You may want to visit again and again. Usually crowded during Lunch and dinner time. Take away is also available. TIP: don't forget to try deserts.

  • 2/5 anurag s. 2 years ago on Google
The Ambiance is not nice and dirty & lot of smoke is there. You will feel like, you have entered into a smoke chamber. They are not following the COVID rules properly. Also be a smart buyer and select the items that feels worthy of price, only big names doesn't mean that you will get extremely nice item.

  • 4/5 Rehman A. 2 years ago on Google
Long queues, jam-packed restaurant, less chance of getting a seat easily, but the taste and variety of items are worth it, first of all you need pay for the food at the cash counter, if you need to buy 6 items, they will give you separate tokens for each item, you need to go to the respective counter which is mentioned on token and wait for your order, chaat items are must try, cleanliness, great taste and fast order are some of the qualities of haldirams.

  • 5/5 inferno d. 2 years ago on Google
Food was really nice. Thought billing counter queue was long, the packing counter was processing and packing the food faster. Have ample place for dine in at our convenience. Have wide range in the menu from sweets, snacks, cool drinks and lunch/dinner varieties. Must visit restaurants at Delhi.

Heard a lot about haldiram and it lived up to ye expectation we had . We ordered papdi chaat, kachodi, rice rajma , rice chola , ras malai and gulabjamun and all were damn tasty and worth every single penny.

  • 3/5 Nikita A. 2 years ago on Google
This place is a well know brand and offers a wide range of variety with proper dine-in area , maitaining good hygiene. This place is a self service place. Had veg thali, rajkachori and cold coffee. Rajkachori was amzing and coffee was also good. Didn't like the thali though, it contains dal makhni , shahi paneer, mix veg, rice, roti ,sweet dish and papad.

Haldiram is known nationwide for its quality dry snacks. Located at CP Central New Delhi, this Haldiram store has a huge range of products; Sweets, dry fruits, ready-to-eat packaged items, chocolates, cakes, muffins, and desserts. It also has a restaurant/eatery here that serves all kinds of meals and with both North and South Indian cuisine options. Choose to dine in or take away. It's crowded throughout the day, expect a long wait time for billing and food preparation.

  • 4/5 Ajay B. 1 year ago on Google
World class snacks and sweets. Great location, well maintained. Delicious authentic North Indian food but self service.

Had some chaat items from here and i had gas trouble after having them. There are other options than chaat here, like South Indian food.

Nice place to eat, and the food is decent. Only four stars because it’s hyped a lot. You can get better food in many other places in Delhi.

  • 5/5 Nesh M. 11 months ago on Google
The quality and authenticity of food here is amazing. Safe spot for tourists to get β€œstreet” snacks or chaat. Every dish we sampled was excellent from pav bhajie, chole bhatura, Raj katchori. Such a treat.

Who put mishri- in the sweets?? Overall good experience with food- but the sweet we bought have mishri- sugar pieces- not sure if they were added to increase weight - but who would expect hard sugar crunching when eating sweets from a place like this. I m little disappointed with their choice of using sugar rocks- mishri in the kaju sweet fillings. Otherwise good experience with dine in.
