To start with the restaurant on the lobby level has a very warm ambience & a great spread of buffet. The staff for sure is very courteous & cheerful.I was served at table # 36 by Miss Meenakshi (Always smiling ) who just took care of whatever i needed at my table. To top it all i had a surprise cake from them at the end of it as a gesture that they really care for their customers.I couldnt eat the cake immediately though as my stomach was just so full already. So i requested them to pack it up for me.I am adding the picture of the cake in this review as well for all of you to see how lovely it looks. Thank you again Hyatt Andaz and the whole team for the lovely experience!!

Annamaya is a 24 hour coffee shop at Andaz Hotel Aerocity. It's a big place with around 200 seats. The seating is nice and decor is good too. The food and service is good too. Although presentation needs some improvement. Portion size is also small. Cocktail is quite normal and nothing much to mention about.

The food is absolutely amazing. The paneer tikka was the best. The mutton biryani is enough for two people. Good portion. Butter garlic prawns should be tried. Baked yogurt is a must try. It's filling. The service is excellent. This place is a must try.

The food here is a mix of north indian, asian and italian cuisine. We ordered two peach iced teas. One of them was good while the other was quite bitter. So we asked them to replace the bitter one. To our dismay this took quite some time. We could see our drink at the bar but no one remembered to get us our drink. The service was poor which was slightly shocking. We also ordered the pav bhaji donuts which was good but the portion size was too small and too little. Overall the food was average and the service was not upto the mark.

We celebrated my 23rd here. It was a good experience. Patient staff and different set of menu, which forces you to widen your choices overall. However, their plate was broken, right amount of table napkins were not served, and the table was constantly moving. Even when asked to change the table, it was denied. We had pav bhaji doughnuts (so-so), mac & cheese (above average), spaghetti arabiatta (not super good but not too bad), kadhai paneer (excellent - the paneer was really soft and bubbly), and missi roti (super - upto the mark). The vegetarian options are fewer than expected. The servers do not have good suggestions to make. The hotel’s design is exceptionally curated though.

Nestled in the heart of Andaz Delhi in Aerocity and a stone's throw from Gurgaon's bustling business centre, you'll find the gem that is AnnaMaya. More than just a restaurant, AnnaMaya is a mission - a mission to uplift the local community. The menus are a love letter to India, crafted from locally sourced, organic, artisanal products, each one a testament to the power of homegrown produce. But their commitment to the community doesn't end with our food. Mostly everything you see in their beautifully curated space (which includes stunning replicas of flowers), from the intricate decor to some great books, can be purchased, further supporting the local artisans. At AnnaMaya, it’s believed that great food is a given, not a luxury. Open 24/7, they are proud to be a beacon for late-night food lovers in Delhi, and being rated among the top 5-star restaurants in the city is simply the cherry on top of their labour of love. Their menu, expertly and lovingly crafted by Chef Hardeep Singh, is a testament to the richness of Indian cuisine. Each dish, whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian, is a symphony of flavours, a testament to the chef's precision and commitment to quality. But the AnnaMaya experience is not just about food. It's about the people who make it all happen. Their director of restaurant operations, Anshu, is the heart and soul of our operations, always ready with a warm welcome and a wealth of knowledge. And let's not forget about the renowned Juniper Bar. A paradise for gin lovers, Juniper Bar boasts an impressive array of 40 in-house gin infusions and a diverse range of cocktails. Join them for their Friday masterclasses and elevate your gin knowledge while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere at the communal bar tables. At AnnaMaya, they invite you to Eat Mindful, Shop Artisanal, and Raise Awareness. Welcome to the family. #Hyatt #AndazDelhi

Went to Andaz Hotel for a stay sometime back and had Breakfast and Dinner at Annamaya. Well, honestly, I had higher expectations from this place. The spreads were smaller than what I expected from a Five Star Main Restaurant, both in Breakfast and especially in Dinner. In fact it is much smaller than a lot of stand alone restaurants. The food was good but nothing exceptional to talk about, like what my experience with K3 in JW has been where the food as well as the spread is exceptional. So, just an average experience.

AnnaMaya is chic, modern and casual, catering to expectations of youth and business travellers. The menu is majorly europeanised and has local flavours as well. The service was a dampener, I think they were short staffed. They had all COVID measures in place

Had another great dining experience 2 years after my first visit. Arrived after the end of the breakfast time and a waitress kindly helped me grab a few things and get an omelet so I could still enjoy the breakfast there. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Delhi

Amazing breakfast buffet with a great selection of Indian (north and south) and continental options. The poha, chutneys, Chhole, sabudana vada and uttapam were amazing as was the fresh juice selection. Service was great too with the servers attentive and eager to please, making us coffee just how we wanted it.

Good ambience with good tasting food. Went there for family lunch, they have options for buffet and ala-carte menu . The ala-carte menu seemed limited maybe due to covid, cocktails are yum and must have. We ordered foxtail brew and lavendar peach lemonade. Both were great, chicken tikka was drool worthy. Butter garlic prawns were just awesome. Caesar salad was just ok, beacon was bit too hard for the liking. They have good options for desserts we had gulabi kheer which was good

One of the only few places left in Delhi that still offer a bottomless brunch. Food: The spread is quite decent. Indian cuisine is the definitely the best options, although they do have Italian and pan Asian options as well. Alcohol: We took the sparkling buffet option and thus binged on Mimosas. Great service and well made cocktails. Definitely a place with visiting if you're looking for a brunch place to chill with friends or family.

Absolutely one of the best experiences and high recommended places to check out for a Sunday brunch! With locally sourced ingredients promoting the concept of farm to table, the entire meal was nothing less than a sensory delight! The cheese counter with the salads are a must try especially the fresh Burrata and labneh! On the list of definite must try's: - you can buy the freshest ingredients there -Sushi and tepanyaki counter -Fresh pasta (I had the pesto pasta which was delicious) -Cheese platter - The huge variety of desserts - Their Sunday brunch cocktails

Restaurant is as intriguing as its name, decor is very modern and chic style catering to all expectations of todays youth. 5/5 for the ambience and style. We went on sunday brunch & the restaurant was fully crowded. The staff was extremely busy and we had to wait for long time until someone was assigned to our table. Once assigned the service was very quick. The drinks menu has lots of variety to choose for and cocktails were extremely good. The menu is majorly Europeanised and due to full occupancy it was hard to get things prepared at time. The spread was quite large but taste wise only few dishes were beyond expectations which were pastas and salads, other dishes were just okay. Desserts had lots of variety like ice creams, cakes, donuts, waffles, indian desserts 😊😊 Incase someone wants to enjoy drinks , desserts and good ambience then this is the place to go.

We went there for lunch meeting with some friends coming from abroad. The ambience is very nice and subtle. The place was full of positivity. We directly ordered the mains. It took a little while for food to come on the table. The lates were placed quite early. We had Nalli Nehari, Murgh Khada Masala, Dal Makhni and some bread. The Nalli nihari was perfectly balanced and the meat was succulent. Murgh Khada masala was also good but the gravy of Nalli was super delicious. The bread was ok. A few of them were a bit raw from inside. Need a little more time in the clay oven. Overall we enjoyed our meal. The Manager was quite helpful.

They have a diverse menu from different parts of the world, and the ambiance is quite relaxing. We got a mezze platter, bao mushroom buns, and thai green curry. Their vegan options are very limited. The service was a bit slow and table didn't have enough napkins for everyone. A better service and more vegan options would have made for a 5-star experience.

Good ambience. Good variety of delectable food, presented so well that it seems like a candyland! The service was excellent and feels premium, something worth the premium pricing of this place. Choice of alcoholic beverages was disappointing. Just one or two varieties of beer, that too only the sweet ones. Just a couple of varieties of Indian basic wines, that too nowhere comparable to the food or the kind of price being charged. So when we did seem disappointed with the wines we were offered a serving of Jacob's Creek Chardonnay, which we enjoyed. When we asked for a refill we were initially told that it is not part of package, then that it is out of stock. This was definitely a mood spoiler, and we asked to talk to the manager. Viola, "they'll see if they have any more of this wine in the hotel" (as if they won't) and we were provided for rest of our dining experience. Other than this small glitch it was a good experience.

Decent breakfast was served in there from spacious dining table and chair, relaxing and cozy dining atmosphere to attentive and accommodated service excellence , made their guest a good start for dining here. Of course their highlight is still on food and drink, which are very impressive. Highly recommand their egg Benedict and Masala dosa, really delicious. They also cook excellent mushroom, and offer numerous kinds of juices and yoghurt drinks. Really nice indeed.

It is not always possible to find a combination of so many things in life as a new restaurant at the Andaz Hyatt in Aerocity-Anna Maya. Built on the concept of a European food hall, but locally sourced in your open kitchen retains its natural flavor. The decor gives a European feel mixed with old Delhi and larger images of pomegranate, sunflower, and more, enough to get your little one excited. At dinner with the whole family, you make sure your kids are eating healthy, homemade foods. It's true that some of the greens are grown in the restaurant. The juices are squeezed out right before your eyes, but the hardest part is pulling yourself out. the restaurant without looking at the dessert section, which is strategically set up at the entrance. Therefore, when saving calories in a restaurant, you tend to overeat the vast dessert section. The food is amazing! A wide selection of grilled meats, seafood, colorful salads, light modern curries, coffees, sweets and cocktails in a new way are offered.

It's so so ... !! Not excited to visit again. It's dull & boring presenting 40% availability of the items on the MENU. Complimentary snacks are no standards. We had to leave in between our drinks session as even after waiting for more than 45 minutes we have been left waiting for peanuts 🥜. Although the bartender Aashish was courteous, well mannered, perfectly dressed & serving with a smile but he was helpless without the support of his Manager Gaurav whose came to meet us after waiting for long and his promise was never fulfilled. Good infrastructure, well maintained, up to the mark ambience is difficult to maintain without proper care & service to the patrons, especially in post Covid situations. At least 20-30 guests will look for better options close by if not looked after. Hospitality demands true & real and just lip service. That's my experience of travelling as a globe trotter for the last 38 years. Rest is left to you all to judge for yourself. Rocky

AnnaMaya is an amalgamation of mindful eating with fresh, rustic ingredients... serves European and Indian cuisines. But the European is from Indian homegrown ingredients. I loved the concept ! We ordered 2 drinks, for which I don't have a great picture.. but from the first sip it was divine ! We tried the signature cocktails masala malt and some other cardamom based single malt drink.. both were fantastic ! Show stealer was the main course - lamb with creamy millets! The flavors, the ingredients, the spices ... everything was just superb ! We also ordered the pork belly Kolhapur style, which was quite flavorful, but could be better... maybe because it was listed under European but was quite Indian in flavors. The décor is really nice, with different kind of things on retail shelves adding to the décor !

Anna Maya is a good multicuisine restaurant. Here the new Food and Beverage manager is the most courteous man who guides you in every way to add to your comfort. The dainty dishes have a large variety suiting every palate. Overall,a joint worth a trial. Dr Kaushik

Ambience and service is amazing obviously convenient for guest staying at Andaz. But the good ends there if anyone is looking for good food or drinks looks elsewhere.

I went last Sunday with lot of expectations for the place for the share authenticity of the place but it was disheartening to write such a poor experience The dishes were suboptimal in taste and except the desert section nothing was saving grace Despite that I order alacarte of salad approximately 600 rs as I am big time salad person but they first they served it in a small soup bowel which I denied then they served properly in plate and on examining it contained no baby spinach or rocket leaves only lager spinach leaves of which some of them were wilted It was on inquiring they said they didn’t had mentioned salad leaves !! I asked them then why did they served it they should’ve told me they are not having it !! As if to make you fool Sorry didn’t liked and won’t recommend it

Good experience to dine at AnnaMaya! Food was good, just shy of being great for the lack of variety in vegetation cuisine. Service was also good considering post covid staff shortage. There were a few shortcomings like service was little bit slow, explaining things to the server took a little while. However, things just went fine eventually. Ambience was very as good. Andaz still has the freshness and novelty attached to it. Kids enjoy the free space. In fact our drive back home was so long that we thought we should have planned and booked earlier and stayed back that night. Enjoy!

If disappointment has another name it's Annamaya's Brunch. I've visited many Hyatt's and had alot of brunches as well, this was the worst. Details will make the review look like a book. Simply not recommended, not worth. Maybe come to Hyatt Chandigarh brunch if you want to experience what a menu should look like with top notch food. Staff was humble though.

Breakfast has good options, but during weekends you might need to wait in order to get a table. Also, the service is good, but the food is average. There was a lot of hype regarding annamaya, but I found k3, jw marriott's food way better than annamaya. The quality of food could be better. Ambience: 8/10

Just had one breakfast here, wouldn't go back. The fruits were bad. The aloo paratha had no aloo. The dosa was lackluster. To top it off, my wife got a stomach infection after the breakfast here. Please avoid if you can.

A superb place to eat while taking in the elegant ambience and enjoying the very warm hospitality of the staff. Pushp is always around to suggest innovative dishes while keeping an eye on all tables, Ranjeet and Kritika deserve special mention for their service with a smile. And the chefs do cook up a storm.

Breakfast/lunch buffets are only for hotel residents. I ordered a vegan burger and it was probably the worst burger I have eaten in my life. Even the fries were worse than McDonalds

We tried their buffet at lunch. To be honest it wasn't what we expected. Food was just "Ok" and I did not go for an "Ok" experience at Andaz. Though desserts were really good. Chicken pieces were cold and other veg starters were also not good.

Food-5/5 Ambience- 4/5 Concept-5/5 Service of Restaurant-2/5 Service of Waiter-3.5/5 Quantity -2/5 Trust me visit this place but they still need to work on their service and Quantity. Their service is pretty slow and you have to wait for a quite lot of time for your food. But food is really great and love the concept of plates. They told us that the got plates from local vendors and not from some fancy place. The menu is limited but all there food is organic. Also, the food quantity is pretty low

Due to Omicron was stuck eating at the hotel n the only restaurant that was open was AnnaMaya. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, from dosas to eggs n croissants. The chole bhature reminded me of taste of yesterdays from dhabas like Gianni di Hatti and Rajinder's. All the dishes had distinct and authentic flavors. Was not that impressed by the Dinner buffet so ordered Ala carte and was once again was impressed by the great tasting dishes. The food was so good and varied that I never got tired of eating in the same restaurant for the the three days we were there. My wife remarked even how good the congee was!

Stayed at this property for five days and breakfast was included. They do have large selection of food but was same everyday. They should have different food choices if not all then atleast some every other day. Also they keep food at very low temperatures and certain indian dishes won't taste good if they aren't hot like Sambhar, Cholay, etc. Other than this our stay was very good. We liked their residence suites/apartments. They are very spacious.

We are vegetarians , so we have taken veg food , we ordered paneer & dal tadka. We don't like the quality of food. Although they have given discounts on that. But the discount did not make our day.

A very amazing and cool place with nice ambience and lighting. I had buffet dinner and breakfast at the Annamaya. The taste of the food served in dinner was not tasty and very limitedand also the services are very delayed. I was not attended by any staff. However the buffet breakfast served was tasty and very nice. But the services offered by the staff members present at the foodhall was not satisfying.
