It was our wedding anniversary and we had arranged a poolside candle light dinner. From the moment we had entered Baluchi, we were treated with utmost respect & humility. The service was impeccable by Mr.Pramod. He made our anniversary even more special by taking care of the tiniest of our need. The ambience is just FAB out there and it will make you fall in love all over again! The starters & mocktails were delectable. All in all, it was a rewarding experience :)

I won't lie.! It's definitely a very overhyped place as well as very over priced. Being in a place like lalit I expected it to be costly but also thought that the taste of the food would overcome the same. I would have liked the mutton korma a bit but it lacked salt and the gulab jamun was too sweet to be liked.rest was too normal that you can get the same taste in half of its price. But really consider the taste it's very hard to recommend considering it's completion and location. Save time and money and travel to another place expect this, at least for now.

While the food, like the Butter Chicken, falls into the okay category, it doesn't quite reach the level of fascination I was hoping for. If you're seeking a refined dining environment with decent cuisine, Baluchi might still be worth a visit.

I went to celebrate my wife's birthday today. I must say the entire experience was magical. A special thanks to Ashish wo made sure that every touchpoint was memorable for us. We are looking forward to visit again soon... Thanks, Ashish and team once again ☺☺

Baluchi at The Lalit is a good restaurant. The food and service is good. If the restaurant is busy you might have to wait for the food. It has a huge wine cellar and has good ambience

The staff here is suited and booted. The food most definitely is amazing. As we were shown to our table my friend and I walked past the wine bottle counter and saw beautifully presented wine bottles of fine dining delights. I got adventurous with my main - choosing the vegetarian course. I took a lovely turn down memory lane with this dish - their signature biriyani. Thankfully my food envy was no more once my dessert arrived - rasamalai. My first crack into the wobbly texture was pure joy. It was the most refreshing dessert I had tasted in a long time.The relaxed unpretentious feel of this place together with the tremendous skill at work in the kitchen means this place doesn’t need to talk up its credentials.

The best part of a blogger life is that they get insight into the chef's vision. Yesterday was the same. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Executive Chef Ashish Sanyal, who has flown from banglore to showcase the indian food in a modern way keeping the favours intact. Some interesting twists that worked really well. Scallop paturi was the star dish. It was an afternoon full of knowledge sharing, wisdom and great insight into restaurant industry. He for sure is someone we should look upto. An inspiration for the young generation who are getting into food industry. Festival is on till 22nd and don't miss the food and chat with chef. He has very interesting stories to share. Oh and not to forget the lamb chop with lemon rice aranchini - I will not tell you about the sauce because that's the secret. You should go and figure it out. PS - Don't miss lehsun ( garlic) ki kheer and pan barfi.

Excellent!! Ambience of the restaurant is so good that you feel like sitting there for hours listening to music ..All the dishes we ordered whether veg or non veg were very tasty. Baluchi Dal Makhni was really yummy. Staff was very courteous and full of warmth. Though it was expensive but we enjoyed.

In Baluchi I met with chef sajjan ji he is an awesome person and a great personality and I love the way he cook food for me thank you soo much Sajjan ji

The manager ( Dave) looked after us really well, and when I mentioned that we are looking for an Indian SIM card, he had a walk with us to one of the local phone shops! Above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommended! The milkshakes are superb!

If you like the real north Indian food, which is laden with Calories though, give the place a definite try. Expensive but you and your taste buds would be treated like a royalty with the kitchen even willing to do something beyond. Most of the preparations which I have tried are done excellent...a must visit...

While the food is amazing, it doesn't really justify the price, though it does feel like a luxury to be in here, even though it's not that expensive.

Actually this place one of beautiful place in Mumbai. If you are foody den this place is just perfect for you. If you are a photographer then this is the right place. Well designed light and tables just boost your moody and get an elevation for your talks. Being a foody I just loved the taste of gravy specially lahori style Panner Tina. The Panner were so so much soft.Just loved it and mothmeserizing. Nice place.

It's an exquisite place to spend time with your loved ones and the was so delicious. The staffs are well trained and their services are excellent without any question. Everyone must visit this place.

Sometimes it sets me back when someone needs to serve the food on my plate. I’m happy when they do it the first time but prefer to finish myself at my own pace. Service was excellent, had an issue with my meal being very salty, and they would’ve been happy to replace it or change it. I just decided to only eat half. Great open space with a quiet design which I liked. It is very expensive so you know.

We Had dinner at this restaurant. It was 4 of us. Food and service was excellent. Sandeep and another gentleman (did not get his name) was helping us and they were very efficient and friendly. We had ordered Biryani, chicken tikka masala, Daal Baluchi, Tandoori chicken and Naan. The prices were a little on high end but every penny was worth it with the service and taste of food we got. We also got little bowl of warm water to clean our hands with. Will definitely recommend this restaurant if you are staying at The Lalit.
