So wish we had used our 2 days as planned. Great hotel, super service, fab amenities. Absolutely loved our 1st stay here. The family is already planning for a lengthier revisit. Fab breakfast! Excellent location etc. but what stands out is the clear and refined quality of their product. Thoroughly loved our visit!

A large hotel with excellent facilities and high service standard. Several restaurants, first class gym, outdoor pool and attractive gardens. Clean, well appointed, comfortable rooms. We liked the location near parks and several attractions, plus easy to get to other areas and the airport about 30 minutes drive. Would be very happy to stay again.

This one of the best properties of Taj in Delhi. The service was flawless, as was hospitality. It also houses good restaurants. On request chef took great care in preparation of gluten-free vegan dishes for my colleague. Even after so many dietary limitations the food was delicious. The concierge facilities are unmatched. The staff are so warm and well trained. Many tourist attractions are close by and staff was happy guide and arange rides for us.

Everything about this stay was perfect - the staff go over and above to make sure your needs are met. Even if there was anything wrong with my stay that I could normally add in the review for improvement, I think given how amazing the service was, I canโ€™t think of anything wrong with my stay. The food, rooms, staff, front desk - everything about this hotel was top notch. It was my first time visiting India but I know culturally we say โ€œwe treat our guests like godโ€ but this hotel literally makes you feel like a queen!!! Wish I could live here full time.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in chennai. The rooms are cool, clean. Smelling good & has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is quite good & clean even if one wishes to walk around. The food here is one of the best to savour. The swimming pool is quite big & well maintained.

We requested for 1 room on two occasions, but they mentioned unavailability both times (even for next 1 week). Service was extremely slow (for both high tea and dinner), the quality of food is average. The capsicum used in sandwich (during high tea) was not fresh. After complaining about the ravioli, they accepted it but no solution was provided for it. The topping on ravioli was not even chewable. However, the orchestra was awesome and staff is courteous.

The hotel is currently under new renovations but the experience was beyond phenomenal. Definitely worth getting club room access which includes breakfast, hi tea and a cocktail hour. We stayed in the renovated rooms and the shower was so good I didnโ€™t want to get out. The pool is also heated and has a hot tub attached as well. The location is also very convenient, next to the popular Khan Market. Would come back again!

The room was specious and rest room was cool with a bathtub. Loved the view from the height. As we got the top floor room. View was to die for. Food was too good. The only con I found was the in house dinning menu had very less option in it. Rest they have Chinese and Indian restaurants down. I will give more than five star to the staff over there. Well stocked mini bar. Covid guidelines were followed properly. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good hotel with very friendly and supportive staff. The ambience is like old and luxurious palaces. Since it's a five star hotel and situated at the center of Delhi, you may expect more than average tariff and pricing. They have good restaurants which serves good Chinese and Indian cuisines. Like other good hotels, valet service is provided. Overall the experience was good.

5 Stars for a 5 star hotel. Top notch service, ambience and food. Large lobby, great ambiance and vibes. Food is exceptionally great, service even better. Everything has a plush and premium feeling whether entrance, seating or even toilets. Large parking space and valet service available. Central location is a bonus.

A really wonderful place to visit for any conference or summit. The ambience, environment is simply outstanding. Equally excellent service is their lunch services. Their taste of food is awesome with exact quantity of spices in vegetables. Hygiene conditions are simply excellent. Reception Services are very courteous in providing responses. Reaching out to the great Hotel is quite easy as it's near to the Metro Station. Valet parking is also very good. The best part what I found is having the petrol station very near to it, thus allowing car owners to resolve any untoward issues. Security checks is good. I'm expecting that they must have installed automatic explosive scanner checks due to the footfall at Hotel on account of the seminars / conferences

A great hotel to stay in in Delhi. I tried walking on the sidewalk near the hotel, but one of the employees kindly suggested I take a taxi instead. Good advice as I almost got run over crossing two streets before encountering this useful advice. The hotel has a great tea time in the penthouse view dining area. There are many restaurants on site at the hotel too, so you can go there for dinner very easily. Interestingly there was a Russian bank branch in this hotel too.

I nervously took the risk and took my date Jamal Abebe here (shown in second pic) and things turned out to be pretty good! We were kindly greeted by the bell boy Esteban staring over us every morning, it was so cute! SO!!! The view we had was spectacular enough that we often sat infront of the window in the kitchen and drank our coffee to the view! (3rd pic) Besides the gorgeous view, the room looked like Esteban has been throwing banging parties inside! TLDR! 10/10! Pumpkin Moment.

I went to House of Ming with my family for dinner. They ordered an assortment of items, including the peaking duck pancakes, which is everyoneโ€™s favorite. However, as a vegetarian, I tried the Crispy Spinach, Lemongrass Tofu with broccoli florets, Crispy Lotus Root (highly recommended!), Mapu Tofu, and steamed Chinese greens. The food was quite good, and the service was good as well. The dish I liked the most was the Mixed Vegetable Siu-Mai. It was delicious! For dessert, me and my sister asked for a Bullโ€™s Eye. For those who havenโ€™t heard about it yet, itโ€™s a hot chocolate-flavoured sponge cake doused in liquid chocolate (was it Belgian?) and topped with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. In fact, I think that one canโ€™t call it a trip to the Taj without eating this first. Itโ€™s delectable - I usually eat one on my own even though the portion is quite large, but this time I decided to be a little less indulgent. Overall, interiors of the restaurant were sophisticated and simplistic, but exciting as well. For Chinese food-lovers, his restaurant provides the perfect experience!

If you like oriental cuisine, House of Ming by Taj is not to be missed at all. It's the ultimate fine dining experience and if you throw a dart on the menu, trust, you will relish the item served to you. This, coupled by the friendly and hospitable staff of Taj, will make your experience one of the best. Must go once. You won't stop at one..

While the hotel (lobby etc) still sports the old world charm and legendary Tataโ€™s hospitality vibes, food in restaurant (House of Ming in particular) is dismal for the prices they are charging. Overrated and absolutely not acceptable. We (party of 7) were cramped into small area (as the restaurant is under renovation ) and staff perpetually seem to be confused. Shameful as the reputation of House of Ming no longer could be felt let alone enjoyed. Will not repeat.

Three nights in this beautiful hotel, with the most wonderful staff. By far the kindest, attentive, caring staff I've experienced. All staff I came into contact with were genuinely caring. Extremely professional. My suite was elegant, very spacious and very comfortable. In room dining, and breakfast on the Club Floor was delicious with good choices of vegetarian food. Emperor Lounge made great coffee and offered a variety of food/snacks and cakes. I needed to do some shopping and my driver Vinod was wonderful, he was patient and accompanied me into stores to assist with my purchases, a true gentleman. The Business Centre handled my requirements of printing documents and couriering them to Australia very efficiently. Ambika who attended to my check out was efficient and very friendly. Also a very convenient location. Needless to say, I'm a very happy guest.

Someone from the hotel took 2 panties from my partner's luggage in our room and a Polaroid photo of us (gross). To make up for it, the hotel waived our dry cleaning fee. It wasn't until later that I found out the dry cleaner had broken my pants. After checking in, we inquired if there were any seats available at Varq, one of the hotel's restaurants. We were told that the restaurant was fully booked. When we went there to see for ourselves, there were several empty tables, some with finished dishes on them. We were told all tables were booked. Only after asking several times was the staff willing to clear a table for us. At the pool, we were told that it was apparently not possible to order drinks at the bar upstairs after 8pm. When we went there and inquired at the bar ourselves, we were gladly served our drinks at the pool. In short, poor service, disappointing stay. Avoid at all costs.

As a regular guest at the Taj Mahal Hotel, my wife and I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service we have always experienced, the staff are all great and go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable from the doormen, to the concierge and front desk. However, the standout for me is the food service in the Machan restaurant, and in particular Puneet Relan and his team. They make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support and recommendations and always with a smile on their faces. Itโ€™s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. We would strongly recommend the Taj Mahal Hotel and Puneet to our family and friends. We would give more than 5 stars if available! Steve Dhillon

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Taj Mahal, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's behavior was impeccable. They were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. The culinary offerings at The Taj Mahal are nothing short of excellent. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and presented with an artistic touch. The diverse menu catered to various tastes, and I found myself eagerly looking forward to each meal. The ambiance of the hotel was equally impressive, with a perfect blend of luxury and cultural richness. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall atmosphere added to the charm of the stay. I would highly recommend The Taj Mahal to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable hotel experience. The combination of outstanding staff behavior and exceptional food truly sets this establishment apart. It's not just a hotel; it's an unforgettable journey of hospitality and gastronomic delight. Five stars without a doubt!

We believed that values of Tatas who are known for i.e. honesty, integrity and transparency would be transmitted to Taj Hotels but very disappointingly, some staff at Taj Maan Singh here are involved in fraud and overbilling and senior management may not be aware of this. We did a medical conference here with banquet lunch and dinner. One of the staff tried to take sign on 19 bottles however, consumed were 4 in the night. When we objected, the staff particularly banquet incharge quarrelled. As many other reviews suggest we also found very uncooperative staff and quarelling staff. I think because of the culture here, the occupancy is so low here and we are not likely to hold a conference here again and as many other reviews suggest our experience of buffet and banquet has been too disappointing. I think Mr. Vikram Aditya Singh (Banquet Incharge) is more involved in fraud with the clients as well as the hotel itself. The senior management should do serious introspection and ponder why so many poor reviews in last few months!

Walk back in time into the splendours of the Ming dynasty with a menu that embraces the best of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, emphasizing contrasts in flavour and texture. Arguably the premier Chinese dining destination in Delhi with a legacy of over forty glorious years, the House of Ming enjoys the patronage of the city.

Disappointing Meal and Service. We had an extensive dinner where we ordered 7 dishes. Only Crispy Lotus Stem was something which was mouthwatering. Everything else was a passe. Jumbo prawns were the worst even after retiring the first lot. River Sol was overdone. Plating was ordinary. Overall not a Taj experience at all.

View from the Rooms on Higher Floors are breathtaking and you can easily figure out important buildings of Delhi like the Rashtrapati bhavan, Parliament of India, India Gate and soo on. The Lutyen's Delhi Greenery View with a Cup Of Coffee make you feel like living in Heaven. Rooms are very much Spacious and the Washroom is Amazing. Food at Machan is Excellent especially the desert "Bulls Eye". Thanks to Karan Malik & Anu Chakma for making the Special arrangements and arranging the room with Best View. 5/5 Stars.

I really like the customer service, the soft spoken staff and ambience in general. Being a vegetarian, the menu options have always been limited for me, but I can find quite a mumber of protein rich options from the menu. I really enjoyed the flavours in all dishes, I just hope that the hotel moves wirh the times and include some new dining options for vegetarians in their menu like soya chaanps etc from the tandoor and also experiment with more vegetarian and vegan options in general. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Š

Took some friends to the Chinese restaurant The House of Ming. Quality of food here is ALWAYS superb. As the place is undergoing renovation, the restaurant is now in the old Japanese Wasabi's location. The soups were spicy, bland depending on the order. We skipped the main course as we gorged on yummy Dimsums. Shri Shamsher recommended a honey nut ice cream which was out of the World. Superb service but the gentleman deserves mention by name. Altogether a very nice evening.

The Taj Mahal Hotel in Delhi is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, and what makes it stands out is the impeccable service. For its newly opened club lounge, I have been enjoying five-star services! Particularly Rahul and Tarun, they remember the tea and drinks I like and make the best cocktails. The lounge also has good finger food in the afternoon and snacks in the evening. I very much appreciate their services. The pool is a heated 30-meter long beautiful pool. And the hotel has also a very good India restaurant of Varg and Chinese restaurant of House of Ming. Look no further. This is the best place to stay in Delhi.

I stayed twice..my first stay was upon arrival to Delhi. The airport pickup was so much appreciated, as soon as I landed I received a call stating he was at the pickup location and was waiting for me. Travelling solo this put me at ease. The transfer to the hotel was very seamless. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the staff member and since I had booked a taj club room I was escorted right to my room. The room was very clean, warm and inviting and she arranged to have tea delivered to my room. The next morning I headed down to the Capital Kitchen and enjoyed a huge variety of breakfast items. The staff there were equally attentive. The hotel boasts ambience..music in the evening, the decor all make it perfect. One my way back to US I had booked a suite and that again did not disappoint. The staff is truly amazing, they cater to your every need. The cocktail hour and afternoon tea was amazing.

Restoring good reviews typically involves addressing any issues or concerns mentioned by customers, improving product or service quality, and actively engaging with customers to enhance their experience. Responding to negative reviews professionally, offering solutions, and showcasing improvements can also contribute to restoring a positive reputation. Additionally, consistently delivering high-quality products or services and encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive reviews can help build a more favorable online presence.
