I stayed at this property for 2 nights 3 days. I booked it via the booking.com and selected the “pay at property” option. When I was paying the amount at the property, the front desk assistant asked me for extra money which was around 19000₹ something. However, as per my hotel voucher it was just 16632₹ (included taxes). Though, I was aware of my amount. so I asked him to explain and he tried to make me fool. Gladly, he couldn’t. After my checkout I noticed that he charged extra 500₹. So this is how this property is trying to looting their guests. This is not a 5star property at all. They only have big spacious area. Rooms are not up to the mark. Novotel doesn’t have even a good quality of table in their rooms. Toiletries were not there I had to ask them for brush, bathroom sleepers etc. Mini bar was empty. No wafers at all. Coffee mugs were chipped. 1st floor of this property, only cigarette smells everywhere. It was very hard to get a table for breakfast. It was my birthday, I sent them reminders several time to arrange a complimentary cake. After 3-4 calls they sent it. Thankyou Novotel for making my day pathetically special.

I recently visited the hotel. Everything was up to the mark while check-in, I asked for a birthday cake as it was my mother’s birthday. Lucky Parul from GR help me by providing it at the time I asked for without any delay. I really like the response from the hotel at every moment, the day was fantastic by spending at Novotel. Enjoy dinner at Food exchange restaurant. Accommodation as well as housekeeping services were amazing.

We were a group of 3 couples who checked in at 7 PM last night. Our rooms were strangely not ready so the receptionist gave all 6 of us drink vouchers for the bar. We were told they were good for any drink. We ordered Negroni’s and were later told we could only use them for beer or wine. Never mind we thought, we will use them at dinner. At dinner the waiter said they were only good for the bar but he would get them. After waiting 20 minutes I tracked him down and he said they had run out of premium wine and we could only order Indian wine. This was obviously a lie! I do not expect this type of disservice at a premium hotel. The mattress was too hard. The breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 7.30 AM which is not early enough for early flight customers.

Absolutely wonderful.. amazing service. Prince at the Reception was outstanding, friendly and efficient.. I noticed they have long working hours...which is a pity. Ravi at the bell desk too is charming.. hats off to recruit staff with limited abilities.. giving them an opportunity to shine. !) Not very happy overall, considering my stay in other hotels in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. No advantage of being a ACCOR PLUS Gold member for about 20 years. 2) Still had to wait in queue for check in, wrong amount in the system compared to my booking confirmation, took so much time to check in after 21 hours of travel from Australia. 3) No welcome note or welcome kit from management in the room. Same experience I had in Novotel Aerocity. Never had this kind of experience in any other hotels. 4) As I had flight in the evening, requested for late checkout, I was given quote for 50% of room rate (To a gold member) 5) Cheking out experience was same waited for long time then took extra time to resolve the wrong room charges. 6) Room itself was very good, very happy. 7) Restaurant/Breakfast was excellent, enjoyed the coffee in the cafe. 8) Did not get a chance to use compliment drinks. My feedback (not a complaint) is to help you to improve, train your staff and improve your processes and put more staff at the desks.

I have had more than one occasion to stay at this hotel and each time it has been one disappointment after another. On an earlier occasion the restaurant took more than 45 mins to deliver an order for food which led me to walk out without partaking a meal. On a recent interaction I found the reception staff to be rude and unhelpful which leaves a distasteful impression as a guest. Repeated bad behaviour is abhorrent. The rooms are very small and housekeeping is not proactive. At best, below average services for the star rating, I for one would not book this hotel again.

My room is always clean and well set. Room cleaning boy Akhilesh always there to clean and maintain my room in time. Room has good fragrance and well aligned. My room amenities and towels are always stocked well. Bed is very comfortable. I visited this place with my friend for Lunch, we had the buffet. Food was good with lots of varieties and display looks very good. We had lot of time that day, so clicked lot of images as we loved it. The staff were good and attentive, they also explained me the dishes, which I asked. I specially liked the way they serve the Espresso. We really enjoyed the food, as there were too many options at the buffet we didn't touch many items, over all it was an excellent combination of good food, good ambience and excellent service. Very nice hotel within a short distance of the airport. The hotel had multiple shuttle options to accommodate my family's needs. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was vast with many veg and non veg options. Our servers Gaurav and Vishnu provided us with excellent service!

I only stayed for one night as i had a flight the next morning but I had a great stay. The room was spotless, big and the bed was super comfortable. I had lunch at the food exchange restaurant and they catered to my dietary requirements without an issue, but they could have more vegan options at the breakfast buffet. Stayed for couple of nights during a conference, room was clean and tidy. Size of the room could have been better. Satisfactory room service. Plenty of options to choose from in the buffet breakfast. One issue which I faced was during my check in. I got there at 3.05 pm after tiring journey and found the room was not ready by then. They have made me wait for 20 minutes before handing over the room key to me. Otherwise was a nice stay

Stayed for one night, room was standard size with great lighting, comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom with toiletries included which was nice. Front desk service was extremely helpful and took care of a personal matters. Prerna was helping, Definitely family friendly, keeps everyone entertained in the lobby. Beautiful decor around the hotel as well. Even offered to pack our breakfast since we were leaving earlier in the morning.

The room service guys didn't respond at all during my stay, during meal hours. Rooms are relatively small. Average property. Though buffet was good and spread was adequate. The location is very convenient but the services have miles to achieve a commensurate benchmark in relation to its brand name.

Exlent service Housekeeping Clean and sanitized rooms,washrooms in lobby were very clean and tidy. Staff specially in housekeeping is very helpful and supportive and make our stay very comfortable. I stayed at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity for two nights during my business trip to Delhi. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the metro station, which made it easy to travel around the city. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view of the garden.

Your house keeping staff needs to be trained they are too greedy and slow in functioning. Specially when it comes to room cleaning they decide themselves which room to clean. My room wasn't clean when I asked they said you have to check out that was too ridiculous. A door card could sort where traveller's can hang whether to clean room or not. Otherwise it was a perfect stay all other staff were too cooperative.

Each stay I've had at Novotel has been exceptionally comfortable. The entire staff, especially the housekeeping team under Mr. Nagendra's supervision, is always warm and welcoming. The airport transfers have always been on time as well.

I would have actually given 3 stars because of the poor check-in day experience, but a very good service example on the checkout morning made me give 4. The check in takes hell of a time. I am sure they'd be having this feedback and they'll work on it or maybe already on it. Numbers mentioned on the in-house telephone do not respond. Wanted to have a wake up call and it took me 5-6 minutes of multiple calling to get someone finally answer the call. The rooms are just the right size for a traveller. All amenities in place. Had an early check out due to early flight and the restaurant staff did all they could to serve us early breakfast. Impressive. Am surely going back again just because of their location.

The first hotel I have seen with their own herb and vegetable garden!! The food was amazing. Especially because they used the fresh produce from the kitchen garden and Amit served us generously.

Stayed there overnight, the place was pretty decent. Enjoyed the stay and had no issues as such. The price was decent as well. I had no time to explore anything at the hotel. However would prefer to stay again if the circumstances call for it.

Easy to reach through GPS. Good parking place. Hospitable staff. Buffet at dinner offered good food varieties and good variety in desserts too. Found the rooms decor to be little overdone. There was a not so pleasing soft toy monkey inside the room. Some colour combinations were discomforting. But otherwise room as well as lobbies were clean and fragrant. No unpleasant odour was there. The security arrangements are also uncompromising. One cannot use the lift unless one has card of his room.

If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, with decent customer experience, go ahead and book another hotel. If you don’t believe me, call the hotel phone line and try getting a response in your first 4 attempts. The duty managers are very clearly overworked and underpaid. This clearly shows in their attitude. They have hung up the phone while I’m in conversation with them, multiple times. All in all, terrible staff.

For a 5*, it’s a good hotel. That’s all. Reception is very prompt, breakfast buffet is not the best but quite good. Rooms are small. Washrooms are nice. Corridor is very narrow. Basic facilities like charging points at the lobby is missing. Mostly no one greets when you enter and you are on your own to find. Considering the price of room and the food menu, it is not a value for money or luxury. The diversity n inclusion factor the staff are great though.

Horrible reception. Desolate most of the times. Or manned by a person from another department who tells you to go to the next counter. Receptionist busy with their mobile phones. Wrong information provided. Even after booking still told to have not booked transfer to airport and demanding Rs 1200 +taxes. Provided breakfast for single person even when booked for two persons. Very poor experience. Total failure on the part of the management. Did not expect this from such a big brand. Disgusting can be one word to describe the whole experience 👎👎👎

Rooms are fully sanitized, their staff members are ensuring that the covid protocols are followed by the team & the people staying at the property. Rooms are quite spacious, and we'll equipped with all basic amenities & more. Coming to the food, you could blindly trust Novotel for all your meals. Their buffets have such huge variety of cuisines, that you would end up gaining a few kilos for sure 😁. You can explore food exchange for an amazing breakfast spread too. I would definitely rate this 10/10, I definitely had a great time with my friends

My experience at Novotel was a mix. The check-in experience was not up to the mark because they were not ready with any of the requests we had made at the time of booking. However, the property is absolutely great, the pool is very nice, rooms are also very good. The breakfast was just okay like every other hotel. Location is easily accessible with great connectivity to both Delhi and Gurgaon.

Everything here was exquisite. Very professional staff - efficient, friendly, helpful. Ms. Prerna was incredibly attentive when we had a problem with our room. She oversaw the solution impeccably. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable, bathtub and shower perfect. We spent quite a bit of time by the pool, also great. Nice hotel with excellent staff support. Quickly helped me with room change as there was some issue with my room allotted firstly. Great space management and decent facilities. This hotel is purely for business travels. Closeness to airport is the most helpful thing about this hotel and some others which are there in the same campus. One thing that bothered me was that it is too tech oriented room key dependency, like one you go to lift you have to swipe the card to access floor, they disable the room access if you have not access the room for few hours, can't visit your colleague/friends staying on other floors. It may improve the efficiency and security for hotel but affect guest experience.

The ambience, facilities available are good such as pool, small garden, views. But the service can be improved as the staff don't respond even after calling for 3 times. The single rooms in 1st floor are small even though they are quite expensive. Food is good. A staff called Naveen in the diner was very helpful.

The place is really beautiful. But the efforts and initiatives towards better Breakfast is much needed. They have very less variations in fruits and sometimes fruits are not fresh also, try and keep more South Indian and Punjabi Items for Breakfast. I have stayed here 4-5 times since past few years. Twice I experienced that leftover Dinner items were served at the time of Breakfast. Overall Good Experience.

I received excellent services at the hotel. They are warm and welcoming. The staff attending to room service are very courteous and friendly. They had a solution in minutes. Very responsive. As for the food, woooow!!! It was excellent. The seasoning with millet on salads made the taste better. Spicing was moderate and every bite was very tasty.

This Hotel used to be a good place but now they are extreme short on staff. You call from the room and they wont pick up calls. You go to reception and you will have to wait quiet long to see an overworked staff. You call from the Google number they provide and they will keep disconnecting the call. And at last if you get through to talk for food, it would take as much time will you would be no more hungry. Even at buffet you will face issues due overworked staff. I would not advice this hotel to anyone untill they have enough staff to meet their requirements. Also for the staff I am sure it would be a pathetic place to work with such staff shortage.

Amazing hotel with great staff. So friendly, helpful, spacious room, security is serious stuff in India. Very near to many good pubs nearby 200m walking distance. So if you decide to have a good time, you could safely walk back home. Clean, big bed, good water pressure, love the toiletries! Loads of love from Malaysia!

Amazing experience at Novotel Aerocity Delhi. We stayed for two days. Eating experience at Food Exhange was outstanding. We felt safe during Covid times eating at the restaurant. Staff was amazing. Special mention of Amit. He took great care of us. Thank you.

Booked from Expedia Pros : near from airport for next flight to catch. Clean rooms, prompt and humble staff. Cons : Could provide slippers, dental items for kids, comb. Bed could be little more bigger for 2+2 No doors in toilet/bathroom. I may probably not stay again.

One of the worst experiences I have had in the past few years! Tried getting in touch with the hotel/front desk for THREE DAYS at different times of the day (on the number given on their website) after booking, as I did not receive a confirmation SMS. It's only when I wrote an email asking to cancel my reservation that someone called me. Step into the room upon check-in and you immediately realize what a lie the photos on the website are; it's a cramped up space. For the first two nights of the stay, I woke up drenched in sweat in the middle of the night and when I checked the thermostat, it showed a room temp of 22.5 deg C. After complaining to the Manager on Day 3, someone came to check the thermostat, told me it's working fine and that guests cannot change the room temp. Why have a thermostat in the room at all then? Spent 3 more nights sweating in the room!!! If you reserve a spa session, make sure to ask your questions to the person who will do your session rather than the person who is booking the session. What the person at the desk promises vs what you get during the session are completely different. The two stars are only because of the outstanding service of the housekeeping staff and the staff in the restaurant. The people in these two departments go above and beyond to keep the guests happy. The other departments probably need to learn something from them! All in all will never return to Novotel Aerocity.

Booked from booking.com Seemed good. King size bed for 4, thought to be good enough to accommodate. Planned 5 nights. Good Ambience. Good service. Awesome location nearby Airport. But room is narrow, to the size of bed a couple of metres 3 sides. The room is fine. But for 2adult and 2kid is no good. Says king size, but doesn't fit though. And, there is no lock for bathroom doors. Really surprised to know from their desk that it is the same for all rooms. Overall: Ideal for Single Occupancy.

The hotel offers excellent service and experience. I’d like to mention mainly Mr. Deepak Verma at the front desk who was extremely helpful and kind during the entire check-in process. He also got us a free upgrade to the premier lounge. Very thankful to him for making our trip so much better and way more comfortable.

Neat and clean room. Superb staff each and everyone was helpfull at every moment. Specially i would like to take name room cleaner mahendra who went beyond my expectation and service my room very nicely when i reached to room after breakfast. Fantastic staff, lovely surroundings, and a fantastic position. The hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff and receptionists I've ever encountered. The hotel was outstanding in every way. It was tidy, fashionable, spacious, and provided fantastic services. I must commend Mr. Nitin Gupta for his wonderful hospitality; he is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel.

The room allotted was next to a service elevator - all night long there were noises of people pulling furniture and the elevator working. We couldn't get any sleep. I shared the feedback with the front desk and no one even bothered to call. While checking out I provided the feedback again and the duty manager stood there like a rock - had nothing to say and then blamed me for not specifying that I didn't want a room next to an elevator! Firstly, No one asked, Secondly, I don't know the layout of your hotels. Also, nobody would want to stay in a room like that. For the price I paid, this is just pathetic - any hotel would be better than this.

Good front office staff . Concierge were resourceful and quick . The team was helpful in accomodating rooms upon arrival the checkin was smooth . Rooms were comfortable and the food options were great with buffet during the breakfast timings . Overall experience was very satisfactory.

Wonderful location, wonderful settings, and excellent personnel. I've never met receptionists or personnel who are as kind and accommodating as those at the hotel. The hotel was exceptional in every aspect. It was clean, stylish, roomy, and offered excellent services. I have to say how fantastic Mr. Nitin Gupta's hospitality has been; he is definitely a great asset to the hotel.

This time my accommodation was very good. Guest service was on time all employees specially prerna was very accommodating and humble. I was surprisingly happy to see hotel is giving employment to physically challenged people was the person whom I saw and was proud. People of these kind are inspirations to others.
