    Very comfortable stay. I found ibis much better than some of the adjacent 5star hotels. Almost all the facilities that you would want are available here. Check-in was very smooth. I would especially like to thank Mr. Prodyot, who helped in a quick check out. Very professional staff, excellent service! I was very happy with the fact that international visa cards work over here and you can pay for everything with card.

    The food here is excellent and I really like the ambience. The hospitality that they provide to their guests is amazing. I was attended by Mr. Anurag and I observed that he have a very pleasant way of attending his guest. Thank you and all the best to the whole team.Great stay here!

    Amazing front desk staff ...smooth checkin & checkout excellent rooms. Staffs are helpful and considering the requests from us in a very positive manner. 2 meals were included with my stay. Excellent food too. Will definitely visit IBIS Aerocity again if passing via Delhi.

    Great hotel, great ambience. Helped me when I needed urgent accommodation. Had booked room in Holiday inn via Expedia, they denied me room at late hour. Had to urgently book room in this hotel. It was way beyond expectations, spacious rooms, great service and friendly people. Will definitely recommend this to everyone

    Had delicious food from IBIS. Appreciate the chef for providing different spreads during breakfast that was incomparable based on my experience with other places. Overall stay and customer care was well and good. Highly Recommended.

    My husband and I stayed for 1 night and the beds were very comfortable. Clean rooms and great breakfast buffet with lots of options. No single complain with any staff. They went above and beyond including Vikas, who helped with our luggage to our taxi. Very kind gentleman and hardworking. Can’t wait to stay again!

    I have been staying here for a week and am liking the place very much. Food - I am from Chennai. With the variety of cuisine they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they sustain the good quality, taste and look of the dishes. Housekeeping - You could see the reception, lounge area, room or the dining place as clean and safe as always. All are polite and they give a comfortable stay Restaurant staffs are polite in their approach,though they have a tiring day they never show that in their face. Always have a smiling face Place is nearby airport and malls. Had a pleasant day. Would recommend for anyone who plans for a stay in Delhi

    It's been seven years that I m staying here.... Though small business hotel but everything well taken care of. Love the hospitality of all the staff,we all belong to the same fraternity so they understand our needs... And work accordingly.I would like to thank each staff here for working so hard and risking their lives even in this pandemic and serving humanity. Kudos to the team.

    We are from USA. It is has been a fantastic and comfortable stay. Rooms are very cozy and food is great. Great location outside the airport. Front desk is very helpful, always ready to do something. What more can you expect in a short stay?

    My stay was really comfortable, all because of really good staff. Housekeeping staff Mr Surrender is very helpful in keeping my stay comfortable. Room is very clean and sanitised. Thank you very everyone for making me feel like home.

    The taste food was was really good, I loved the tea and khandvi here. The staff is very polite and hard working. The rooms are very comfortable the service is quick. I highly recommend this hotel in Delhi. Had an amazing stay thank you team Ibis.

    It was a pleasant stay, everything is perfect about it.The staffs (Receptionist,House keeper,Security Guards, etc) are very polite and generous. The hospitality is without any problem. Food is very delicious and hygienic. The collection of artifacts on display were breathtaking. Wish there were a couple of more stars to add!

    It was my first Business stay at Ibis Aerocity. I love the Hotel Location. Cleanliness well maintained and following Covid precautions. Food was awesome. Staff is very cooperative specially Rajender from Restaurant he is very efficient and polite

    Food taste is good. The buffet was elaborate and very delicious for the dinner. the reception staff are very polite and customer friendly. the cleanliness of the room and toilet is up to the market. Guest along with family solo travellers can prefer for a stay.

    Everything was good, it felt so good after dinner like we are home. The hospitality was so good especially by Mr. Anurag. I saw him running around with a smile and helping each one of us to decide what to eat. I really appreciate the hospitality in buffet and in room service.     This review is to appreciate one of the staff Mr. Nishant whom I remember who really showed his customer oriented behaviour. Really impressed with the service & hospitality provided by each and every one. Also would like to appreciate the guy who helps us check in , the one who cannot speak verbally but he speaks a lot through his amazing positive attitude towards Life and work. Best Wishes to all. Service is really improving from earlier what I had experienced. I'm a happy customer now. Thanks to each & every one. Hard to remember every one's name but it's a Team work of yours that help build such Positive environment.

    I am very happy with house keeping service. Very polite in talking, helping nature and available just on call. Staff behaviour is also good. They talk very nicely and always there is smile on their face. I specially like to thank Mr. Shivanand for his service and he done his job in perfect way.

    Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights. Very good value for money and the location not far from a metro station is appreciated. It’s also right beside World Mark which has some really good spots for food and drinks so everything is at your doorsteps. The Indian breakfast buffet was really good. My only tiny complaint is that the hotel shampoo and body wash smells a bit like armpits so I suggest bringing your own.

    Well certainly a good place to go and it’s quite affordable according to the location in which it is situated. Went out for a dinner and was absolutely amazed to see the varieties and options. Located in a prime location and it maintains the prime quality of food and services. Enough options for you to have a good dinner. Hotel has a bar too which serves good drinks. Definitely a YES to whom who want to enjoy hotel stays at prime location near airport.

    This place is strictly average and overpriced for what you get. The rooms are tiny and there are barely any amenities. Another reviewer mentioned that the bathrooms were like the ones on an airplane, very accurate. The only saving grace of this place is the staff, they were super helpful and very nice. Even the breakfast buffet was decent. Only stay here if you get an amazingly good deal, otherwise it’s not really worth it.

    I stayed for tonight's, room was very clean and service was great. All the staff were very kind and generous. Particularly I would like to mention about Ms.Sunetra, she has provided me all the information I have asked for and helped me with printing few documents I needed.

    Stayed there one night for business purpose. Rooms are neat,clean and well maintained. Room and bathroom size is small but well laid out. Check in and check out experience was smooth. Staff is helpful. It's walkable distance from Delhi Aerocity metro station. Overall it was pleasent experience for decent amount. Recommended for family/business stay.

    Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well maintained, and comfortably spacious. The bathroom was a little small, but very clean. Price 💸: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the services and quality provided, I would say it is a bargain. Amenities 🏓: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gym, Swimming Pool, a Web Corner with computer access for the guests. The rooms have a fridge, a locker and a TV of course. Wi-Fi availability throughout their campus. Location 📍: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aerocity is very close to the airport. It is half-kilometre from the nearest metro station. Service 🛎️: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent and prompt service. They are flexible to the whims of the guests. Restaurant 🍛: ⭐⭐⭐ Spice It is their in-house restaurant. The food, although expensive, tastes good. Maintenance 👨🏻‍🔧🧹: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very well maintained. No doubt about it. Will I come here again? Most certainly I will.

    Excellent place for budget stay. Restaurant is just satisfying. Great menu, great fare, great prices and absolute hospitality with warmth and smile. The breakfast spread is, like, eat it all 😀

    The food is great and the ambience is very good. Mr Raju and chef sunil were a great host. I enjoyed every bit of the food. It was fantastic having dinner here. Would recommend everyone to try out food here.

    Hey guys, we visited Delhi this weekend and stayed here at IBIS, DELHI AEROCITY.. It is a great place to stay and that too with excellent/professional staffs. Do stay here if possible for you. It is near Delhi Airport and conveyance for Delhi metro and other transport is also great. In short, I had a pleasant stay..

    We checked in to ibis on 6/10/21 for a business travel and was assisted by Vikas bell boy on the priority desk. Asked him for a specific room, which was not available at the moment. He, very proactively arranged for the same room with proper cleaning and sanitization! Very happy with his service and would like to appreciate him for a comfortable stay at ibis!!! Keep it up ☺️

    Here with I would like to say that I have been staying ur New Delhi premises so here in restaurant services is nice along with Good Gesture! And Food taste and quality also good with hygiene maintaining, and Covid Protocol follow in all areas.

    Very good service by the hotel staff. Breakfast was best I have seen in any hotel from US or India combined (actually so much variety of items, that one can't decide what to have for breakfast). Also the Housekeeper (Sagar) gave a fantastic cleaning service and met our daily requests.

    Stay was good.. Check in took little more time.. Staff was very helpful.. Swimming pool is visible from outside gate as it is smoking zone (though both are inside property premises) Food is great but do consider asking their opinion and let them know what you are looking for..

    Good location with easy access to metro. Rooms are small and bathroom is very small. Suitable for only short stay. Staff is very good. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety of food. Better to have lunch and dinner outside as it has limited menu.

    Actually, I overpaid. There might have been some meeting or group booking (as informed) due to which we had to pay more amount than usual charges. We booked via their own website, where the tax was incorrectly calculated at 12% – this was a bit strange as I have a good brand image of ibis and any discrepancy at this level on their own website is a bit turn-off. Anyway, coming to the stay, the rooms are indeed small, but ours was found clean. The only bad experience we had, was with the water boiler which might have got overlooked during cleaning, but the staff replaced it within minutes. The staff is very good, helpful, and welcoming. Nowhere, I felt tough time while communicating with the staff about any of the queries/complaints. Moreover, our room had a (closed) door to the adjacent room, due to which the disturbance was there a bit and I felt lack of privacy in that case. Silence in the room was very good, except for sometimes when we felt the disturbance from the adjacent room due to the door. The hotel room was equipped with a locker and a mini fridge, cloth hangers and iron table were available as well. Housekeeping was on time and took a good care of the room. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth. Pool area, outdoor, and lobby areas are kept neat and clean as well. Restaurant is over-priced according to me. The taste is average, yet it is freshly served, but the price must be justified. The service was good overall.

    Everything about the place was brilliant. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and the location can't get any better really (specially if you're transiting through Delhi). I stayed for a couple of nights with my pet dog (the hotel itself is very pet friendly). I needed to extend one night at short notice however it wasn't a problem for them.The only worry I had was that being a pet friendly hotel there isn't really a pet relief / walk area anywhere at the hotel premises and I wasn't comfortable leaving the hotel gates due to the presence of strays. Apart from that everything was absolutely fantastic :)

    It was pleasant experience staying over here, services and all were as per the market standard, only washrooms were much below the standard. Shower heads and tap of wash basing were not in good condition. You may wet yourself while using wash basing while some spray nozzles of the shower head were choked with scale deposits. Rest everything was decent and well maintained. I'll recommend it to others for sure.

    It was a nice experience staying in Ibis. Almost all staff members were cordial and friendly. Special mention is needed for the house keeping staff members. Also Mr. Sahil, at the dining area with a pleasant attitude. Food had variety. Fruit juices, salads etc were good. Thank you for making our stay in Delhi a memorable one.

    Exceeded expectations paid for money. Cozy bend and a ample size room. Staff is nice and friendly, fallowing all necessary measures against covid. Very secure and convenient location where you have a metro station nearby.

    The standard rooms are well maintained mostly. They are small in size but solves the purpose if you are on a short visit. The restaurant seemed understaffed and so was the hotel without any bell boy during night. The services were mixed bag but some went above and beyond in serving the guests.

    Ibis is a very well located hotel that caters to air travelers mainly. The staff here have been extremely helpful and responsive to every request. It is true the rooms are small, but they are very well appointed and lack no amenity. In fact, the bathrooms are a model for how to use space efficiently! I would definitely recommend this place for a transit halt.

    Stayed here during a quick layover. Staff were cordial and helpful. Dut to covid, the restaurant wasn't open but room service was quick. The premises were generally tidy, I did find some minor details in my room in disrepair. They didn't bother me too much as my stay was short. Will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

    good place for business traveller visiting the capital for one day trip. very close to hotel have breakfast meeting and move to your work place. Offers good breakfast. Extremely helpful team to serve you as per your urgency. It was indeed a good experience that makes me come to this place time and again when ever i visit Delhi.

    Great location, clean and hygienic rooms. Breakfast was sumptuous as well. The check-in took almost half an hour, again understandable due to heavy rush. The only concern was the AC, where the temperature could not be set below 21 deg, especially when in the peak of summers the rooms aren't cool enough.

    Place and location is good . Clean and staffs are really good Variety are there in breakfast But if you call for room service particularly for empty plate or empty glass .. it's like you are on their mercy to have your dinner/lunch from outside. Either you won't get the plates or you have to wait for an hour or two . Although floor service staffs were prompt you won't have to wait much. Sometimes either lifts or key card was not working properly. During my stay saw lots of people had this issue.

    Standard rooms are very small. Expectations were not met according to the prices charged. Breakfast has too much variety & so is the meal (lunch/dinner) Swimming pool is very nice. Staff is helpful.

    I stayed there on 4th floor where room are tiny , not much cleanliness, sink was dirty too, No Covid restrictions were been followed at the buffet. Food was good but some food items which supposed to be hot were cold. Sharing you the pic of cutlery they I used

    Rooms were very small and suffocated. Staff is not that good.. hospitality was very poor.. very high charges compare to what they giving..horrible stay Rooms were dirty and bathrooms were like you using a aeroplane toilet. Better options available nearby.. in same or less price with more spacious and clean rooms

    Very small rooms, tiny bathroom, and no facilities, lobby toilets are filthy and hardly any frills. The breakfast is good indian spread, but no taste and doesn't taste fresh at all. Only book this hotel if you find a real cheap deal, otherwise not worth the money. The only thing nice is closeness to the Airport.

    It is a budget hotel but still not worth the money. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Food was also good. My kids loved the variety in the buffet. But this is not a hotel I would go ever again. In my two days stay I was at the reception physically or speaking to them on the intercom most of the time. Starting from not able to find my booking for more than 2 hours. None of their keys work properly, you have to swipe multiple times to gain access. The rooms are small (of course it's a budget hotel) but despite that the room temperature wasn't going below 24°c in January winters, can't imagine living there in summers. I called couple of time to fix the AC but no luck with the repair so requested for a room change but that too wasn't quick. It was a painful experience. Further despite charging the room the temperature didn't go below 23.5°c in the replacement room. If you are happy staying in a warm room then go for it but I won't recommend it to anyone.

    I don’t usually write reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terribly tiny rooms, portable toilets for bathrooms equipped with nothing but a soap dispenser. The low ceiling coupled with a room with no space to move is bound to make anyone claustrophobic.
