Been to their cafe for a business meeting. Menu was quite good but service was super slow and billing is to much time consuming. I had requested them for quick billing but they process cheques super slowly. Since I was in a hurry they mentioned that the bill will be sent to my email but it's been 7 days no action from the staff (despite telephonic followup). Rest if the hotel Staff is very supportive and polite.

This was my first five star hotel experience and it really exceeded all my expectations. Right from when we arrived the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The location was perfect for sight seeking, it's close to so many historical landmarks. Although the premises was so beautiful, we didn't want to leave the place. This has been and will always remain the finest luxury hotel in New Delhi . The visitors have changed over the years but the renovations are tasteful and reflect a simple and clean modern design which has always been a signature at this property. Miss the old days of going here for barber shop and getting takeaways from the pastry shop and enjoying a burger at the coffee shop which was adjacent to a giant skylight bird cage .

Once you have done an Oberoi, you will always do the Oberoi. There is something different about their hospitality and service. You just have to experience it. We were in Delhi on a nostalgia trip from the US. I grew up in New Delhi. It's an extremely modern hotel. My family tasted the best of Delhi at the Oberoi. We left for Agra by train from Nizamuddin and the hotel staff packed us breakfast. That was extremely thoughtful of them.

Lovely hotel. The service here is unmatched. Every single staff member without fail was super nice, welcoming, and the most respectful. The rooms were fantastic and the buffet, oh my god the buffet was oh so good. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is beautiful and to add-on one of the staff members mentioned that there were around 3-4 weddings per day.

The Oberoi New Delhi never fails to impress. Went here for a birthday dinner party and we went crazy as the food was to tasty. The bartender for funny and knew what he was doing. The staff hospitality was amazing, we asked for warm milk for our 2 yr old it they were happy to help with a smiling face. Another great thing was that they were following COVID protocols. As soon as you get off the car and gate keeper very humbly requests you to wear mask. At the lobby if you are without the mast the staff asks you to wear mask with the folded hands. If you don't have a mask, they have masks for the guests. A great place to throw party for 100-200 people with covid safety norms.

I landed at '360°. Beautiful ambience, good mild music to enjoy with your coffee and a comfortable place to hold great conversations! Staff is courteous, and professional. Seating is well arranged. They have tried not to squeeze too many tables in, which is a + point. I won't make comments about food because I just had a black coffee with some cookies.

Exceptional in every way. There are 5 star hotels all over Delhi….and then there are the Oberoi(s). The Delhi hotel has exceptional modern rooms, a stunning outdoor pool area, indoor pool, infrared sauna, steam room, bars and restaurants. The hotel is a welcome refuge from the chaos of Delhi (and the air quality is I’m informed the best in the city…….which you’ll need!)

The Chinese Restaurant Bau Shuan is good. Great service and very good food.

The lobby looks cold with sofas that are best put in storage. The food at the Chinese restaurant was nice however, the furniture was marked with oil stains and scratches. It was most unexpected to see such low standards at The Oberoi.

This is probably the best hotel in the nation. Built from scratch only 4 years ago, this stunning property is run by a team of thorough professionals who anticipate their guests' needs and deliver a ridiculously high level of service. Its location in the heart of Lutyens' Delhi and adjacent to the verdant Delhi Golf Club is second to none. My family and I spent a magical two days here, and will be back the next time we visit the country's capital.

Ok from Oberoi I know! Food was average. Cocktail and beverages were tasty. The reason I am giving two stars is that Covid safety protocols are poor. Staff can politely request guests and visitors to wear masks in open areas. No masks enforced in lobby. Nor in gym. Many staff members are also not wearing masks properly. Some of the serving staff in restaurant and the housekeeping staff are covering their mouth, but not nose. Maintenance staff roaming with masks down. Oberoi is the ultimate in hospitality in India, but The Oberoi New Delhi doesn’t live up to that standard!!

I visited the Oberoi in several occasions, due to work and holiday. Is probably the best hotel I have ever been to. As you enter the hotel, the level of security is very high. Once you get in they welcome you in a great way, super polite and making you feel very special. The rooms are renovated, really clean, and with full of details. Every day they leave fresh flowers and fresh fruits in the room, as well as newspapers. There are two swimming pools, one outside and one indoors. As you set up in one of the hammocks they leave you a bell to ring in case you need anything from the butler, that will come straight away. The restaurants are beyond... the main restaurant has a buffet lunch where they have all what you can imagine and more, all cooked in an exquisite way, and staff are once again constantly looking out for the guests and their needs. The strength of the Oberoi is the attention to details and how polite the staff are. I hope I can visit again the Oberoi, and I absolutely recommend it!!!

Beautiful hotel, friendly service, kind hospitality. The 360 restaurant feels like a cafeteria. Some sound deadening and dimmer/better lighting would go a long way. We stayed at the Calcutta Oberoi years ago, and the whole operation there seemed more well-oiled and put together than in New Delhi.

I have visited the Oberoi's Coffee shop in a number of occasions and every-time I have a great experience. The food out there is made to the customers delight. the staff is always courteous and ready to go out of their way to give a customers a good experience. We were this time given an extra dessert form the staff's side. It was a pleasant surprise. I love the place.

The name says it all and Oberoi Hospitality is a world class standard in its own right . Oberoi Hotels are a synonym for world class quality of ambience , food , stay , courteousness and an enhanced level of experience. Our lunch on a Sunday when most of the Delhi hotels restaurants are fully packed turned out to be excellent due to priority services provided by the hotel staff at the Chinese restaurant Baoshuan . They have a fixed menu which is ₹2500 for children , ₹3950 for adult and ₹4950 for adult with drinks . They also have a standard menu on offer . Given the wide variety of food items to choose from , it really is an awesome experience to keep tasting the best of the dim sums or the thousand chilli chicken or tofu . Mouth watering dishes , chilled drinks , courteous staff and the rooftop restaurant overlooking the greens of the golf course , it all adds up for a blessed time . Oberoi hospitality never lets you down and on the contrary lifts your spirits and make you joyful and cheerful . Looking forward to my further Oberoi time !!!

I attended a birthday party here. Location and ambience is nice but food was not really up to the mark of a 5 star hotel. Staff was also not very proactive enough.When we had to play the happy birthday song at the time of cake cutting, literally no one was there to get it done. Finally we had to sing it ourselves. Overall a very average experience and well below Oberoi's standards

Lovely hotel with a great rooftop dining area. I had an amazing experience yesterday. Drinks are really great.Ayush at cirrus9 is so polite and welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

360 is absolutely stunning. Fantastic service and great food. The ambience is a wee bit drab though. Have been coming back for years now

The best Oberoi experience. The hotel actually feels like a top notch 5 Star Hotel. You will find that this property will give you the full experience of luxury. Wishing their entire team to grow and keep thriving for better quality. Must visit place if one can afford it.

Great place to be. We went there for Valentine’s dinner. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Place itself is gorgeous, and great place to take pictures. It also have multiple restaurants along with rooftop bar Cirrus 9. Would definitely try stay at Oberoi one day. I would highly recommend trying food at Omya.

We stayed at Oberoi Delhi, stay was superb. Would like to thanks all the staff for their commendable services. It was my daughter’s birthday and they made it super special. Heartfelt thanks to whole Oberoi team. You guys rock. Would love to stay again to enjoy the marvellous hospitality. Indoor pool was a lovely experience for the birthday girl and spa staff made it cosy for her. Thanks to chef who prepared meal for my six month daughter. We were worried prior check in for that and they made our stay smooth, safe and enjoyable. Duty manager and other staff at 360 are simply amazing. Reception staff is so welcoming. Thanks for making our staycation on occasion of my princess birthday enjoyable and safe. Looking for the other vacation dates already 😅

Five star 💫💫💫 everything about the place 5 ⭐⭐⭐. Really liked the ambience of the lobby and the banquet we visited. Food was also very nice. Good experience 🙂

They need to put better sign boards. Hotel entry did not have good sign board which is easily visible during night especially when it's raining. The lobby can have better sign boards for restrooms. Exit path did not have proper lights and signs. Overall services were good.

I was not staying at the Oberoi but had gone for a meeting in their coffee shop - 360. I have an ankle fracture and was wearing a cast. I asked a staff member the way to the coffee shop, and she said that the Oberoi only has one i.e., the Delicatessen Patisserie. This is incorrect as both the 360 and the delicatessen serve coffee. She then proceeded to take me to the former and upon reaching I discovered there were stairs. I asked if there was a lift, to which she said no. I then had to take the stairs with my broken ankle. Upon being informed by the staff that I was expected at 360, I asked them if there was a lift, as I couldn’t possibly climb all the stairs again. To my great surprise, they pointed to a lift right outside the shop. The Oberoi is known as one of the finest hotels in Delhi. I actually really like the place. However, as a five star property, do you not believe that the staff should also represent 5 star training? This level of incompetence and poor knowledge of the establishment does not reflect 5 star service, which ought to begin right from the entrance.

A perfect hotel with a fantastic jungle view, delicious restaurant, great indoor and outdoor pools and spa. The staff is wonderful. Our room organized by Reema and Lalit was full if special beautiful details!!
