Room booking was confirmed by the hotel by email to us. The reception lady (Mahi) kept on phoning me and cancelled our booking as we were travelling after 7 hours hectic drive. This happened again a week later after we were travelling from airport to hotel. Upon arrival , We had to find another hotel late evening with 4 large pieces of luggage. PLEASE do not book this hotel as they have habit of cancelling your bookings. We found out later that they have given my bookings to some conference people and even didn't bother to help me to find another hotel quite late in the evening. For Rs6000 per night for double room is very bad value for money. NOT going to book this hotel again. Inconsiderate and badly managed hotel. Be aware!!!!!!

I spent a few hours there after a long flight and before traveling to another city. The hotel was located near the airport. I stayed in a room with the view straight to the metro line. The ground floor was short, dark and full of mosquitoes. The room was quite small. There was no hair dryer in the room so if you need one, bring your own. The bed was quite small. If you're a big, tall one, it will not comfortable to sleep on it. I'm small and I fell out of the bed at night. The room was not quiet enough, I could still hear the sound from the metro line at night. The bathroom was not clean. The sink and drainage smelled so bad. They tried to cover the smell but I don't think it worked. When I opened the bathroom, I saw the towers were on the floor like someone used them and threw them to floor so that the cleaners can wash them. For breakfast, there were not many choices for food. Food kept running out at the buffet line and they were slow to fill them up although there were not many customers there on that day.

Breakfast served tasted bad. No toaster for bread. Housekeeping staff not great. Spoons were sticky and had coffee and tea scent coming from them.

Service staff behaviour not good. Complementary break fast not upto mark. As per menu chart food not available in restaurant. Cost of food items is very high. News paper not provided in room. Quality of Tea kit is very poor. Overall management is not good. Any body should think twice before choosing that hotel.

We stayed just for one night during our trip through delhi and this was a very pleasant stay. The hotel has good price to quality ratio, conveniently located for visitors like us who just wanted to have comfortable sleep before driving forward the next day, especially that it is so close to the highway. We also loved free access to coffee, tea and cold drinks, spacious parking and breakfast box with really tasty food inside.”

Worst hotel.. Does not have 24/7 hot water in the washrooms and when we require hot water we need to inform the reception well in advance so that they will switch on the boiler… the timing of hot water is from 6am to 11am after that it is not available… they have served me stailed and expired fish tikka due to which I got food poising and siver diarrhea… they serve stail food in room service… I do not suggest or recommend this hotel to any one….in case u order food in this hotel your health condition will be affected badly like I have got effed. I have given a written complaint in the reception regarding food and they said they will take action and no action is beingvtaken

SCAM. We were involved in the taxi scam from the airport and taken to the hotel across the road, called Relax In. We escaped and attempted to get a room here at 1am. The dude tried to tell us that he was fully booked, there is no way he was booked as I could have booked online. He THEN recommended the hotel across the road, the SCAM hotel! So he was in on it too. Do not support this business, they will rip you off and take your money and steal from you without even thinking twice You try to scam and cheat tourists who come to your country. SHAME ON YOU! Why don’t you make an honest living like the rest of the people on earth. It really isn’t a good way of welcoming people to India.

Hotel is good to stay. It is located near the airport and some room's view straight to the metro line. Food: food taste is good. In breakfast, have many choices for food. Lunch is also good. Negative: The sink and drainage smelled so bad.

We stayed during first week June 23 nice ambiance. Not much crowded. Nice and clean restaurants with many varieties food items available for breakfast and dinner. Located nearby Karol Bagh market within 5 min distance. Located nearby East Patel nagar Metro Stn. Easy check-in and check-out. Handicapped Accessibility is very good. Distance from Airport is 30 min and all local sightseeing spot is also very close by. Room were cleaned up daily. We had pleasent stay.

The Hotel name itself says that its legendary hotel.. It is so good within the budget. Rooms are decent and clean. The service is the one we can talk about. Service boys welcomes you with a great smile and they are so respectful. Service is all good. I can simply recommend this hotel to visit because its very comfortable with vast rooms. I hope i will visit this hotel again. 

It’s good hotel near to Patel Nagar Metro Station rooms are clean bathroom and just average breakfast is just average hotel. Propty is good. Only food is just average. I enjoy my stay room was the morning time very good

We had a large tour group with 8 rooms booked for 2 nights. The hotel cleanliness and specifically the rooms don't reflect the online pictures. All the rooms were very dirty. The bed linen had stains and multiple hairs present. We asked for it to be changed and had to insist several times before they changed them in nearly every room. The bathroom and shower areas were also very dirty. There was also a moldy smell in several rooms. There was no heating in the room just a fan. Every room had an issue with either the TV & remote or the hair dryer not working. We did not sleep in the beds the second night and after touring the area and having dinner, just decided to move to our next location. The only positive was the food was good and tasty but had limited options for breakfast. There must be better options in the area and we already informed our tour operator not to use this hotel again.

It’s rated as a 4 star hotel but you will not get your basic hospitality needs met here. Firstly, staff is obnoxious at times, they will not work with the customer when we are in need of service. I was told I’d be provided with extra towels, which never came and also an extra bed, which never arrived. Secondly, if you’re anything like me and you’re looking for basic things like HOT/WARM WATER in your shower, you will not find it here, apart from the water pressure being extremely low after 6:30am. Never had such problems and I am from a small village in Gujarat, which says a lot. This is super and extremely far from every attraction you’d like to see in Delhi, the area isn’t that great, and honestly not worth the price you’re paying. The room feels extremely suffocating, the a/c and heater units did not work, which can make it hard on you if you’re not used to this type of weather.

This was my first time visiting this hotel. I was very surprised with their hospitality. The staffs are very kind, helpful and informative. I have tried other 5 stars hotel in Delhi but this hotel is best, the staffs of this hotel is helpful About the facilities, they also have a complete facilities for weekend gateways with our family of friends. The room size is big and clean. Very recommended hotel in Delhi

Barely worth the price. Pretty inconsistent in quality. One room was dirty and not well maintained other room was good but quite small . Great service though. Very quick and responsive. Food will be good only if they are expecting a tour group. Hot water during late night and early morning is available only of you tell them beforehand.

The location was extremely convenient with good access to every type of transport. the hotel itself was quirky and interesting without being creepy, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. I will be coming back with my family and recommending the hotel to everyone

I wish I had read the negative reviews which were written n hidden between paid positive reviews. Let me just start by clarifying that it is 'a 2 star hotel' for all the services it provides. Worst hotel staff and managers, Mr.Birender and Mr.Khalil. You both made us feel unwelcomed and terrible. I had my brother's wedding stay at this place and was there for 3 days. Dirty linen, dirty stained kettle, yellowed towels, poor housekeeping, below average food which was always short for guests but got refilled only for staff. Ironically I paid 350 per head for 2 days breakfast for eating bread and butter!! Being a host I had my meals at the end where I was told that food is finished because more people ate the food so out of guilt I ate whatever little was remaining while paying full amount for my plate!As soon as the staff came in to eat, the serving bowls were filled till brim. What a grt management by managers, Mr.Birender and Mr.Khalil. Dj on mehendi night arranged in their basement hall was so so. They stopped serving snacks soon after the start of event n told this is how they do it. No snacks were served for more than 30 mins during which host family was begging them to serve snacks to guests who r arriving. Save ur events & look for a genuine n better place

We booked rooms for marriage guests from 9th to 12th Nov 21. Hotel is centrally located. Metro and market is very close. All the hotel staff was very supportive, well behaved and helpful. Rooms were very neat and tidy. Food was also very delicious. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Extremely hopeless and taste less food. Even sweet dishes of Gulabjamun, ice cream and halwa were utterly bakwas. One should not visit for food.

We stayed overthere for 2 nights. Stay was wonderful. Staff is very helpful. Food was awesome. Highly recommended

It started off being nice service, and for the most part, the staff are friendly and helpful. But as the days got longer into my stay, I started noticing a few things. The room I had was damp, so I started seeing mold everywhere, and that damp smell. I keep my own supply of cleaning products, but to no avail. I had many days with lukewarm to almost cold showers. There has been construction, with them working even past 8pm, so be prepared for little to no rest. Then, on my last day, (I was planning to continue my stay, but they also wanted to raise their rate, so I had to make other arrangements) they contacted me to swap rooms because they had a big group coming. I was not happy and said it was not acceptable, but they insisted as if it was my responsibility. The next room was deplorable. It was so small, I wondered how a bed was even in there, did they build the room around the bed? The walls were not finished, with nails sticking out. Access to wiring was wide open. No hair dryer. See pictures. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this time I need people to know what they might be getting into. And to add to that, they grossly overcharged me for some of the services. Even though most of the staff I got along with, and they in return, it does not excuse the things I experienced. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of 6 friends as part of our Golden Triangle trip. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was limited but the food was tasty.

Hotel is very poor in terms of customer service, quality of rooms and quality-spread of breakfast. Staff is rough in tone and tenor with customers even for a request for drinking water in rooms. Quality of rooms are 'very average' and we were moved to renovated rooms which were much better. Breakfast is disappointment at best. Spread is Poori, Poha, bread, cornflakes, boiled eggs everyday. There is no variety (or attempt to add variety) nor the food is tasty. If you have absolutely no choice and need to be at Karol Bagh, choose this place, else there are far better choices at this and lower price point.

Though this is a old hotel they try to keep it neat . The rooms are not spacious but is pricy for what they offer . We also don’t have enough parking space . I was wondering how they got a 4 stars and understood from my eco that They try to ensure that you give the rating in Google before you checkout

was a lot of noise outside my room! Maybe door wasn’t hard sound proof enough, and staff wasn’t present there to telll them to lower their voices!! Very congested rooms according to price ! They don’t know about hospitality

Super location, clean rooms and good buffet. Negative- Bathroom door was broken and the drape was falling off. Manager Kirthi was very attentive and made sure to accommodate all requests.
