This could be a good hotel but allocating smokers rooms to non-smokers is not acceptable. When we complained they allocated us to another smokers room that they said was " not as bad". Not exactly 5 star customer service.

I was attending a wedding in the Grand. The food was just fine nothing great or extraordinary (in comparison to the prices). Their service was the most disappointing part. The room service took ages and several calls to clear the room. And if you don't call them they won't bother to clear the room. Even after they cleared the room it was not done properly. It appears that they only look after the foreign guests and the wedding party is usually ignored. Even the luggage took ages to come to the room. Eventually I had to ferry my bag from the reception because no one would bring it to my room. In comparison to the charges the hotel is not worth it.

Pros: Location, Spacious, Nice Pool Cons: 1. Poor maintenance. Bathroom fittings leaking. Rusty faucets. 2. Staffs do not know the meaning of hospitality. The only work is to ask for money (Whether you will be able to pay). Please try to get staffs who know what is meant by hospitality. Be ready to open doors by yourself (staffs will stand and watch you struggle with luggage and door). Be ready to carry your luggage to room. Not that it matters but alas... Hospitality

Have stayed here multiple times but this time was horrible. Rooms are extremely old and musty and the dust in the carpets seems to not be cleaned in a long time. After changing 3-4 rooms in the night, realised that entire hotel is suffering from poor maintenance and hygiene. It's not a terrible hotel but does not deserve a 3,4 or 5 star rating.

During my recent stay at this Hotel, I was truly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The amenities provided, such as the spa and fitness center, added to the overall luxury of the experience. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different dietary preferences. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the hotel. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the Blue Horizon Hotel for a relaxing and memorable getaway."

We are staying 5 nights for a wedding on-site, and while the hotel is "fine," this is not a 5 star property. The entryway and common spaces are grand, the service is accommodating, and the food is also very good... But the rooms themselves are quite dated, musty, and not the cleanest. On par with 2-3 star hotels I've stayed in. Westerners will likely expect a different experience and be disappointed at this price point. Though location is very convenient, especially with wedding festivities on-site.

This was by far the worst 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel lobby is nice but that’s where it ends. The hallways reek, the rooms were filthy and even after the rooms were serviced, the toilet and sink were still dirty, smelling of urine. The buffet was mediocre, and when we tried to order a la carte for dinner, half the menu was unavailable, not to mention overpriced. They don’t treat you like guests, they constantly ask what room you’re in, as if they don’t believe you should be there. The people at the front desk just tell you what you want to hear and don’t actually do anything. I’ve been to motels and 3 star hotels that have better service and were cleaner. Don’t waste your money staying here, go a little further and stay elsewhere. The only plus about this hotel is that the mall is within walking distance and you can enjoy a nicer meal at their food court.

Went for an afternoon tea. Half the things in the menu of their 'tea lounge' - "Cascades" were not available. The staff was untrained - did not even bring us water after being seated, till asked. Service was absolutely abysmal. It took 45 minutes for them to get us a tea, a coffee and what felt like cake that had been warmed in the microwave. Absolutely ridiculous and definitely not a 'five star hotel'. What a sad use of what is actually quite a nice looking property. Will not be returning and suggest you give this place a skip as well. PS: Overheard a couple fighting at the reception about their room whose AC did not work. In the Delhi heat. 🙈

Stayed here for a week with family. Hotel is always packed, so room service and staff would be pretty busy always, and takes time to get things done. But other than that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Meals are slightly expensive, Eg. A tea would cost you around Rs. 400. Overall a good luxury hotel surrounded by vast greenery. Good gym and spa as well. They also have a beautiful grand piano, which I got a chance to play on.

Recently visited this outlet with my friends for a sunday brunch and I would love to share my experience with you . It was an amazing experience visiting there. The ambience, the food , the staff all the things are awesome 🤩🤩. You can definitely give them a try if you are looking for a 5 star hotel near about. There is not too much for vegetarians but everything that I ate in veg had a great taste. And for non-vegetarian there is a huge variety of food. Give them a try and share your experience ☺️❣️

I came here for an official conference, the hall for main seminars and keynote lectures was pretty comfortable with the downside being it does tend to get extremely cold at times so having a jacket is probably a smart idea. Food offered by the hotel was pretty decent but we couldn't really appreciate how good it was because of the fact that there was no roof above our head, it was out in the open and we were made to stand in the middle of scorching heat, I'm not sure what would have happened if it had rained.

Recently visited here with my friends for Sunday Brunch. The Place is huge with amazing service. The staff was really cooperative. They have great variety of food from Chat Counter to North Indian food everything was great. But their Desserts stole my heart. Everything I tried in dessert was really nice. Overall a nice day out with amazing food and service.

This is a 3 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. 1. The rooms and hallways smell bad. This is most likely as they have carpet, which in india will harbour mold due to the heat and humidity here. 2. The rooms are not clean. Our fresh towel had stains. Additionally, the tub and sink were not cleaned. They provide slippers in the room, but they’re stained and not wearable (look used). 3. They don’t provide enough towels. They give 1 hand towel and one bath towel. No floor towel for outside shower and no face towels. Simply 2 towels. Otherwise 5 star hotels have many more. 4. The AC does not work in the rooms and lobby bathrooms. With the outside temp of 100, having a room with not working AC makes sleeping difficult for someone that is not used to the heat and is here from USA. 5. We had them keep our luggage after check out as we had some shopping to do before leaving, and they told us it would be secure in a locked room. We happened to come back and stay an additional night due to change of plans and when we arrived back all of our luggage was sitting in the open in the lobby. We asked why and they said they have cameras (there were no cameras in the vicinity of where our luggage was). No apologies no nothing. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you’re desperate to be near the airport. It’s about a 40 minute drive to get to any big shopping or tourist areas. Regrets.

Beautiful property but not so grand anymore. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it truly was once a five star hotel but now a two at best. We consistently had issues throughout the stay. Starting with checkin, they insisted we give them our passport, even though we are citizens and have local Id’s. The rooms are starting to wear. For example our room had a terrible buzzing sound coming from the light fixture because it had a short in it with wires exposed. Not only did it create an annoying buzzing sound but this is quite a safety issue for a hotel. I had to unscrew the light and turn it off so it would stop buzzing. The fridge didn’t work and our food went bad. The walls and carpets are dirty stained. Housekeeping doesn’t change the towels, which is annoying. Breakfast was the worst though. Although the quality of the buffet was okay, the service was terrible. You are just told to “take a seat” but all the tables are dirty and are not set with utensils. Even after asking numerous people to wipe the table of the mess that is left, no one does. I asked 5 different people for utensils. My wife finished her entire meal before I even got my fork, which I had to get up and get myself. We ordered coffee and didn’t get it by the time we left after asking 3 people. I could go on with numerous examples. This didn’t just happen once, it was every morning for our entire week stay. Overall the property itself is nice, although the rooms need some professional attention. However, having bad service at the rate they charge should not happen. Service is something they can and should fix right away. With that said, I’d recommend another hotel.

I especially appreciated the large flat-screen TV and high-speed internet, which made it easy to relax and stay connected during my stay. Thank you

Among the best hotels in Delhi in terms of location and ambience. I have either visited for dining or some event, and the experience has been wonderful. The food is amazing and worth mentioning. I really liked the chicken hot and sour soup, fish in lemon sauce, butter chicken, and in desserts, their tiramisu and tart were simply delicious.

I stayed at this place during one of the event at this place. Hotel The grand offered neat and clean rooms which was the only positive thing I noticed. For food we had horrible experience. The person who was serving veg soup was using the same utensils of nonveg soup. Noticing this, i totally avoided food from this hotel during my whole stay. If you are pure vegetarian person then i would recommend to stay away from this place first and if you still had no option and got this unfortunate place then you can go to near by mall which is almost less than 1km away. Being a 5-star hotel, they must have separate kitchen and utensils for veg and nonveg food.

Opulent Luxury at The Grand, New Delhi My recent stay at The Grand in New Delhi surpassed all expectations, delivering a truly grand experience. The staff's impeccable hospitality created a welcoming environment from the moment of arrival. The room at The Grand was not only spacious but also adorned with elegant decor, striking the perfect balance between comfort and style. The expansive windows offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the cityscape, enhancing the overall allure of the stay. The hotel's amenities were nothing short of exceptional. The state-of-the-art fitness center and the indulgent spa facilities added a luxurious touch to the experience. The central location of The Grand proved to be convenient for both business engagements and leisurely exploration. Dining at The Grand was a gastronomic journey. The restaurant's diverse menu showcased the culinary mastery of the chefs, and the breakfast buffet stood out with its extensive and delectable offerings. While the overall experience was superb, a minor enhancement could be considered in [mention any specific area for improvement]. However, this slight observation did not overshadow the opulence and excellence that defined my stay at The Grand. Without reservation, I highly recommend this hotel for an indulgent and luxurious retreat in the heart of New Delhi.

Stayed here for a week out of necessity. Location is very convenient. Food was consistently good. The less said the better about the rest of the experience. The room carpet and curtains smelled like mold. Electrical sockets weren't working and power kept on going out. Housekeeping was poorly done; cups and glasses were just rinsed out in the bathroom and put back instead of replenishing with properly washed ones. Front desk was fine when the hotel was empty but quickly became overwhelmed and non-responsive when more guests arrived. The only thing indicating its 5-star standing was the price. Can be a great hotel with some improvements in the rooms and service.

Stayed at the hotel for five days 15-20 November 2021. It is as grand as its name, spacious rooms, and everything working like a machine. The staff constantly check if everything working properly and or missing to ensure your comfort. The room rate is compared with other places is reasonable. The food is tasty and sufficiently varied but it is overpriced. Only at the breakfast time which is freely provided that one see the customers, it is hardly possible to find a single person during lunch and dinner time apparently guests going elsewhere to eat at cheaper places. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quite a spacious and a modern hotel. Rooms are quite big and nice. Best part is their swimming pool, which is really huge with a good view. Unlike the 5 stars hotels of Aerocity, this property has an ample amount of open space with forests around, which gives an offbeat experience. The staff at the front desk are not quite friendly, as they took really long to assign us the room. Also they charge additional one day tariff as security deposit at the time of check-in, which is nowhere mentioned in their policy. Breakfast they have lesser options available in the buffet. Overall a nice place to stay.

We visited for wedding booking by calling on 19th September 2021 they said we have ball room available but after spending 2 hours at property at time of finalizing the booking Ameetash dayal came and said it is not available. Gm vipul khamboj was also rude and was speaking we will show the property to every one and at time of booking refuse it they had the booking opened in their system but refused .they don't respect your time and try to fool you for the booking. The staff senior management is the worst lot of all. Hotels like this should be closed or the senior management will give it a long and a painful death.

I have given ONE star because I could not give ZERO stars. The front desk service is pathetic and inhuman to Customers. I just arrived at the hotel after a full day meeting at Gurgaon along with five colleagues and I had a confirmed corporate booking. Even after that I was asked to pay up front room payment at this hour. I paid that without thinking much as I wanted to rest. Then I asked if you have room service and will I get food in my room then the front desk (Mr. Avinish) said yes and then said you have to pay 5000/- deposit to use these services. I was shocked and furious, asked for his manager. I complained to his manager (Mr. Vipin) about this and he started arguing with all of us rather than acknowledging our troubles. I would highly recommend NOT to book your hotel, they have no idea how to treat their customers and have untrained staff. This is my first and WORST experience so far. BOOK ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GET BADLY INSULTED !!!!

The Hotel was a beauty but has been not able to keep up with the mark. Rooms are smelling in room lights are not working furniture is broken service has gone from bad to worse. But they say now new staff has xome and things are being taken care of which I haven't seen but 6 to 8 months back my stay was a total disaster. Only beauty till date is their pool which I go for till date. Such a great property being wasted. Hope they do something about it.

Surrounded by lush green trees this hotel gives peace from the maddening noise of the main city. Quite spacious and properly plight up. Lobby is quite big and other facilities also. They have separate convention hall wherein marriages and conferences take place. Suitable place for such occasions. Staff is courteous but service is a little relaxed. A nice place to spend an evening.

Overall - good. The ambience is clean and tidy, location is great since there aren’t many options in this part of Delhi. The menu was not special. Just regular items across the cuisines: Indian / chinese / Italian. The preparation was oily and I would not call it a culinary experience. Service was Ok and the staff members I encountered were all hospitable and friendly.

A Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of Delhi I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand New Delhi, and it truly lived up to its name. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with impeccable hospitality and a warm welcome. The rooms are nothing short of luxurious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness, plush bedding, and the stunning views of the city. The hotel's dining options left me spoilt for choice. Whether indulging in the diverse culinary delights at the restaurants or sipping on expertly crafted cocktails at the bar, every dining experience was a delight for the senses. The Grand New Delhi's staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The property's extensive facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and a rejuvenating spa, added to the overall experience. The attention to cleanliness and safety protocols further reinforced my confidence in choosing this hotel. In conclusion, The Grand New Delhi is a gem in the heart of the city, offering a perfect blend of opulence, comfort, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly grand experience in Delhi.

My own experience at Grand New Delhi Hotel was very poor. The Hotel to be ratted two star. Big Deficiency in the hotel.1. washroom sliding doors doesn't have locking latch from inside as there are two sliding doors one when you enter the room and 2nd sliding door is next to the bed and none of them have a larch to close sliding door from inside. 2. AC in the room not effective because of main AC plant was having technical problems. 3. Hot water was not provide, regret notice received in the room. 4. My total stay was for 5 nights /6 days the Lunch is to be ordered from room service due to Alakarta system the customer was refused to serve food at the restaurant. 5. Very poor room service. phone from room is not working and provided. mobile nos to the customer to call ,Reception, room service, House keeping.the response was very poor. 6.The Hotel staff was not cordial, experienced negative response. 7. There are very few trained staff and others looks like under training. 8.The Grand Hotel Delhi is old Hotel and situated at close to Airport for easy convenience the customers prefer to come for enjoyments.

This hotel is NOT a 5-star hotel! Stayed there for a business trip, having stayed at other 5-star hotels in New Delhi this was by far the worst, and I won't be returning anytime soon!. The rooms were very very, very old, smelt dirty, carpets looked like they'd been layed decades ok, I had mould on the shear curtains, TV channel choice was limited, there was a very strange sewage smell each morning in the corridors, front desk employees were absolutely clueless and frustratingly slow, I was even told to recharge my room card everyday after it wouldn't open my room door - what kind of a 5-star hotel asks you to 'recharge' your room card each day?!? The only positive was the breakfast buffet, alot of choice, nice food, and staff were attentive. Stay at the other 5-star hotel not too far away (that's alot better), or any of the Aerocity hotels which aren't too far away. The Grand could learn alot from these other establishments.

Wish I could give 5 stars but due to some reason the rooms were not up to the mark. But the staff was excellent. Ms. Maahi helped us get the best deal and would come back to the hotel only because of her assistance. Breakfast was good. Overall, good experience but not the best.

Terrible. The duty manager Vinay was rude, condescending & very very unprofessional. Literally harassed us. Staff isn’t bothered. They are extremely rude. Phone not working - safe not working - air conditioner switches not working. To save cost, they didn’t provide us with dental kits in the room , not even bathroom slippers. Food was rubbish. Staff is extremely arrogant, won’t care if a customer complains

I stayed for 15 days. The hotel is good. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff are very courteous especially want to mention the housekeeping staff of my room Mr. Satyendra and Vijendra who were very prompt and diligent. Food is also very good and there are too many varieties. The staff in the restaurant are also good. I used pool and find the attendant there are also very helpful. Overall a nice stay.

Very high level of service. Beautiful territory. Excellent soundproofing in the rooms. Excellent breakfast. Responsive and friendly staff. The most important thing for me is cleanliness everywhere. Separately, I want to thank the cleaning service employee Varghese, who is very prompt and does his job perfectly, always very kind, a real professional! Thank you! I'll be back here again.

I had my quarantine stay over there, the food for frst 3 days were really great. Then it got bad, like uncooked chapathy, and blunt curries . The rooms was great, spacious and lux.

The room which I stayed in, seemed to have been renovated recently. It was decent, but not like a 5star. The food was great.

I was here to try their brunch menu , which I heard a lot. Here the arrangements were pretty good and here staff is very polite and friendly. Each section each cuisine was properly arranged. From North Indian to Italian and sweet corner. There is great variety and taste and presentation is up to the point. I would definitely recommend this place

The rooms are very old and not very clean. The lighting is extremely poor. The phone doesn't work. There is no way to contact the front desk. Their service is poor. I am not going to stay again at this hotel. I should have probably avoided this hotel after seeing 5 star in its name. I have stayed in better 3 star hotels than this.

Decent food quality. However, arrogant staff. In room service is a disastrous experience. Overcrowded restaurant. In my opinion they have big way to go to prove them to be five star hotel with customer experience. And overall behaviour is like they don't care for business and customer. I would definitely avoid it next time. Many options available in same rate in the area which care for basic customer satisfaction. Avoid if you have better options.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Delhi which you must try for a stay or dinner with family and friends. The staff is very well trained and offers great hospitality. The food is also good with good drinks. The hotel property is lovely. I personally loved the pool side area. If you're looking for a hotel in Delhi for stay or for brunch, I would strongly recommend The Grand Hotel at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

We had a lovely staycation at The Grand New Delhi recently. Hotel had all necessary COVId security protocols in place which made us feel so safe. The place is so much fun. We chose to eat buffet at DKK restaurant. It had a good spread and food was cooked to perfection. There were some live counters in place which served mouth watering dishes. Staff was very nice and cordial. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The overall look is good, but it's just superficial, the stars have to be cut off due to bad quality of service. The room I stayed had leaky washbasin, which was clogged at times, scaled bathroom fittings, broken toilet seat, loose taps, and stained closets. I wonder how the stars still remain! The food quality is even poorer. The tea I tasted was like water and all bitter. I would never recommend this hotel at all.

I have had a lovely stay here with exceptional service by Mr Paull, housekeeping on my floor. Being met each day with his kindness and friendliness have made the stay for this solo working traveller so much better. The restaurant staff are also super attentive. Very good value for money if you book through the right channels.

So recently I visited this 5 star hotel, located in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The grand has been on my list since longest time. And now finally I visited this beautiful hotel. First let’s talk about the ambience of the hotel. The ambience and decor is amazing. Such a beautiful and well maintained 5 star property. They serve buffet both in vegetarian and non vegetarian. And the best part is the prices are quite reasonable if we compare it with other 5 star hotels. And moreover the taste was super yummy. They serve variety of starters , main course ,desserts, cocktails and mocktails. The food here was exceptional. Each and everything was worth having.Especially I liked the chocolate truffle pastry and veg dim sums. This place is a real gem. I would recommend to visit this place once.

Everything is good about this hotel. The food, ambiance, etc… But the ac is not working. Filters are chocked. There is no cooling at all . Still I am in the room. I gave a complaint. They came and They have removed the filters . That is not the solution. Periodic maintenance is not done by the ac service team/ or mechanic. I want a solution with immediate effect

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can honestly say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The lobby was clean and modern, and it was clear that attention had been paid to every detail. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The bathroom was immaculate and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. I especially appreciated the large flat-screen TV and high-speed internet, which made it easy to relax and stay connected during my stay. Thank you

Rooms are good and also the ambience is great and what I notice is there bathroom they made it in a unique style which I like and my eyes first go on that so my stay was good. . But talking about service in night no one receive calls except reception so if you have to order something like cutlery or else you have to call first at reception then they call helpdesk then your order will arrive in 20 min. Apart from this everything was good like venues & location..

The Grand Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The luxurious rooms were tastefully decorated and offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu and impeccable service. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and fitness center, provided the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Without a doubt, the Grand Hotel is the epitome of luxury and hospitality.

The bed was credibly comfortable, and the bathroom was curious, with all the necessary toiletries One of the highlights of my stay was the dining.

The hotel staff displayed exceptional politeness. Despite a 10-minute wait in the lobby, the check-in process went smoothly. The food offered was delicious and presented a wide range of options. There was a diverse selection of dishes available for breakfast. I enjoyed a splendid view from my room on the third floor. During checkout, the process was quick, and I was able to conveniently leave my bag in the lobby while I attended to some work. Retrieving my bag later was hassle-free.

If you even look to the hotel from outside, you will get a feeling that this is a 5 star hotel. The room service, washroom, bedrooms, and cleanliness of the rooms are top notch/ excellent. I came to this hotel today (31/5/23) because today is my birthday. I would say going to this hotel is really worth it. But yes, you have to check the room prices as per your range, and breakfast is complimentary with your room. You can also swim in the swimming pool. And this was pretty much it. I told you all the things you should remember and what you can do in the hotel, and please check the extra things I have given below about this hotel.

The Grand New Delhi is a marvelous property and a wonderful stay in the same. I stayed with my family recently and loved its fine dining facility and we had also enjoyed their room dine services. The team is highly hospitable. The rooms and washrooms are superb clean. Especially my kids enjoyed it a lot. We would love to stay again in this property next time again when visit to Delhi.

A Regrettable Experience Thrust Upon Me I'm compelled to recount my recent, utterly unpleasant stay at The Grand, a stay I had no choice but to endure due to an Air India flight delay of over 14 hours. Overall Experience: My overall experience was, to put it mildly, a colossal disappointment. It's especially disheartening considering this hotel proudly flaunts a 5-star rating, but the reality falls far short of the expected standards. Room Temperature: The ability to control room temperature is a basic expectation in any hotel, fundamental for guest comfort. Unfortunately, it was apparent that the room temperature was under the centralized control of the hotel, rendering it impossible to achieve a comfortable setting. Charging and Electrical Issues: The room was plagued by electrical woes. USB charging slots were either inoperative or broken, rendering them utterly useless. Additionally, the electrical socket near the bed was loose, creating an unsafe charging situation. Bathroom Nightmares: The state of the bathroom facilities was beyond disappointing. Leaky faucets led to wasteful water usage, and the condition of the toilets was nothing short of horrifying – even worse than the temporary facilities at a construction job site. Rusty faucets and inconsistent water flow added to the dismay. Lack of TV Remote: Adding to the litany of issues, there was no TV remote, further exacerbating the inconvenience. Staff Behavior: The most glaring letdown was the staff's behavior. They appeared untrained, unresponsive, and at times, blatantly rude. Multiple requests were necessary for our luggage to be attended to. The wait times for room keys were exasperating, with no apparent reason for the delays. It was particularly frustrating to see a single staff member handling all guests while others stood idly nearby. Basic information about the hotel's amenities, meal timings, and services was not provided willingly. This lack of transparency seemed to apply to all guests, irrespective of their method of booking. I even witnessed another guest, who had booked his room independently, shouting at the staff due to his dissatisfaction with their service. Positives About the Hotel: In the interest of fairness, there were some positive aspects: The buffet was impressive, offering a wide array of options. The hotel's location, particularly its proximity to the airport, is convenient. The architectural charm of the building and the lush green landscape at its center make for a pleasant stroll. The initial grandeur upon entering the hotel is undeniable, but this facade quickly fades when dealing with the staff. In summary, my stay was nothing short of a nightmare, one I had no control over. The room temperature issues, electrical malfunctions, dismal bathroom conditions, and the unprofessional conduct of the staff collectively tarnished my experience. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel, especially if your stay is arranged through Air India. This unfortunate experience, I believe, was a direct consequence of my complimentary stay courtesy of Air India.
