I've been coming here over the past 5 years to attend events, and have meetings. I honestly don't like the decor of the Leela which just feels to generic a 5 Star property. It does not have a tradition or heritage or even a theme or gimmick going for it. The business conference facilities, located on the upper floors are great. While the hall for events on the ground floor is large, the food is served in the back corridor which gets extremely cramped. The small garden at the back feels nice.

Irrespective of being a 5 star hotel holding high standards nation wide, the hotel has completely forgotten the basics of Customer Trust and satisfaction. I had made a table reservation at the Le Cirque, New Delhi 6 days in advance for a special personal event, which even got confirmed from the hotel side immediately. And just 2 days prior to my reservation, they call me informing to cancel my table citing other event booking. It clearly shows how much Leela Palace values its customer, be it a small table reservation or a big event. To my knowledge in the hospitality industry or any service industry customer satisfaction and trust is still important to hold loyalty of the customer, but at Leela Delhi this stands on an opposite footing. After searching couple of other hotels/restaurants, I had placed my trust with Leela Palace, New Delhi but it goes in vain. I highly DIS-REGARD of this attitude and behavior of the staff and hotel policies which doesn't value their customers. Highly non-recommended if you are looking for couple/small family table reservation at Leela Palace, as it puts big value events as a priority.

A lovely, grand and luxurious property in the heart of Lutyens' Delhi. Every corner is magnificent and majestic. Hotel staff is absolutely welcoming and courteous. We went for a family dinner at one the restaurant- The Qube, specially Mr. Nitin Rawat, who served us really well. Really mesmerizing expereince.

I came to the spa for a manicure and pedicure. Terrible experience. It shows that the staff lack experience in nails. Basic techniques such as filing and only excess cuticles removal are misunderstood, also there are differences between my nails. Im really disappointed. The only good thing is the ambience of the place & the massage in the end. I recommend staff training. The service i got today does not reflect a spa at a 5 star hotel. My service was done by Gunja (pedicure) & khekali (manicure). They are very polite.

Just one word “Fabulous” I am a frequent traveller to delhi and have stayed in all the hotels of delhi but I must say Leela Palace is the best.Service and promptness by staff is excellent especially Samuel.

It is a perfect stay exactly what you want for your holidays. Staff is over gracefully. We were greeted by Manishi at the front desk and Samuel served us at Qube Resturant.

Decent Place, with classy decor. Nothing out of box. Usual food and bland taste in chats & main course like every other hotel. Snacks were the real lifesavers, spl. Galauoti Kababs and Spring Roll Bite... I would give 3.5 stars. Many areas of improvements. Cheers...

Had a very lovely stay. Ambience was amazing. All the staffs were welcoming and warm. Beautiful interior. A wonderful experience at the qube restaurant at The Leela palace.It was made more wonderful by great efforts of Mr. Bhanu pratap. Wonderful ambience, great food and value for money.

Food was very good but breads like roti naan etc was available only after 5-10 minutes and the space where food counter was small that was not suitable for even 50 people at once

Excellent choice in new Delhi. Gorgeous interior, great rooms, very good breakfast, perfect service, very attentive and helpful personnel. Located in the diplomatic enclave the cleaner and greener part of the city and only about 20min form the airport.

The stay itself deserves 5 stars, but the accounting/ billing of the hotel is a nightmare for a hotel with high standards. One night was overcharged as I had two separate bills for two rooms. Unfortunately I saw this when we already left the hotel. Since one week I try to get a refund for their mistake and nobody seems to be able to look into their own system. Really disappointed about that bad service and accounting given the good experience in the hotel itself. / We have stayed for a transit from Europe to North East India. Our stay was shortened due to a delay. The service was extraordinary friendly, starting with the marvellous Kranti who picked us up from the airport. In the hotel itself the standard was exceptional and everybody was very friendly. The room price was adjusted as we couldn’t stay as long as we have planned. I haven’t experienced that courtesy before on any other hotel in New Delhi. I will always recommend the Leela.

The Spa services are very good & relaxing . The Spa room was peaceful with a soft soothing background music. The Spa table had warm sheets & towels & the masseuse was very good! The experience can be described as perfection Regarding room service, Nilesh was our house keeping service provider. He was very cooperative & polite . He ensured that the rooms are clean & well maintained Slightly overpriced maybe!

Meticulous attention to detail. Luxurious and stately at every turn.The guest experience is also bolstered by a warm and welcoming staff. Restaurants and room service both featured delicious food. I could not find any fault with our stay here. Highly recommended.

You will feel like entering a modern palace and will love the ambience & aesthetics of the hotel. Nicely-designed specious rooms, TV connected to Blue-ray player, one additional TV in the bathroom mirror, though require proper viewing angle from bath tub. Four dining options, “The Qube (beautifully designed roof in a glass enclosure, continental buffet), Megu, Jamavar and The library restro-bar. Food is good and homely. Services are superb. The Leela has ayurveda spa on first floor and rooftop pool on 11th Floor but both were closed due to Covid time during our stay. Our best wishes to the team Leela to keep up the good work.

We booked a table for 9 people in Jamavar, and had a great dining experience. The staff was very polite and the chef prepared everything without garlic for my mother who’s allergic to it. The chef even came in the end to ask how the food was. Everything was really delicious and would definitely recommend everyone to visit.

Leela Palace is luxury at it's best and they make you feel like its your own home! We have stayed there multiple times and each time come back more impressed by the consistency of service and the warmth with which the team interacts with you. The warm welcome starts right at the airport if you are using their pickup service and continues as they open your car door when they great you by your name. Ajit remembered me even though I had not been there for 3 years due to the pandemic. Manipal Singh from the Concierge team made the check in process so smooth and even patiently showed us 2 additional rooms to make sure we have the best selection. Chef Jolly met us everyday during breakfast and went out of his way to accommodate any special requests. Bhanu Pratap Singh and the rest of the team was always on top of their game. Gaurav and others from the concierge team were always so helpful. I ended up needing an indian phone and they had it delivered right to the lobby. The in room dining team, the teams at the various restaurants were always at their best. The roof top pool is a total gem and the location of the hotel is so convenient. Keep up the great work and I am already looking forward to my next trip!

The best hotel chain! Their hospitality is extraordinary, better than any other hotel I’ve been to! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you in any way possible! The rooms were very spacious, elegant, comfortable and clean!

Went here for an engagement party, the place is clearly a luxurious one, service wise not so much. Sure the place was crammed up, and the service would be an exhausting one. But should that affect the service? Being from a certain region of the country most people went looking to eat rice for dinner, I had to point out to the service providers that rice got over. Then there was some laughing among them (not privately) about how every one was going for the same item. Perhaps the people didn't want to risk adventuring into new dishes, but does that call for such attitude? Well to conclude, as for me I had a good time not so much for the place but the occasion.

Traveled for work and had an excellent experience at the Leela Palace. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was only there one night and didn't get to go out and explore the city. The hotel driver, Kranti, who dropped me at the airport (miraculously on time since rain and traffic made the trip take over an hour!) told me about many places that I'll have to try the next time I'm in Delhi. Can't wait!

The best hotel we have visited. I have stayed as a guest 35 times in New Delhi, Udaipur, Goa and Mumbai. I consider my home away from home. Staff is amazing, the rooms are perfect, the food is very good. I recommend staying at the Royal Club, making the experience even better. Me and my son like Leela Palace so much that our new golden retriever is named Leela.

We selected the Concierge level & the service was exquisite. The room was equipped with plenty of water, fruits, cakes & pastries. Included ofcourse was tea & coffee. The food parlor had breakfast. Lunch, hi tea, cocktail hour all taken care of. The food display was bountiful with great variety. Individual orders customized to guest needs were available.

One of my favorite hotels! Comfortable rooms, excellent rooftop pool and very service minded staff. The only downside is that there isn't much to do outside the hotel. You'll have to take a taxi whenever you want to go somewhere. But I guess this is the case for most hotels in Delhi.

Recently I participated in World Bank Mission meeting held here. Meeting was conducted in the Ball Room. Overall, the interiors of this hotel is very good. The ambience and food was also very good. It matches to its name with gand look every where inside this palace. Those who stay here or attend meetings here can make use of the small mosque located adjacent to this hotel for offering their daily prayers.

Not happy with chef ashmeet jolly and food... was staying in with my family of 2 kids for 3 nights.... the sad part is my 2 years old son have to nearby dhaba food for 3 days because when I ask chef to send soft Fulka roti and a dal for my child at around 8:50 pm.. and he send food at around 10:15 pm... that too tight Fulka roti.. then I complain and ask him to send again.. then he send thick Fulka roti at around 11:15 pm.. and that too when I remind him several times...that day my kid havn't ate his dinner and whole night he kept on crying... our dinner is also included in package.. we are no onion and no garlic food ppl. Chef said he is very busy.. ate only dal and jeer rice.. can't make anything special.. think of spending thousands of rs for dal and rice.. many other things like that happens.. won't suggest the leela palace delhi if traveling with infant child... I reviewed this on trip advisor also before our checkout but no sorry from chef or any other management team.. seems like reviews matters nothing for them...really very bad experience

I was staying in the leela palace delhi on my daughter's bday 24th Dec 2021.. with my family for 3 nights... have a very bad experience with chef ashmeet jolly and food... I ask chef to send my 2 years old son dinner of 2 Fulka roti soft and one dal at around 8:50 pm .. and he send tight Fulka roti at 10:15 pm... I complain and ask him to send again..he send thick Fulka roti at around 11:15 pm.. my son havn't ate his dinner that day and kept on crying g the whole night..from next day i order food from nearby dhaba and he send really soft and hot fulka roti .. while staying in THe leela palace delhi my son had to eat dhaba food ...😔😔.. my other incident also happens with our food also.. and I reviewed on trip advisor before checkout day.. but to my surprise no sorry from chef or other management person.. as if they don't care of any review...

Beautiful Rooms. Very well planned bathrooms. Neat and clean. Very courteous staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious stay.

I ate lunch in the restaurant Jamavar. The place is really nice. There is a fixed menu during Christmas but the quality is top notch. It's a standard 4 or 5 course meal . Mutton is their specialty and the curry and biryani they served was yummy. My one and only complaint is that they removed paan (due to COVID restrictions which I understand) but consider it a necessity after such a healthy meal. The staff was really helpful and sweet. Would 100% recommend this place to try Indian cuisine.
