I would say the hotel staff here were very friendly and helpful. They always have a big smile! The hotel room is big and comfortable. However, if you in details of the furniture, it kinda old and condition is bad. Location wise is good. Very close to the airport and the shopping within the walking distance. The food and beverage here are excellent. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast. There are verity of selection of Indian food.

Pros: Very close to the airport. Great hotel staff. Con’s: The hotel is listed as 5 stars but the rooms were easily that of a 3 star. Things just felt and appeared dirty. Disliked the reused pink bottles of water they provide, the bottoms of the bottle are dirty. I am shocked that staff didn’t know (Or pretended) to not know about Worldmark which is a 4 minute walk away. It’s a beautiful outlet mall with a food court and misc restaurants. Why is this not mentioned anywhere? It’s such a great attraction. This being said, the staff were great, they were attentive and helpful, the issue were the rooms itself it’s not 5 star worthy.

hotel, offering a contemporary and stylish hotel experience. Located a kilometre from the international airport and less than 15 minutes from the domestic terminals, the hotel provides easy access to the rapidly growing business, shopping and commercial centres of North Mumbai. The location enables us to design a range of carefully crafted facilities and services to address the increasingly sophisticated needs of domestic and international business travelers, along with corporate meeting organizers and decision-makers.

My three-day stay at Hyatt was a delightful experience. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and safety measures was commendable. The staff exhibited exceptional hospitality, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations.Hyatt proved to be a top-notch choice for a best stay.

Loved the amazing Sunday buffet spread we had at Andaz. Everything from salads to Italian, Indian and the Asian section was so freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and ensure that you have a good time. We loved the desserts section as well. The live music was a cherry on the cake!

Stayed at Andaz 3 nights for an event and can only recommend it. The room is comfortable, has a great bed, big window and office area. The bathroom is huge, special mention to the shower, very relaxing after a day of work. Breakfast and food at the restaurant is simply great. Some locals say it could be better but for my European palate it's just perfect. Service is what one would expect of a 5-star hotel, very attentive and quick. If you are traveling for business or need a stay close to the airport I can't recommend this hotel enough.

One of the best hotels in terms of location, comfort, and service. The hotel ensured we had a super comfortable stay by facilitating an extra bed without additional charge. The breakfast was excellent with a myriad of choices from continental, Indian, fruits, and drinks/juices. The beds were super comfortable with spacious and clean room and bathroom. The only thing I would suggest to improve is to sound proof the bathroom to ensure folks in the room aren't disturbed when somebody uses the bathroom. Overall, you can't go wrong with choosing this hotel for your family.

I loved this hotel. Its very contemporary, chic and artistic in its decor. Very young and smart staff from the reception at the entrance to the waiters. The rooms are VERY MINIMALISTIC and somewhat spartan. So if you expect a carpeted place with velvet sofas, this is not the place for you. SMALL bar with massive variety gins. Great vibe. Very funky decor. Great for young crowd or if you are young at heart

An amazing hotel! full of beautiful art works, delicious food, wide outdoor space and sophisticated indoor halls. The staff was super nice and dedicated to give us the best experience possible- so they went far and beyond to answer any request we had (and we had a few special ones). Located next to the airport which was relevant for us but not necessarily representative of Delhi. Would highly recommend anyone to go and enjoy some time in this gorgeous place.

First things first, the name of the hotel is certainly unique and immediately gives into intrigue as the mind starts racing into thoughts as to what is the "Swag"? Well the reception lobby is certainly huge and has a good ambience. Since it is a hotel in the Aerocity there is a flurry of activity with many guests checking in and out. My check in was done quickly as I had a booking. The ride to the room was in a big spacious elevator, and the walk from the elevator to the room was through carpeted corridors which were not very clean and also felt slightly damp. Probably the monsoon season had something to do with it. The room was certainly spacious with all the amenities which one expects in a five star hotel. The bathroom was also neat and clean and well lit. The wash basin tap when opened sprayed a jet of water right onto my clothes. It was a very odd looking contraption and could have been simpler. Over design is not necessarily good. The layout of the bathroom itself is not properly designed with a lot of wasted space including the furniture. The WC and shower are in two different sections separated by huge sliding doors which is very uncomfortable to negotiate. The shower pressure was inadequate. The towels felt rough and not very white. The mattress was not too comfortable, but nevertheless i did have a comfortable sleep probably because of a tiring day. The mini bar was complimentary with soft drinks and some small eats. The electrical management is strange as when i shut the master switch off at night which cuts all lighting in the room it also cut of the supply to my phone charger. I had a drained phone battery in the morning. The restaurant is also quite spacious with good seating and a good spread for breakfast. For lunch there was no buffet . As per the staff since there were only a few dining in guest and so i had to make do with A-la Carte, which was inadequate and not to my taste. The dining staff were carrying on with their jobs but lacked in giving personal attention to the guests. The gym was pretty good with high end equipment and well maintained. As a business traveler i would certainly look for attention to detail, quick and professional service. I did not go to the pool or the bar so i cannot comment on that part of the hotel. The hotel staff did reach out to me for a feedback the next day after i checked out. I did share my opinion. Hope where ever improvement is possible it would be done.

Although I have attended one corporate meet here so couldn't tell you much about rooms but coming from the space where it is located and how well they have maintained it I can assure they offer great amenities and comfort. Now if I talk about food it was great and location is near to the IGI airport whether it's terminal 1,2 or 3 you can choose to have a stay. Have a good time.

Convenient and clean hotel near the Indira Gandhi International airport. The rooms are spacious and have a nice wooden finish. Some amenities (like toilet paper) were in short supply but the front desk responded quickly to requests to replenish. The bathroom is open plan with sliding doors everywhere which was an interesting (novel?) choice. Check in was a little slower and less efficient than we would have liked, given that we arrived at 3am after a long international flight. Some of the questions we were asked seemed unnecessary given the short duration of our stay (overnight, which was on our booking info already). The complimentary breakfast at AnnaMaya food hall was absolutely amazing, one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel, and totally worth the overnight stay. Service was also excellent in the food hall, with everyone very eager to give us a good experience.

My room was large & spacious. A Large table in the room with more than 12 feet long sofa seat adjoining the large window over looking the live flights movements. Sound proof rooms. simple and elegant interiors ,but finishing levels are not as per Hyatt standerd. Breakfast & services are satisfactory. Overall ,A comfortable stay.

Beautifully done place, nice food, nice meeting condiments and conference rooms. The only thing that you need to sort is washroom/ meeting rooms. It's just one urinal and toilet for I don't know 10 meeting rooms? But over all a great experience.

The room was good. Check-in and check-out, at the reception was smooth and fast. They have complimentary buffet breakfast with all bookings. The spread is lavish and variety is comebacks. The staff is very polite and makes all out efforts to make the guests comfortable. Great team and all the best

Third grade hotel, completely poor and worst services given by this hotel. They don’t even know how to treat a family at vacation in their property. Even the manager demanded money for providing us the rooms for which the reservations was done 6 days ago. Playing cards with family was treated as GAMBLING by the management. Highly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel as they don’t even know how to treat their guests with 5 kids.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The food is awesome. Ambience is just great. Rooms are fantastic. Just one thing. I had asked the front desk if I could get my car washed. They agreed for it for a nominal rate. When in morning I asked for my car they said no such car is present in the premises which gave me a shock. I had to go by myself and look for my car in 3 parking levels. However I could find my car but the way whole thing was handled by hotel staff by not at all professional. Taking one star away for this miscommunication.

The property is nice and easily accessible , but the workforce management is pathetic , I will say hospitality and cleaning services did a good job but communication with reception and get someone to collect luggage during checkout was not catered , I had to carry all my stuff myself which I consider a dark spot on the hospitality. This happened even after calling the reception 3 times and waiting for half hour. There was lot of manpower which could have been repurposed but they all were standing at the gate so I would say low rating to manpower management which eventually resulted in bad hospitality experience . However the property , breakfast and rooms were all excellent it is just the overall experience which was derailed by staff at reception .

I would like to shout a big thank you to the laundry/housekeeping department of the hotel. Sent my uniform for laundry today and when i received it back, my trousers was fixed (button came off) without me requesting it. This small gesture really a big mile in hospitality services to the guest. Thank you again. By the way, both my shirt and trousers were well pressed. Another plus point to the department. Definitely recommend big time!!!

We booked the suite for the girls night out and we had a great experience. The room was spread over a good area. You enter the room and there was the lounge area with the view of the hotel building, which looked beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The bedroom area was comparatively small but the bed was comfortable. The washroom was huge with a bathtub and a screen, different cubicles for bathing and a toilet. The staff was also warm and prompt. The buffet spread the next morning was quite good. The location is quite convinent with its proximity to the airport. We totally enjoyed our stay.

We were booked in a standard double bed room for 2 nights. Please find below a detailed review which may help you make a well informed choice: What we loved: Decent, friendly and very courteous staff. Great location. Unique room decor and furnishings, especially the sink faucet, mini bar etc. Big and spacious room. Wide breakfast spread. Prompt room service. Decent room cleaning. Beautiful Andaz Suites though we did not stay there. Dislikes: Ergonomic issues: A table kept in front of the TV and touching the bed obstructed free movement. Could have been placed on the side of the entry. Wrong furniture: Another hard wooden table kept in the bathroom hurt the back when sitting on it while bathing. A cushioned table was what was needed. Inconsistency in taste and odd spread of breakfast: Taste of breakfast was inconsistent. Eg: Masala tea tasted different on different days. On the first day, it was really good, on the next, it was horrible. Papdis were displayed in the breakfast spread. On inquiring about what to eat with them, the counter person pointed to a potato vegetable gravy. Really? Cold Gajar Halwa and gulab jamuns were also a part of the breakfast spread. Very odd. Seemed like leftovers from the earlier day's lunch or dinner. Television: The Samsung TV screen had five round white patches which hindered clear viewing. If one wanted to watch OTT channels on their TV, needed to call up the helpdesk to request a Fire stick. Unfortunately, when we called up requesting for the same, all of them had been given out for the day. TV channels like Sony, Sports, News etc were available though and one could enjoy India - NZ cricket match but with the white patches. Shaking of the bedstead: Everytime the adjoining room door closed, we could feel our bedstead shaking.

Andaz staff always went above and beyond to help with anything I needed from airport transfer, shipping things back to New York, even delivering things to and from parts of Delhi for me. The spa and restaurant were also amazing. Super efficient communication all on WhatsApp. I am definitely staying here again on my next trip through Delhi.

We visited to Soul Pantry to enjoy the specially curated ‘Harry Potter’ cuisines I am impressed with the impeccable thoughtful menu and presentation along with the aesthetics. We have a 10 years old who is a crazy obsessed potter head and the joy she had being a not easily to be pleased with; she was full of joy with the concoction and dishes being named after HP characters. Place has vibrant vibe also a good range of menu otherwise to go place anytime in the day. The easy to choose plus so many healthy options made it so amazing for us to back again and again.

The convenient location I would only have one minor complaint, which is that the room service menu was a bit limited. However, this was not a major issue, as there are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay at the Andaz Delhi Aerocity and would definitely recommend it to others.

  • 2/5 Ananya B. 4 months ago on Google
Andaz Hyatt at Delhi certainly not recommended . They have more than 50 executives roaming on the reception area continuously but they are of no use . Room dining - you call once / twice - it goes to waiting & no guarantee of a call back. If you are lucky to get through - please be prepared to wait an average 50min for a basic food order. Breakfast - you will be blessed if you get your order from the live counters . The easiest excuse - it is crowded & rush hour - ofcourse they have more stewards than patrons . Why cant they get more chefs to cater to rush hour ! What are they doing with all business they are getting with the full occupancy ! The tea at the buffet is just cold - in my 4 day stay - never did i get hot tea despite asking for one.

Extremely bad hotel. Rooms are dirty, smell in the rooms from not maintained air-conditioning is really bad. Carpets on corridors are really dirty. Car ordered from hotel for 4pm did arrived 4:50pm. Reception was trying to charge me twice for the same service. Only driver Krishna was really really great.

Well I went here post COVID and the property was almost back to full occupancy. But the rooms were having major maintenance issues. There was water leaking from my 1st room as we were on the top floor. We had to sleep through the night to get a change of room the next day. In the next room the AC controller was not working and there was leakage in the washroom. The third room I do not recall but it too had some challenges. In one of the suite, we had issues with the powder washroom which had to be repaired.

The ambience of the place is super amazing!!! There is a pool, spa, gym, ballroom and what not. Cleaniness is one of the things that I liked the most about this hotel. The only thing that can be improved is, giving clear instructions about the usability of the lifts, switch boards, there should be a locking system in the washroom (which is not present right now).

We stayed here for one night before our flight back home. The amenities (airport transfer, business lounge, breakfast, room, spa, gym) are top notch 5 star quality. We felt that all of our needs and wants were met. Huge shout out to Ipsa at the front desk, she was AMAZING and wonderfully kind and generous to my traveling group. She was definitely the highlight of the stay! We were lucky to both check in and out with her, and she arranged everything with warm hospitality and grace. As for Aerocity, it was very walkable with great restaurants and bars nearby. Staying close to the airport was a big plus to avoid traffic.

Nice property right on the main road however a little dissappointed with the food. Had gone for a buffet and very limited choices esp in starters to the point where we had to order from the menu as well to get some variety in. But other than that no complaints with the experience. Courteous staff as well.

I had a pleasant check-in experience. However unpleasant one when ordering room service. Someone forgot the order, then my order was delayed. All in all I received my food by 2am (almost 2 hrs after I ordered it the first time) when all I wanted was to go to bed. The rooms are spacious but odly enough, the toilet door does not completely seal, and a large opening is left, with direct view onto the bathroom and bedroom since it's an open concept. That wasn't my favorite design aspect of the hotel. The breakfast selection is large and good. I was very pleased with it.

Excellent 5 star hotel and 7 star facilities. If you want to enjoy these ,look no further. I have stayed in all 5 star hotel nearby, like Pullman and novatel even they stand no chance.biggest rooms, World class food withe three live kitchens and one of the most polite Staff. Front desk ,manager, house keeping and reception ever ready to help you. I requested early check in and late check out, both given without any extra charges.. please don't think, that special previlage to me has prompted me to write the review. I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for last 4 yrs. They were always good but this time entire staff is geared to make guest stay memorable. Don't go by one visitor review that food was delayed. Food timings are generous. World class swimming pool and other amenities. They have only to go beyond 8 star facilities. If you want to look at all this, please make one visit to see yourself. I stayed from 16 May 22 to 17 May 22.

The hotel is good for a comfortable staycation. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. The interior decor supports modern architecture and is perfect for people who want to relax or need a place to work away from home. Their breakfast menu is awesome. Also, the place is at the heart of pubs and restaurants. So, it's perfect if you want to enjoy a nice evening. The best part is you can go there with your pets. Now comes the not-so-nice part - 1. I wish it wasn't so steep in terms of its tariff - everything from the room tariff to the food is costly. 2. If you allow pets, have something for them. For instance, a swimming pool for pets so they don't have to helplessly look at their parents swim while staying on the poolside. 3. Have a separate pool for pro swimmers. Since it's a common pool, everyone's in it - baby boomers, kids, pro swimmers, non-swimmers... It gets too crowded.

Fabulous Chilled out hotel. Gives a complete ‘holidaying’ kind of feel. Loved the ambience. We booked 2 triple occupancy rooms for two days ( 58 K) .. Food was good. Missed sauté broccoli and mushrooms in the breakfast buffet. Pool, steam and sauna which we extensively used was good except for the attendant in ladies room, Munni, who was new and clueless but sweet nevertheless. I would recommend this one.

A RAT IN THE ROOM. Turned in early for an early morning flight. Felt some movements at the back of my head and found a rat was on my bed. Called front desk. They said calmly they would send their housekeeping staff. I asked for room change. Two housekeeping staff arrived after about 5min with an electric swatter (those you use to kill flies) and some devices that look like traps. Duty manager came subsequently offering another room. Seemed like a regular occurrence to them. First of all, a rat in a 5-star hotel is unheard of, and is totally unacceptable. Secondly, at no time did the staff take the initiative to update if the rat was caught. I had friends in adjacent rooms, and the replacement room was on the same floor. No attempts at service recovery at all. Checked out the next morning and the staff asked me if I enjoyed my stay. What a joke.

Very good location close to the airport and a lot of restaurants at walking distance is their best feature The room was very nice, the view of the airport runway was good and the gym had everything one would need except a barbell They had a welcome sweet platter in my room and the sweets were delicious, never saw this in any other business hotel. Maybe the quantity of sweets could have been smaller because they knew I was alone in the room. I ate all of it and feel guilty:) Three suggestions: the shower door does not hold in place and should be fixed, the sink tap is fancy but functionally poor because it's easy to spill water while using it. Please remove the small water bottles from the gym and help save the planet

Excellent rooms with good interiors. Spacious and clean. Courteous staff. A different experience as compared to other 5 star hotels. Had an amazing and pleasant stay. Perfectly located in Aerocity, and only 4 kms from Terminal 3. Keep it up 👍

Typical business hotel. One draw back faced is the WC area. Because of the water tight enclosure and provision of health faucet in addition to tissue paper made the area completely wet if health faucet was used. Either don't provide health faucet or if it has to be provided then give proper drainage facility. By providing a threshold and also water tight wall the WC area has become completely wet and cause inconvenience and force to use common toilet. All other things are good. In lucknow also same design is followed but they have proper drainage facility even in WC enclosure. Other option is allot these rooms to foreigners or people who use only tissue papers.

We had a very decent stay at Andaz. The food was amazing and including the availability of amenities. We found the staff very helpful and to our luck we had Sonia from housekeeping to help us in every way. She gave a detailed insight on the stay. She was charming, gentle and welcoming person. I would recommend my friends to stay at Andaz for their upcoming trips in delhi.
