The greatest part of the hotel is the location. It is within 15 minutes of driving distance from all the terminals of New Delhi Airport , 15 minutes to 20 minutes drive to Gurugram business center and 30 minutes to heart of the New Delhi City. I would be not correct if I also do not mention the exemplary service and the courteous staff and personnel of the hotel. At a very odd time I needed 22 pages of printout for a business meet , the gentleman at the reception was more than happy to help me out and provided the printout. The ambience , decor and cleanliness is perfect and unmatchable. The food at the restaurant K3 , especially the breakfast spread was good. In room dining has a scope of improvement. Did not use the facilities like gym, spa , etc so cannot comment.

A very nice property. Very helpfull , polite and courteous staff. Rooms are very good. Toiletries are very good in bathroom. Only drawback was room service is very late otherwise I cannot find or pin point any single negative about this property. Food is very very good. Buffet is very lavish. World traveler and I’ve been to many JW’s over the years, but this one is really special. Polite is an understatement and they will do everything possible to make sure your stay is memorial. Depending on when you go, you may get to see a wedding going on; lots of festivities. The staff are all so polite and outgoing. The food is fresh and delicious, and the Decor is lovely. If you’ve ever stayed in a JW property, you already what to expect from the rooms, and they do not disappoint. Great hotel.

This hotel is simply stunning. I cannot hold the staff they did everything in their power to make our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and there’s so much to do and they clearly are made for relaxing. the bathroom is huge, and the walls of bath can be opened up so you can relax while soaking and watch TV at the same time. The shower is a delight I have never seen a shower so huge I couldn’t stop showering. Fantastic addition to have lots off shampoo and body gel in the bathrooms, instead of those tiny tubes, most hotels have.

Awesome service from the hotel staffs. Everyone is polite probably also because of their culture on treating the guests with the best hospitality treatment. I will like to comment on Executive Chef Sandeep and his crew for making my stay unforgettable good. I have strict dietary and after highlighting to Chef Sandeep, he made sure that it was properly look into and he actually made each meal different from the previous while complying to my dietary restriction! Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. The buffet evening meal and breakfast was fresh and tasty. The food was laid out or you could order specific fresh cooked food. The staff were amazing and made our children happy by showing them around and letting them meet the chefs. The room was comfy and the bath was a nice addition. The gym and pool were open and staffed so someone was always on hand. A bargain for what we paid. If we visit this area again we will stay here again.

Very clean and nicely appointed hotel rooms. Probably the best at aerocity. Too bad the staff does not enforce covid protocols like wearing a mask. The food is good at the buffet and service was great at K3. They have about a half dozen people at the front door and they try to be helpful but in typical Indian fashion fail to deliver. My luggage got left at the hotel when I boarded the bus. Had to take a taxi back from the airport to collect my luggage. And no apologies or anything from the staff. Only the Sikh gentleman at the front helped me with the luggage when I came back to retrieve it. These hangar on guys need more training so they provide some service instead of just being a fixture.

I have allways enjoyed my stay at the Marriott hotels through out the country. They just keep surprising you all the time. I rate this group as one of the best in the world. Being very close to the airport makes travel super easy. The staff here are very courteous and go out of the way to make you feel special and comfortable. The choice of food and the options you have is mind blowing.

Had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful for a good night's rest. I particularly loved the delicious breakfast spread and the stunning view from my room. Definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Felt like some staff really worked like staff who worked at a 5 star hotel, and there were a few who worked like they did not. We waited 10+ minutes for a check to come after dinner one night, and another night received a check with wrong amount. This was at K3 restaurant. I also needed to change the room after checking in because of cigarette smell. When I call the reception, the first answer they gave me was that it is a non-smoking room so there shouldn’t be cigarette smell. Waited around 15 minutes, a staff started walking towards me through the hallway, so I asked if he was here for me. He said no, and asked if I called the reception. I said I did, and he said then wait and just walked away. Second room also smelled like cigarettes, but less. I checked in around midnight, so I just stayed. The next morning I went to reception again and told them the issue, and the staff was very unapologetic and said they’ll refreshen up the room while I’m away. When I came back it was basically the same. Overall it was an enjoyable stay but with this price and being a JW Marriott I had a much higher expectation.

Stayed 3 nights and everything was lovely! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Asked for a high floor at check-in and was granted one with no fuss. Aside from a slight musty smelling carpet or headboard (I couldn’t tell which it was), the room was perfect. Service was also top notch. Staff in the hotel (from the front-desk, to concierge, to waiters) were very responsive to any queries/ issues and would also proactively check-in with us on our hotel experience. The buffet spread at breakfast was wonderful, and certain items would change daily for added variety. The hotel also provided free-flow filtered water to our room whenever we requested for it, and swung by daily in the evening to give us chocolates. The little things add up!

Well decorated, spacious, modern rooms. The best part is it is just besides the Airport but there is no sound disturbance. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant serves delicious food. Bar options are good. Worth mentioning is the gym which has all the latest amenities. Well behaved security and housekeeping staff. Overall the hotel is well equipped and easy to go at any point of time specially for solo travel.

Everything here was exquisite. Very professional staff - efficient, friendly, helpful. Mr. Zubair was incredibly attentive and respectful when we had a problem with our room. He oversaw the solution impeccably. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable, bathtub and shower perfect. We spent quite a bit of time by the pool, also great. Last but not least, the food was absolutely delicious and the buffets had great variety, everything wonderful.

Just another standard Marriott hotel, the staff will treat you accordingly however, I feel their attention levels for their guests vary depending on who they think you are. I see many Marriot in different parts of the world trying to maintain high standards. However, this one does fall below par. There are good elements this hotel however overall there are several things that could be done to make the experience for the guest better.

Visited here for a birthday party. All I'll say is that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed with. Review is not required for this world class property, it's name tells everything. Great property to host birthday parties.

I was sure I got the presidential room until I looked at the room next to me and realized that it's just the standard in this hotel, just kidding, the hotel is really of a high standard ... very high. The rooms are amazing, the food is great and the gym ... wow! A great way to disconnect and clear your head a minute before boarding the plane. And another little tip, between the hotels is a nice promenade of pubs and cafes not to be missed.

Smart TVs provide added convenience and entertainment options, which many guests find valuable during their stay. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom tiles in my room were quite slippery. While I understand the importance of a clean and polished appearance, safety is paramount. To address this concern, perhaps exploring anti-slip solutions, such as textured tiles or non-slip coatings, could contribute to a safer environment for guests.

The food is average as i have tried their buffet in the banquet hall. As per the name and standards food need to be upgraded. The public area and coffee shop area is having a wonderful ambience and atmosphere. They have good space which can be used in a better manner as well.

Average sized clean rooms and friendly staff. Property overall is quite luxurious although it does have an executive hotel vibe. Breakfast was somewhat underwhelming especially given the 1800INR price tag. Service was great and South Indian food was delicious but everything else was below average.

Love the hotel and staff. Have been coming here since they opened and feels like our own home in Delhi. My kids have grown up here during our many trips to the India. Kids still talk about the breakfast buffet. Shahnawaz at the buffet has been taking care of us over the years. He has an amazing team that supports him. The lounge staff is exceptional and we have been meeting them during our trips and they have become friends.

The Main entrance and waiting lobby is just fantastic. Good ambience overall with a feeling to spend some more time in this property. Great !!

I went here for the exhibition of Bridal Asia and not for a stay. So, can't comment on the experience for a stay but the property is surely nice. The organisation for the exhibition was great, and the staff handling the same was professional and cooperative. I think you can give it a try if it suits your purpose.

Have only tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and not the la carte menu, the food is more varied in the dinner buffet as compared to the former options, but variety does not automatically correspond with quality and the quality of dishes remains consistent for all the 3 timings for better or for worse. Most of the dishes are your run of the mill dishes and there are no signature dishes or unique dishes on offer, heck they don't even have sushi 🍣 during the breakfast at the Japanese or is it the Chinese counter 🤔 and us mortals have to make do with dim sums to satisfy our cravings. The service is impeccable as would be expected from the brand. The food on offer is decent and tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary and the taste is similar to food served at normal standalone restaurants and the food does not do justice to the price tag or the brand name and has a lot of scope for improvement to live up to the expectations.

Just stopped by for breakfast, which was a delicious spread. Airy decor with lots of open space in the lobby area, which is a nice plus.

VERY GOOD CUISINE.THE GROUND FLOOR RESTAURANT HAD ITALIAN, CHINESE, INDIAN AND ITALIAN SELECTIONS. THOUGH SOME OF DISHES WERE NOT HOT, THAT WAS MADE UP IN TASTE.

If you really want to get pampered, good comfortable clean room, good food and good customer service, this is the place. Room was cleaned twice a day. Every thing was upto the mark. Customer service is good. Thanks to security guard Mohit who stands near the lift for being polite and helpful. JW is exceptionally good. Food is good. Chef specially check with customer if food is good. Impeccable service and surrounding.

Very unprofessional, slow, and full of excise staff. Check in took almost an hour for an ambassador elite guest. Rooms are clean and well maintained, house keeping is good. Else all other fields, very poor. Unlike a 5 star hotel. Even the valet room 45 minutes to get the car. Food ordered was coming in an hour, that too cold. On asking they had to say that we are fully booked. Duh! Isn't that what you are trained to work for. Saying as if you had overbooked yourself and fit few guests on the roof and not able to manage.

Hotel is very beautiful and chic, also room, gym and the buffet. Room service very good. I would have given higher rate but now that I've come back after covid, I notice that safety measures, during buffet that is the most important moment, are very poor. Nobody is checking that people is wearing masks while taking food and several people are taking and eating directly from the buffet, without using the mask, in front of marriott team, and nobody is telling to this people to wear it. Sometimes also people from the staff are not using it. I can understand it's not comfortable, but we're at Marriott, 5 stars, and health, in this moment, should be the priority. Also the buffet service is poor, long waits just to get water and beer at table, even when I reach very early and no other guests are present. I'm disappointed.

Awesome package. Good happening place. The Buffett for dinner and breakfast was great. Awesome live music for dinner. Rooms were great although not huge. Swimming pool was functional. Great value for money.

While traveling with my brother, I booked my favorite hotel located right beside the airport, yet amazingly free from any sound disturbances. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and luxurious. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, and polite. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food, and there are great options at the menu.

I really wish I can give you guys more than 5 Stars, Exceptional Customer Service, I was not even a guest in a hotel, I really need to use color Printer early in the morning as I have to catch flight early morning and shops were not opened that time. I called front desk Staff and ask if I can use Printer they let me use it, I wouldn’t be able to take my flight if I didn’t get that Document. Stayed here for work. Due to Covid, never left the hotel. If you have to be stuck in a hotel somewhere, this is the place. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the room service dinner was tasty, filling and not very expensive (by hotel standards). As you can see by the pictures, the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Looking forward to using their 3 lane by 25m pool for exercise on a future visit.

This was my first experience staying at JW , one of the best hotel yet I have ever visited in my life! Rooms very clean and maintained properly! The hotel staff is just amazing helps you out with and each and every time! As being an vegetarian the food was delicious. Must visit!

It was a pleasant stay, from Airport Pickup To Early Room Check-in, From Late Check-out to Airport Drop it was a very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful they don't let you feel uncomfortable. Very attentive. Covid safety measures taken seriously, I like the way they request to wear masks. Once I forgot to wear it after my breakfast, the security person very humbly arrived and request me to wear a mask.

The property is good but there is such a big lag in their services. Although harsh from the service department was really helpful and did his best to make our stay comfortable. I would still say they need to look into the services they provide not upto the standards of Marriott. Thank you

Great experiences and atmosphere. Hotel staffs are very kind and good hospitality. Wearing the mask is mandatory inside of hotel. The mask, sanitary gel and wet tissue are prepared at the room. Only housekeeping staffs need to greeting to the guests.

My wife and I spent 10 days at the JW in Aerocity. It was a fabulous stay - the hospitality, cleanness, meals and friendly staff are just outstanding. I do need to make special call out for Mohit Singh in the lift area. The young man has an extremely friendly demeanor and every time we went by the lift area, he would always make us feel welcomed. In fact after day three, whenever we would go by the lobby we would look out for Mohit - just to say hello. It always made our day! Lovely stay. Thanks JW Staff

Plush hotel, and pretty much all that you expect from JW - rooms are spacious and nice and the exec lounge is large and with good spread. Great place if you are travelling for business.

The hotel location is very close to airport and hospitality is awesome. The guy Tushar has given so much attention regarding all the services provided by the hotel. Overall a good business property.

Hospitality at its best. An absolute regal place. Have loved being there and having food there everytime I have been there.

Went here for a dinner on a Monday night and was disappointed a bit with the service. Considering it was a Monday and not weekend they were very slow. Food took forever to come after ordering. Staff was very courteous and well behaved though. They kept us informed about the delay. This is not expected from a hotel of this category. Plus there was some issue with the menu, it was showing very limited stuff. We had to check couple of times to confirm what is the full menu.

Very good food. K3 has a capacity of 240 guests. If packed you have a feeling of being in a marriage. 😀

This was my second stay and a third coming up soon. I'm very happy with the hotel so far, especially housekeeping. They kept a laptop cleaning kit, folded away clothes nicely and put a decor of flowers. Breakfast was superb with the menu (but not that delicious) , in room dining was better than expected but takes 40 minutes + There is a nice lounge space below where guests can sit and order drinks. Ideal place to have guests over and chat with them.

One of the finest properties in Aerocity, New Delhi. Proximity to the airport gives them an edge. But else also a lot of events are now moving from city to this place. Ballroom is fantastic with a clear ceiling, apt for corporate events and product launches. The service standards of Marriott are excellent. Food was fabulous.

Good food and rooms. Service needs to be improved though. No cold water was available in this scorching heat but only bottles at room temperature. Air conditioning would go off every few hours in the room. To top it all when the feedback was shared at check out, there was no acknowledgement from the staff at all. Travel date 14 May 2022

The best thing about this hotel is Chef Rittwik. He is OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond for our food diet and did it all with a smile. Marriott is lucky to have such a caring and genuine Chef in their hotel. He is hardworking, friendly, and amazing at what he does. My family left the executive lounge feeling way more than just satisfied. Thank you again Chef Rittwik!

Stayed here twice for a total of three nights. Rooms are large, well appointed with oversized bathroom. Just a few minutes from Delhi's airport. The buffet dining room is the real treat, however. Buffets are not my preference but the quality and variety are extraordinary. Don't miss it.

I was very disappointed first time in my life with JW Marriott and regret staying at this place. My stay was total disaster. We had checked in really late at night, we realized room cleanliness was very poor, hair left in the sink and it was really dirty, it seemed like it was never scrubbed for a while. Tea/coffee tray was really dirty, bathtub was never scrubbed, I had found red skirt in the drawer. I called guest services and informed them, they didn’t offer to transfer us into another room. We went to bed since we had to leave early in the morning, next morning there was no hot water in the shower. When we asked to send someone to fix it, it took long enough for maintenance to come and try to fix it. He informed us we should wait for 10 min and then take shower, after waiting 30 min and running water for almost 15 min, there was still no hot water. I complained at the desk and requested general manager to call me to discuss this matter, still waiting on GM to call me. This is absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing.
