The rooms are okay for the price. But the manager took my phone to check the booking details and gave the hotel 5 star reviews. I didn’t like the sly nature. Couldn’t trust anything provided by them.

Rooms are pathetic, washrooms were leaking and even lighting in the bathrooms were not working. Food they served was average. Breakfast they served like hell. No taste, no variety. In addition, the behaviour of staff is like hell. They are taking the customers so lightly. Will not recommend to anyone

Don't go with pictures, Very old pictures uploaded and currently room is not clean and Air conditioning system is not working, I don't take pictures due to I forgot. But in this rate you found others good option. Review is not genuine.

I booked well in advance and informed at the time of booking that I will be checking in late . I also called the hotel and confirmed the same. When I arrived, my room was given to someone else and there was no room left. I had to carry my luggage and walk along the road to find another hotel late in the evening. Please avoid this hotel as they can’t keep up the promise

I have stayed in this hotel with my family as part of our transiting journey. I booked the hotel because if it's proximity to airport and low price. But the stay was nothing short of terrible.. We could not sleep the whole night as some miscreants were partying on the same floor. They were banging doors, playing loud music and ringing bells of each room. And this hotel being a bit far from main road made us more worried. Never had I faced such an insecure and terrible situation in my life. We just waited for the sunrise to leave. Conveyed the same to the receptionist before leaving. Humble advice - don't go for low priced hotels especially when you are with your family. Safety and security should take priority over price.

Scammers, beware of these guys. They don’t keep their words, they will say everything is included just to make you stay in the hotel. As you pay the hotel rent, you will be able to see their real image. Double standard employees specially the manager AJAY. Stay away from these people.

We brought french fries 🍟 from their room service, the fries they gave was not even cooked fully. Inside of the fries were still raw! We tried return it back but they said the bill is already done and we can't return the order and they gave back the same fries. The security uncle is very nice and helpful

Friendly staff and very accommodating security guard, rooms are spacious with couches, TV and Wifi but a bit rusty handles. Beds are nice and clean, sheets are synthetic (not cotton) and sometimes spotty but overall clean. No cockroaches or any major sanitary issues. Air conditioner was working well but no remote/temperature setting. Overall totally fine for a short stay and just 15 minutes away by taxi from the airport. Didn't have time to try the food.

The hotel doesn't match the pictures and good review ratings at all. It's close to the airport, but in a dirty neighborhood and small dark side street. Quite hard to get there. They clearly done great work with the pics and fake reviews. Rooms are dirty with very basic bathrooms. Price should be lower for sure. Luckily it was only for @ night. There's outside noise all night. Personnel weren't friendly. I felt like a transaction and was offered a taxi to the airport for the price it takes me to go to the city center.

Hi Guys, Please Please Please read this carefully. This hotel shows very good rating. But there is a story behind it. It's fake. If you will book a room, Just look at the pictures, inclusions. They will mostly give you a different room. If you are a single travelers you are mostly at risk of getting the worst room. When I booked the Super Deluxe Room(Goibibo), There is a option of complementary upgrade to premium room. Don't get into this trap. The hotel staff told me, All the rooms are same when he was showing me the rooms before the check in. The room was dirty, sheets are dirty, kettle was broken with insects swimming inside. Yuk. I request you to please either book by going to the hotel and look at the room first. Because they have few good rooms on the top floor(most probably) which they give to the persons who pays them more. That's it. Thanks for reading.

Food was so much, tasty n I brought them to Denmark.We really had good time at this place.Food wise best, staffs best, place to stay best near by airport.I stayed there because I had to reach airport around 4am .So, We chose to stay nearby which is only 4km away..24/7 taxis available. Do not be carried away by false reviews. This is a low standard hotel with unclean and foul smelling rooms and bathrooms. Location is in a filthy, slum area. No space for carrying two luggages in Lift/elevator. Room/bathroom fittings are of low quality with no maintenance. My stay for one day was horrible. Only positive aspect is the good and sufficiant breakfast provided.

Location is very good close to Delhi airport terminals, although inside a small lane which is difficult to find if you are going there on your own. But the service is excellent, they have round the clock room service, can arrange for pick-up and drop from railway station and Airport very promptly. Rooms are really good, clean and well furnished. Only drawback I found is the food. Breakfast was not at all good both in terms of the spread and the taste. Otherwise this hotel is a very good option for overnight transit halts.

It’s 20minutes away from Terminal T3. Hotel staff are good well behaved. Rooms are ok, bathroom little rusty and need renovation. Location around 100m from main road. Cab services are very restrictive, limited cabs follow the route.

We stayed to Hotel Smart Plaza (Super Deluxe Room) in the month of August 2023 as Couples for 4-days. Some positive and negatives about the Hotel is- Positives- 1- Cleanliness - The Room was clean, the bathroom was clean, bedsheet and pillows were clean. Dustbins were provided in the Room and in bathroom also. 2- Facilities- TV- TV was working fine. AC- AC was also working fine One King Size Bed, Two small bed-side tables. One small table for dining, one dressing table with big mirror and one more table was provided. A mini refrigerator was also provided in the room. 3) Toileteries - One bath towel, handwash, shampoo, shower gel and a small soap was provided in the bathroom. Bathroom was western and the flush was working fine. The hot water geyser was also working fine. One bucket and mug was provided. Shower was also working fine. 4) Food - the food was okay-okay. 5) Hotel Guests/Crowd - As I saw, there were other guests in the hotel who were with family, couples and solo travellers. So the crowd in the hotel was also nice. Negatives- 1) Location - the Hotel was located in a very interior area. It was also a bit far from the Delhi Aerocity Metro Station (its around 1.3 km, so if you could walk that much than it will be fine). 2) Lightning - if you close the window and the curtain then you will feel that the lighning in the room is a bit less. 3) Staff behavoir and service - I won't say that the staff was rude, however when we reached the hotel the reception staff's behavoir was a bit negligent. As if they don't care. Also, I didn't saw any female staff in the hotel. Secondly, on the 1st day there was no remote of the TV, I had to call the reception for 2-3 times and then they bring the remote of the TV. Also, the room telephone was sometime not working properly. Everything else was good in the hotel.

The room is quite clean, the reception and the staff here are very enthusiastic. Food is okay but seems a bit small for the price. I appreciated the elderly janitors who were extremely enthusiastic and dedicated. i came back here for the 2nd time and will keep coming back here when waiting for flight. Note:(there is a shortcut to aero city for a night walk and enjoy the rich food).

I was in a professional trip for a conference to Delhi, Dropping at the Delhi airport I had nowhere to go so I started searching for a hotel nearby. Needless to say this has been one of the best experience to stay in the finest hotel near the airport. It made perfect sense to see how good it was to stay in a hotel that offers sophisticated staying experience. Not just the staff was gracious and courteous but the overall the whole experience was a perfect one. I stayed here for three days and for the whole stay I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend if anyone stays here he or she would not be disappointed. Value for money and strategic location makes it a preferred destination.

The rooms smell musty and my room was filled with a tiny unrecognisable insect that looked like miniature grasshoppers. The bathroom had filthy tiles. As we checked in late and only staying for one night, we just swallowed our grievances and rested.

Awful place to stay! First of all, location is not the same as the one in Booking.com, this hotel is not in aero city or next to the airport as they claim they are. Completely unprofessional. The other big issue is how dirty the hotel and rooms are, it is a cheap hotel but clean sheets are a MUST in any hotel, sheets were full of stains and didn’t smell good. Apart from that, towels were in very bad shape with yarn hanging, there was not enough toilet paper and the shower doesn’t have a border so you get the bathroom wet when you shower. Also, there are two hotels called smart palace, belonging to the same branch, in one of them the towels are thrown in the stairs and hallway, with some guy literally sleeping on top of them (yes, in your hallway!). Just bad, I felt very uncomfortable all the time so I left earlier and booked another place.

Worse hotel experience ever , Rooms were stinky there was constant drainage smell in the whole room , bedsheets were unclean , food was unhygienic. They charge like any other hotel but when you come and visit the locations it’s worse you can imagine . Whole washroom was leaking I can’t stop complaining about this place. We can call this only as a budget hotel . Which is situated around 4 ~5 km from Terminal 1 delhi airport . Room size is small and bathroom is congested , flush was leaking , shower knob was broken , water flow rate was low . Since i stayed just for a day to take the flight i didn't made any complaint and adjusted with it. Outside food is not allowed but swiggy etc are allowed.

Staffs are very casual as they will never listen u until and unless you will not call them so many time. Room was very small along with worst amenities. One my bad experience with this hotel. Now I will never recommend this hotel to me.

Avoid if possible- Dirty rooms and unethical staff. Very disappointing stay. Staff tried to downgrade our rooms without us noticing, despite having pre-paid. No external food is allowed at the hotel but food service was bad, having to wait close to an hour for a bottle of water and some French fries.

Stayed here with family for one night due to flight layover. Room was nice. Well maintained and clean. Food tastes good. Kitchen was open even at 12 midnight.

Room floor was unclean, water was less, small and suffocating. Toilet not maintained properly. No hanger in cupboard. Breakfast was hot and spicy 🔥 Average stay for one night.

So a few things. This is about a 15/20 min drive from the arrivals area. Please be prepared to get a taxi from the airport. The staff were friendly and the rooms were fine for a quick overnight stay. Comfortable bed and clean linen, not much more you can ask for. The reason why I've marked this down even further, is due to the hotel submitting a 5 star review under my name. Really no need for them to do so, the rooms speak enough for themselves without having to do this. I would have honestly stayed there again, but after this I won't be doing so!
