    DON’T BE FOOLED This is not a 5 star hotel. They named themselves “5 star luxury” to seem that way. This is at best a 3 star or less hotel. Water pooled in the sink. Bad management as well because they said they would send someone but didn’t. Rooms are tiny. Very cramped. Beds are too small to be comfortable. The pool was dirty and unmaintained. Pigeons use the pool to bathe. The lobby bathroom had a giant silage of water where I almost slipped and fell. Overall this is a mediocre hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else because it is not worth the price tag.

    Centrally placed hotel, Good maintenance inside and outside. Decoration of hall , where marriage function was arranged good. Outside hall arrangement and decoration in open area was average, commitment by hotel staff was not fulfilled as discussed earlier.. overall good for gathering. Quality of food and services was satisfactory. Thanks to management.

    Its just an ok type of hotel where you can stay safely because you have paid for a premium property but in lieu of that don’t expect a premium hospitality from the hotel staffs specially the one at the front desk. I was handed over key and told direction of room by the front desk female staff, only after reminding her that i am new in the property she sent an assistant to guide me towards room. They have only one complimentary water bottle policy in room ,rest you have to pay even after paying 8500-10000 per room. For a double occupancy room they at-least need to provide 2 litre water for a night.

    Even though they label themselves as a 5-star hotel, the rooms could've been way nicer, and the service should've been quicker. The people at the service desk were pretty rude and kept hanging up on me at night when I needed help. Plus, they could definitely step up their hospitality game, and the rooms seriously need an upgrade given the hefty price they charge.

    They claim the property is 5 star. Unfortunately it does not stand by that. Rooms are satisfactory. Bathroom was not very clean. Up and above they forced us to pay on the spot for any consumables in the room. This is first time ever we witnessed that server asked us to pay in cash or any mode on the spot and will not add in the room service charge. Not worth staying there are better options around.

    Absolutely pathetic! I wonder how they call themselves a five star property. The rooms are ancient and the amenities are sub par. The washrooms are poorly maintained and the staff doesn't seem like the usual premium hotel kinds. The food is not up to the mark neither is their overall hospitality for this price point. Would definitely not recommend.

    Feedback: 1. Don't expect early check in even after they promise 2. They gave a room with twin bed even after booking for King sized bed 3. Location is perfect. 4. Breakfast was quite good

    If there wan an option in google to give negative stars I would have given it. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had as the employees thought that they are funding my trip and my in hotel expenses I have also given the feedback in writing but I guess they don't even care. Major problems in the rooms the bathroom latch won't work expired toiletries, 0 knowledge of staff when comes to questioning. It was my worst decision to stay here and book 2 two and if the hotel staff wants to confirm then please check you bookings with the name of Apoorv Srivastava and Harish Raj on date 6th of Sep to 7th of Sep.

    I made a booking via their company website, received an email 5 days later saying the booking was cancelled. Re-made the booking again and it is still saying "payment pending". As we are travelling from overseas, I wanted to make sure that the booking was confirmed so we had no issues when we arrived. I called 6-7 times wanting to speak to the reservation team, 3 times hanged up on because they couldn't assist or wanted to know about the issue. Eventually got onto the manager at the reservations manager and after explaining that I wanted to simply confirm the booking, he hung up on me. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE? Seriously I haven't even stayed at the hotel yet and your customer service is that TERRIBLE that you treat prospective customers that way. It was simply a one-night stay before travelling around India. We had intended to book another 6 nights a month later when we came back to Delhi. BUT I CAN GUARANTEE YOU, THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. Who wants to stay with a Hotel that offers such a terrible product and calls itself a 5-star hotel. I think it would be better to classify this as a 3 star at best. Do yourself a favour and book with a company that can offer better customer service.

    Overall, I found the hotel to be satisfactory. The staff members were generally friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the carpets and dust on the furniture. It would be beneficial to have a more thorough cleaning routine in place.the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible. The amenities provided, such as the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

    A great place to stay in New Delhi. I stayed here for two nights and the experience was great. Staff was friendly and supportive. I had food ordered to my room. Service was prompt and food was delicious. Service was great during the stay.

    Hotel staff is very good and very friendly. Almost all staff members will greet you with Namaste and a smile always on their face. Food is tasty. Hotel rooms are not so worth of money charged, a little bit overpriced. Proper maintenance and cleaning of rooms is suggested.

    I been there with my wife and 2 kids. We are Thankful that they had given room before the standard check in time to us. Their Hotel Name is 5 Star Luxury but breakfast just like very common and other service is just like Normal Hotel Not like any 5 Star Hotel. Only 1 Life was working in entire Hotel. I will try to find better of next time.

    The food is great. Breakfast is served with a lot of varieties and options. The service is a bit slow at the hotel wherein i had to call room service 2-3 times at night to get things done. The rooms are allocated as per their discretion. I would have appreciated if preferance of guests were taken into consideration in terms of bed type. Overall the experience was good as expected!

    This is a business hotel, you'll find some of the staff very helpful and some that would ruin your mood. My 2 stays here made me realise that the price is justified by the name and not the furniture. You might have a good time here because the house keeping staff and some of the others would go out of their way to help you but on the other hand you'll see how the rest of the people are not alot cooperative and how some of the rooms have broken furniture

    We stayed here for two nights and had a very nice time. Loved the pool. Staff was very caring and helpful. The drinks at the bar a bit overpriced even if part if the "happy hour" deal. Good variety at breakfast and good service too.

    The property has a lot of plus points ranging from location to services. The lobby is very welcoming, and the staff at the lobby are very pleasing. We were greeted with a pleasing personnel at 2.00AM in the night. Checkin was very smooth at this late hour. Restaurant is open 24x7. The staff are well trained to exchange pleasantries with the customer. Thank you all the staff and personal of the property who made our stay a memorable one. Looking forward to come back to enjoy the privileges of the hotel.

    Rooms weren't cooling efficiently. And the air-conditioning in the lobby/reception area was probably off.... because we were sweating. Not really a 4 star hotel. Oh, and they took like an hour to get us our dental kits. Service needs to be better.

    Though the location is prime. The rooms are not worth the money. Lobby is beautifully set up. Rooms are small and bathrooms are smaller, showers doesn't work properly. Most importantly, Please change the company of the bottle you provide free in the room. the water tastes awful.

    I recently stayed at this hotel, and the location is very good. Lobby area very impressive and check in was fast and staff at entrance were attentive and pleasant. Room for improvement as initially I was allocated a room on a floor where the ceiling boards clearly needed to be replaced, and it wasn't until I requested a room change that I was accommodated. Additionally, the staff at the buffet area could certainly benefit from being more pleasant and attentive. Overall, improvements are needed in several areas to make this hotel a more enjoyable stay. We had to ask for toiletries as only 1 set was provided though room for 2 persons In contrast to our recent experience, I must say that our previous stays in hotels in Dharamshala and Dalhousie were exceptional. The contrast in quality and service between those hotels and the one we recently stayed at was stark. It makes the need for improvement at the current hotel even more apparent.

    We had a great time during our 5 day stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff gave us a friendly and a quality service. If more varieties of food were included in the breakfast buffet it could have been much perfect. Overall it was a really nice experience. Recommended

    I attended the Meet and Greet program organised by the famous Numerologist Arviend Sud @Destiny Science Private Limited in one massive banquet hall. I did not stay in the hotel hence I can't comment on rooms, but I can definitely talk about the cool ambience, yummy foods and the excellent services by the F&B staff.

    This is a 5 Star property nearby Karol Bagh Metro station. The food is lovely so you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast spread as well as satisfactory in room dining. The rooms have all the amenities in them and it's a good place to stay when you are on a business visit to the Delhi NCR Region. The staff is co-operative but the pool and gym is not complimentary for room guests, only available if you book spa sessions.

    The lobby is very welcoming, and the staff at the lobby are very pleasing.The staff members were generally friendly and accommodating.One of the best hotel i ever visited... The inner ambiance is so fantastic...Luxury hotel with fantastic service. Rooms are very specious and well maintained. Swimming pool is big enough. Party hall is very nice and elegant. Location wise its very convenient as its located in Central Delhi. Metro station is just next to the hotel. Karol Bagh is in walking distance.

    What an amazing stay ,although worried about the rising pollution levels this hotel near puspha hills is an abode to healthy living along with all satiating amenities and well behaved staff with amazing food. We will be back again next month and it's like found a home in Delhi . Well done and thanks to everyone there .

    What an oasis of yumminess. Cold beer (happy hour 16:00 to 20:00), excellent food, cocktails and fantastic staff. Booked directly and the price was very fair for so many stars. Metro 200 metres away!! Just check your charges at the bar and the reception. I’ll be back.

    Though it has 5 star facilities, the service is very poor. The air conditioner is not working or in between it stops working. Though they will address the issues partially but need to check prior to the customer check in. Food is not great, morning breakfast and service is poor. No cutlery on the table. No water. Ordered omelette, never got it. It was a dream hotel 20 years back, but now forced to stay due to business compulsion.

Let me share the experience, during parking at night I asked the parking staff to clean the vehicle he agreed, I paid the amount in advance and he said he will clean. Next morning nothing happened even after taking money 😲

    This was my worst five star experience! I stayed in this hotel on 15-Dec-2023 for 12 hours while traveling from USA. Amazing food, but pathetic room service. First they didn't keep enough towels and toiletries. You have to ask for everything here, otherwise you don't get basic amenities. Next - the air conditioning didn't work in room for 8 out of 12 hours of my stay. I called room service four times to get this fixed. Let me correct - had to shout (felt really bad, but they will test your temperament). Oh, and while fixing the room A/C, the maintenance guy left the room open. Not worth my 15k INR at all. I wanted a pleasant stay so I chose to stay in a five star, but this experience was not more than 3* (all stars for the food). Would never recommend to my friends who travel Delhi often from USA. Kind request to the hotel manager/staff - please understand if a person is traveling on limited available and focus on customer experience!

    Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I booked two connecting rooms, stayed on Dec 17,18, 20,21 and 24, 2023 but encountered several issues: Cleanliness and Water Pressure: The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the water pressure was notably weaker than it should be in a hotel of this caliber. Inconsistent Service: Despite the hotel claiming to be a 5-star establishment, the service did not live up to that standard. Each time I returned from my travels from Amritsar and Rishikesh, the quality of rooms seemed to decline. Missing Package Items: I had a package sent by my supplier on Dec 24, but the hotel staff failed to provide me with all the items. This oversight became apparent only when I reached my country, resulting in a significant inconvenience. Communication Challenges: The telephone number provided for the hotel is difficult to reach, and the individuals who answer the phone seem uninformed about reservations. Moreover, despite multiple attempts, I never received a callback from the hotel. And that's why I lost my packages. Overall, these shortcomings significantly impacted my stay, and I would NOT recommend this hotel for those seeking a reliable and well-managed accommodation experience. Only if you like location or food at restaurant.

    Located within a 5 km radius of Connaught Place and the New Delhi Railway Station, Jaypee Siddharth Jaypee is about 6 km from exhibition and convention options at Pragati Maidan. New Delhi International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. It is an old hotel in close proximity of metro station but the approaches roads are narrow. Parking spaces are limited.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Worst hotel and hospitality. The person at reception was too arrogant. No politeness. Nobody will ask to carry luggage from car to reception to room. Called reception twice but no answer. The staff is old and reactive however the expectations is proactiveness for. 5 star hotel. No security or sanitization. People are shaking hands at reception. Invoice not provided while cheking out. Called 3-4 times for help however no one responded. The rooms are old and stinky.tissues box was empty. The TV is small with bad video quality channels.

    I will instead go for a 3-star hotel if this is what I get in the name of a 5-star hotel. Very poor service. Food was not at all up to the standard. The bathroom was disgusting. Last but not least, there was a centipede in my room. I would not recommend this hotel.

    A good place to stay in whether u have come on business or for leisure. Satisfactory services. Hygiene well maintained. All Covid protocol being followed. Staff seems experienced n most of the times respond positively

    The overall experience is very bad. This hotel should not be labelled as a 5 star hotel. Pathetic food and room quality is also very low. Dont forget they even charge you for spare plates and spoon. Much much better hotel options available at same price. Not at all recommended.

    Went there for a formal meeting. The staff is intelligent and Covid 19 precaution trained. The cafe lounge area is beautiful and peaceful. Food quality is very nice.

    I was here for a conference. The hotel has excellent location and infrastructure. The staff is polite and respectful. There seems to be a culture of tipping in the lower staff and they seem to be a little intemperate. The food was good and the spread was extensive. The rooms are also well maintained except for a maintenance issue with water seepage on the toilet wall of 201. I am sure it will be taken care of. There was no feedback forms for suggestions.

    This hotel needs to focus on fooding. The restaurant is the most confused segment in the hotel and it needs to be corrected. House keeping staff needs training and development. The best part is cleanness of the hotel.

    Stayed at this place for 5 days and had a horrible experience. Have stayed at my fair share of 5 stars across the country and this hotel definitely doesn’t fit the definition of a 5 star. 1. Glasses and cutlery are chargeable (yes, you need to order something if you want glasses or cutlery in your room). 2. Ice bucket is chargeable. 3. The staff is only interested in earning tips rather than actually serving the guests (except for the house keeping staff). 4. The valet won’t leave your side till the time you tip them even when you don’t want to avail the valet service. 5. There is a rule that you can only carry 1 bottle of alcohol in your room. 6. The breakfast spread is extremely limited. Chicken Sausages, Boiled eggs, boiled vegs, grilled potatoes, fruits, 1 Indian item, parantha, dosa and Eggs to order. Dessert only includes muffins.

    We stayed there for 2 days, The staff was very friendly, helpful & polite. The food was very delicious and was served very properly. Room service & cleaning staff was way too polite and helpful. Conference room was big enough, restaurant had open kitchen & ambience was great. The room was very clean and tidy. Overall the stay was very comforting.

    Service was good. But improvement is needed especially in house keeping. When I checked in there were hairs in bathroom means it was not properly cleaned. Very unlike a 5 star hotel. Rest everything was good.

    Good Old Siddharth. The only decent place in the vicinity. Got a decent smallish clean room. Since it faced the main Pusa side ,too much action for my liking. Seems preferred location for wedding parties. So neighbouring room can get very noisy. Mine did. All in all a decent experience. But breakfast if purchased, is not worth it.

    I attended full day meeting there on 4th March, 22. And found this far from 5star service. Firstly sound system quality was poor, secondly bottled water was as good as tap water of delhi. Thirdly food lacked aunthentic taste, alongwith overuse of food colors and improperly baked chapatis. Out of 60+ attendees, this was common feedback, I sought from majority number of guests.

    Locating it is not hard but its not obvious, big sign in front eye level won't be that bad, the ambience when you enter is amazing but you soon get accustomed to the view. Iike yes we have seen this and this and this etc, food is how it is not amazing but for everyone. Cleanliness is top notch, that's saying something. Couldn't interact with a lot of staff so I won't be best to review them. From afar though everyone seems to helpful if someone approached for help. Had interaction with catering staff though. They seemed over worked when Infact the hotel seemed not that busy before noon. Loved the cleanliness again even the toilets were super clean and stacked. I always check for liquid soap and it was stacked and not diluted. I have seen dilution in much bigger hotels so had to mention that. They were not over our head when we exceeded the time while packing, they did remind us though. All in all if I had to choose either I would prefer a hotel in whole Delhi at this price point I probably would choose some other hotel maybe near all the attractions as a tourist. But if I had to do choose in its immediate vicinity obviously its the best. Hope this was helpful

    The level of service is poor. The rooms have a strange kind of smell and the morning breakfast they serve is terrible. The food quality really needs to be improved. There are better hotels available in Delhi.

    Situated in Rajendra palace its nyc hotel to stay, rooms are good, food is also good. We had booked the room with breakfast and breakfast was good. But one problem we had faced the reception staff is not too much bother to attend the guest timely. We had wait for atleast 20 to 25 minutes for booking than after we got our room.
