this is the worst hotel i have ever visited. i booked this hotel via oyo app and made the payment of 458/- online. when i reached the hotel to check in they denied me the room saying that the payment which i've made is too low, they said that their minimum rate is 1000/- rs and so they can't give me the room and straight away told me to cancel the booking or else pay them 400/- extra, i mean like what the fu*k , if their minimum rate is 1000/-then why 458/- in the app and if it is there and give me the room why should i pay extra its not my fault, i have already made the booking , i have paid for it and they were not allowing me. they told me to talk to oyo, when i contacted oyo about cancelation the executive told me that its not refundable. what is fu*k . in the end i have to pay them 400 extra. this is highly unprofessional and unethical from their side. and the service and maintenaince of room is worst. i asked for the shower kit they didn't provide that.

Worst oyo ever visited We were not given rooms even though we pre booked 3 rooms. Instead they offered one single room with all amenities like tv, geyser, extra beds etc .As its already mid night we were left with no option except that room. After checking in they denied bed saying that all beds got wet Early morning when we asked for geyser they gave some another room and asked to bath, that too just for. Tv is not working in room. Finally during checkout they even raised voice and behaved in rude manner. I suggest not to check in this hotel even in worst case scenario.

Hotel location & staff behaviour was quite good. The only concern is that provided room was not up to the mark (Considering price). Anything between 500 to 700 would've been fine.

Beds were given as per pics. But building plasting is not good. Toilet spray gun not available. Flush tank broken, reported it was made ready after 2 days. Hot water is not available 24 hours. The hotel guys keeps switch off the DP switch after repeated saying, he had ON back. Everytime I used to say him to turn ON the switch.Hotel is renamed as Delhi Inn. Mobile signals are very bad, I was using Vodafone network. WIFI speed is damn slow. Room service guy is not available 24 hours.

Worst hotel i have seen booked through oyo..frst they denied me to enter in hotel..wasted 1 hour in resolving issue ...even tv was not provided in room..wifi was not properly working ..cleaning was not also satisfctory ...hotel manager behaviour was also not good...overall very poor experience ..

the worst oyo experience till now, i don't understand how oyo people collaborate with these type of hotels, very bad staffs, very rude, rooms are dirty, bed sheets and pillows are not washed, the staffs takes no responsibility of anything , very bad.

Air conditioner in my room was not working. The blanket they gave us was very smelly like it was not washed since they open when I complained about it they replace it with new one but it was same as the old one. Toilet was dirty, mirror was broken. I won't reccomend it to anyone

Every thing was ok. Only water was not available in the room for one days. And I booked two room there. Out of these two room, one room's bathroom was blocked with water. It was ok for me to get non AC room in 500rs per night. But it's actual cost is 700/ pernight which is not worth. Locality is good. Nijamuddin metro station is at 3 minute walkable distance. You can go to Lajpat Nagar easily via metro in just 20 rupees instead of paying 50 rupees for auto, if you are alone.

Well of course low cost (1200 per non ac room) but we have to expect a bit more responsibility from the management, like they have to fix the door handles, bathroom pipes and taps ,cleaning rooms etc

No lift to reach the four or five stories. Bathrooms are pathetic. Some bathrooms have open windows with only a curtain.

Pros: Cheap tarrif Rs 500 to 800 and you may negotiate it after you visit the counter. Cons: Don't expect much for services and neatness. No room service and fooding available. Not recommended for families.

Hotel is located in a noisy street, but there are lot of stalls and train station close. Room is cold without heating, but you get a warm duvet. Bathroom don't have any outfall, so you must use the bucket. Room was clean and hall is protected by security camera. It is a good acomodation for 1 or 2 nights, but no more.

There was many problem in check in they did not allowed me to check as I have booked from oyo and paid already ,the staff behaviour was pathetic and after waiting they did not allow me..very bad service .my booking details are booking I'd FBDO2493

So bad facility and the behaviour of owner is so rude..room was smelling so bad ,water tank is filled when u i noticed them,its in so worst condtion,plz dont book this hotel,this is my personal experience,,

Worst rooms I am not suggested to be here for any one in the photos that be other here it was other.I am suggesting u to not come to this place .only 8-10 rooms for the but showing the high level publication in the maps

Total worst experience.. Rude behavior by staff members and they did not provided me TV, Wifi, greaser, water anything, room is not cleaned at all and room is very very small.. i raise a request for refund in oyo. they also did not respond.. worst experience with oyo team too, every oyo team member changing different words about refund,.. don't book any hotel in oyo as well...

Very poor management, staff, services. Pathetic condition of room.

Rooms are big as compared to rent with attached toilet. But are not clean and poor maintained.

Rooms are very good but bathroom drainage system is poor

Geyser note working, blankets not washed since years, very bad smelly, cigarate butts everywhere in room, even on bed.
