Had the worst experience here. We checked into the hotel on 21st October, 2017, around 7:30 PM and since then we had been asking for towels. At first the staff told that 'the towels are being brought from the laundry'. We were not given any towel that day. Later when we complained about this the next day, we were told that because of diwali towels were not available. Moreover the infrastructure is too bad. If you are given rooms 301-304 on the 3rd floor then you have elevator access to it but if you are given any room numbered 305-308, at first you need to use the elevator then climb a flight of stairs to reach the terrace, always smelling of alcohol, then climb down another flight of stairs to reach your room.

No hot water facility. They don't have any printed tariff. They are charging 10% service charge extra without providing any service. Take clarity about room rent and taxes before taking room. Rooms are new and good. Improvement needed in bathrooms. Located in paharganj near to new Delhi railway station.

Low rate hight quality service plus room

A very poor service given by the hoteliers. Firstly, rooms are very small, Secondly they didn't even provide towels and other necessary items required for the tourists. There were cockroaches and bed bugs all over inside the room..No room cleaning, not a single day of staying. Staffs were rude and they charge gst added with the bill. Staffs drink infront of the customers. Overall, worst experience.

this hotel is a third class facility. room size are very very small. room are dirty blanket are not clean. we just ask for the bath towel multiple time but no response. laundry quality in third class. At the checkout time they make GST Bill without and Carbon paper in billhook....

Staff was not good and so was there behaviour. They talked rude and didn't fixed the toilet flush where asked many times. Also their staff entered my room 3-4 times without even knocking when I clearly told them not to do it again.

I will definitely remember NOT to book this hotel again, room is way too small, no ventilation due to broken hinges of window, exhaust fan in washroom doesn't work, geyser is working but water connection is not there so no hot water, bedsheet doesnt get changes even if you insist, clock doesn't have battery. Let the pictures speak.

The pricing seemed a bit high for the experience, and unfortunately, the staff didn't quite meet the friendliness I had hoped for. Additionally, the disruptive noise from the AC in my room made it challenging to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The bathroom wasn't clean, and to add to that, the water heater wasn't working properly.

Very dirty hotel... The staffs are fraud.. When you check in they will not tell you that whenever you check in you have to check out on that time only. Internationally check out time is 12 ..but when you will check in 6 am in the morning..the next day if it exceeds 6 am then they will say you have to check out at 6 only otherwise you have to pay the whole amount for another day...n they will not clear this at the time you check in...They are big frauds.. Toilets are so dirty... No toiletries..no towel..no water..no room cleaning..no clean bedsheet..no behaviour.. nothing is there.. I suggest everyone to not to prefer this hotel.. n charges are also high

Hotel staff was so bad they even don’t know how to talk to the customers they are rude even they try to charge more from what decided I recommend not to go to this hotel

Hotel is near to railway station, neat and clean room. Staff is cooperative. Food quality is Good.

Very bad hotel rooms are very small mobile network is not working and hotel wifi is also very very poor ac also not work properly staff behaviour is also very rude and maneger behaviour is also very bad they also charge more money during checkout overall I do not suggest this hotel to other peoples or tourists to visit there please visit and find other best hotel on that location.

The rooms are not good as per the price and the service is very poor and also there is no drinking water.
