    Everything in this hotel are bad. Room's condition are very bad. Don't go with this picture of room. I tell u go, before paying, chech room, you will find reality. Managers are rude. They will ask extra money for room service. But actually there is no room service. If you want to go with either family or gf, don't select this hotel. This place are not safe. Trust me.

    First of all, you have to pay the rickshaw charges of the receiver who will come to recieve you if you are traveling by public transport. Secondly when I was there to check in, the receptionist told me that you could provide 150Rs extra then they can offer me a room on ground or first floor which will be somewhat cooler as compared to the top floor. So I payed the extra amount too but they still gave me the room on top floor. During midnight when I felt some hunger as I was having a fast a day before, I google there was an open store nearby so I decided to take some meal, when I reached the reception, the receptionist was sleeping and when I woke him up and told to unlock the door so I could go outside and have some food, he told me there is no open store nearby and nothing is available to eat outside. Then I asked him to provide drinking water in my room, he told me to take my jar off my room and fill it from the ground floor. During checkout the asked me to provide my phone as there is some procedure to be fulfilled in OYP app, when I provided him my device he smartly gave feedback on my behalf as 5star in the ratings.

    The hotel experience was terrible โ€“ this is the creepiest place I've ever stayed, the staff lacked a sense of humor, neglected guest safety, and there were pubic hairs all over the room, disgusting.i booked a 5 bed deluxe room they provide me totaly damaged double room and when i informed to change, which seemed after just 6 hours of Check in to provide us another double bedded room which is also damaged and dirty. Additionally, someone at the front desk have inappropriate behavior, very rude, Please switch your job, hospitality is not made for you man. Avoid staying here; it's a horrible experience. The property naming Jaspreet singh is also a cheater.he took advance from customer then he provide this type of horrible rooms to customers.

    Behaviour of staff was very bad. When I went to the hotel, reception staff asked me 200 rs extra charge telling that u have booked room with sharing which was totally shocking for me because I booked the room for me only and I paid the amount also but they refuse to give receipt of extra payment. The behaviour of reception staff was totally bad. Room facilities was also in pathetic condition. I will advice not to book the room again in this hotel ... I was supposed to give it 1 stars if the guy sitting on the reception wouldn't have asked for my phone (which I presumed to be a part of the check-out procedure) and rated it 5 stars all by himself without even uttering anything related to it. I got to know it as soon as I left the hotel via email.

    Worst experience here did not get the room what we were promised Also the staff were also rude. Not happy at all with the services and hospitality here at this boarding point I would request everyone to not come here coz its kind of scam.

    Everything is worst, behavior of staff is soo rude and you have to pay extra even if you pay everything on oyo and all oyo reviews are fake.. You have to see cockroch everywhere, beds are not soft, you have to pay instantly if you order something and it's also very costly. They can also switch off your room AC when you are sleeping in the room so beware of that kind of behavior also... Most worst experience ever in my life.. Never ever stay in this hotel,

    The quality of room and service is much much below par! We have cockroaches in the room along with rats!! So so disgusting. They dont even change the bedsheets, geyser doesnt work, taps needed to be repaired. They turn off the ac when you are sleeping in a room that is on the terrace that is such a stupid thing at first in the morning. Basically nothing is good. I was on a one night stay and that was a nightmare. WORST hotel ever!

    Very bad experience at this hotel. 1. As I'd payed the bill at the time of booking through OYO app that is why I 'd suffered alot. 2. When I visited at the hotel reception he told me that your booked room has no facility such as - No wifi, no geysers, no blanket, etc. 3. He told me to pay Rs. 500 extra and he'd upgrade my room to his nearby property and according to him which is very clean and will have all the above facilities and I 'd get the room instantly without waiting too much. 4. As I was short of money so decided to stay in current room. 4. Then he ask me to pay 150 rupees more in the name of GST and Service charge ( about this nothing is mentioned in oyo app ) 5. When I pay him 150 rupees then he again insisted me to pay 350 rupees more to upgrade room to deluxe in his nearby property. I again told him I would stay in current room as I don't have enough cash . 6. Then he told me wait for half an hour and this wait continues to 2 hours. 7. When I checked the room the room was not clean, neither the bedsheet were clean nor the pillow covers were clean. 8. No towel was provided. 9. When I get to sleep there were too much noise disturbance that is why I didn't get sleep well. 10. On morning staffs were started loud music playing which was also very disturbing. 11. After all these I was surprised that how this hotel's rating are 4.2 above. But at the time of checkout my this doubt also got cleared. 12. At the time of checkout. OYO automatically check out at 11:00 AM. When I showed him I've been checked out he told me that you are not checked out, give me your mobile phone he's checkout. 13. He opens oyo app and self rated 5 star rating from my oyo booking app. Then I got to know how this third class hotel has managed to get 4.2 above star rating. 14. Later on oyo app I searched for edit rating and write review but didn't get any option to write review and my experience. 15 That is why writing my review on google. Please take this review seriously and don't visit for this third class hotel. Don't rely on rating and reviews as these reviews are self posted by hotel staff. 16. Staff's behavior was not polite to the guest they should know how to behave with the guests. 17. It took me half an hour to write this review so anyone reading this please don't stay in this hotel 4.2 star rating and review which you'll see in oyo app it's all fake reviews posted by hotel staffs.

    The hotel experience was terrible โ€“ this is the creepiest place I've ever stayed, the staff lacked a sense of humor, neglected guest safety, frequently knocked on the door for trivial issues, the TV in our room wasn't working, and there were pubic hairs all over the washroom, disgusting. On a busy day during check-in, a staff member informed us of a room change, which seemed unnecessary after just 30 minutes of Check-in. They also serve delicious food with added savage water in it, you have to be Bear Grylls. At check-out, a staff member requested a tip, received Rs. 100, and asked for more. Additionally, someone at the front desk with a beard and hat (Punjabi) exhibited inappropriate behavior, trying to take my mobile for a positive review, very rude, Please switch your job, hospitality is not made for you man. Avoid staying here; it's a dreadful experience. Because after staying for a night I found a better hotel than this disgusting hotel with a good price. Location is noted.

    I had blunder that I didn't check the reviews of this hotel.. I have been travelling since year bt this one is worst experience ever .. staff has no manners to talk. They only want you to pay extra money if u book online and if u don't they kept u on waiting for long.. room is so suffocating and not cleaned.. i will never suggest anyone to come here and stay.

    It was just disgusting, they asked us to pay extra and didnโ€™t accept the price we were shown on the oyo app. Rooms were DIRTY and smelly we didnโ€™t even spend 30 minutes in the room and the manager was soo rude. On top of that they themselves rate on oyo app while checking out which is very misleading. The hotel people are fraud and the area is worse than slums. Save your money and yourself

    Don't even try to book this hotel if you are in Delhi. Worst place to saty in Delhi. The facilities provided of this hotel is useless and doesn't work. Worst rooms with dirty blankets, torn bed sheets, rats running inside the room. Water in the toilets was not continuous.even after all these if you book this place it's upto you.

    The worst hotel in this Area. Maybe the rooms of Red Light area might be better off than this. Really pathetic situation of the rooms along with the hotel owner involved in fraudulent activities like pimping setting up of alcohol etc. Shameful especially if you're visiting with families. Had to vacate to other hotel even though I had more than 12 hours left since I came with my family. The mistake done by me was not checking the rooms prior to booking. Always check the rooms once and enquire everything properly before paying a single rupee or else you would be stuck like I was.

    Worst hotel I have stayed so far. Totally different from the pictures. Smell of Bidi, cockroaches on the bed, holes in the towel and what not. At the time of the checkout, they asked me to give my phone to them with Oyo app opened so that they can proceed with the checkout. I was interested in knowing what they will do so I gave my phone and as expected, they were giving themselve 5 star. ๐Ÿ˜

    Booked my room through OYO, First of all, the reviews on OYO are fake and the manager writes them himself on the pretext of checking out formailities. The rooms are full of dirt & cockroaches. I hope people see the real reviews here unlike the ones on OYO.

    I was supposed to give it 3 stars if the guy sitting on the reception wouldn't have asked for my phone (which I presumed to be a part of the check-out procedure) and rated it 5 stars all by himself without even uttering anything related to it. I got to know it as soon as I left the hotel via email. Also I booked a room prior to my stay at โ‚น350 after applying coupons, for which another guy at the reception asked for โ‚น150 as GST and after that he offered to upgrade my room that'd have a bathroom attached to the room and also TV (that never worked) altogether at โ‚น250. I eventually had to pay him but the room wasn't worth its price because it was too small and suffocating. The bedsheet was torn from a couple of places. I guess I'll never like to book again in that particular hotel ever.

    Worst management and worst behaviour by the manager. I have booked 2 rooms for my family via oyo app and they just give 1 room and also room, washroom were dirty and bed sheets were smelling, they also demand extra service charge of inr 400rs. I have complaint to oyo service but they didn't resolve the problem. And as we complaint to oyo, the manager started abusive and faulted language. Customer care is not for care of customer at all..... My family told each and every thing to the customer care but they just sorry for the inconvenience but do not take any action for such kind of hotel. They just trouble the customers.....highly disappointed....have tried oyo hotels first time and will not recommend after having such kind of issues atleast customer care should care about the customer....

    Worst experience. The hotel must be black listed from OYO. They had charged more money by saying upgradation. They blackmailing customers for additional money. Don't have any basic amenities. AC not working. Manager was fraud. When we entered in the Hotel then they shown the room at the top which not suitable for stay. They given another room at 2nd floor by charging 800/- as fresh booking. They said previous booking will cancelled by them and money will be refunded in 7days by OYO. My booking not cancelled by OYO. No support from OYO. No refund done by OYO. They cheated me. The Hotel is dirty and lots of cockroaches. Please Don't stay at this hotel. Don't prebook hotels on OYO at this place.

    Found the worst room in Delhi, and there are a lot of cockroaches in the room. Don't know, these people turn off the ac at night. I book the normal room of โ‚น499 but by giving me the excuse of heat by the owner, โ‚น350 charge for ac room.And that was not cooling the room at all. I was there at 1 o'clock in the night,then I asked to extend the checkout, then he said that it has to be done at 11 o'clock and checkout is done in the app till 12 o'clock.And at the time of checkout, by taking my phone from me, receptionist gave a 5 star feedback from the app.worst experience

    Very very bad experience. They are fraud. AC will be turned off midnight. They will try to play tricks with you. They will promise you room for 800 but during checkout when you will ask for change that is remaining from 1000 they will say room price is 1000. Very big fraud. Never ever go there.

    Horrible experience ever. ๐Ÿคฌ Rooms aren't clean , Mouse ๐Ÿ running under the bed, Bed , bed sheet , towels are just untouchables, i requested them two times to change these, after changing the same conditions, Smell spreading over the room. No lift service, my room was in the 5th floor by staircase. Bathroom is dirty, when I ask to clean the bathroom they just flash the toilet. Shower not working, hand wash basin wash broken. I booked through Oyo after seeing beutiful pics and ratings, when I came to know the reality, they asking customer phones to check out from Oyo app but the are giving 5 ๐ŸŒŸ star rating it's self. I think this hotel and rooms are best for couples for 1 or 2 hours. I recommend see the rooms first before doing payment.

    To start with it has the worst location. You would have really hard time finding it. Coming to the hotel it has the worst service and worst rooms! I reached the hotel late at midnight and when i told them about my booking they said they donโ€™t have any rooms available and had only one room which was at the top floor, which was not even a room and felt more like a store room! So i left them and filed a complaint with the oyo team! Oyo team was really helpful and solved my issue and helped me with the refunds.

    Zero rating. It was 5am in the Morning, we booked this room long back and visiting from Manali to Delhi. We reached this hotel at early morning and we didnt know the area was slum/market area but still wanted to check-in but the owner refused to give us room and mentioned that he didnt receive any confirmation regarding our stay. Such a lie after receiving payment!! We took this stay only for the sake of Getting fresh-up but the owner is very rude, they were sleeping on floor and browsed his mobile for 5min and said no and slept away. My husband kept silent only because his wife (me) was standing outside with luggage in unknow city. We didnt argue anything and walked away and took another room nearby. Don't book this hotel by looking pictures. Exterior is not welcoming, I doubt on interior as well.

    Location is near to mall road and bus stand. Rooms are okay. But the cost is too high for the rooms and service provided. If you want to book rooms it's better you reach bus stand and there are many hotels available. Pls check the rooms before you check in and then pay. Check whether the heater is working the door locks work and the TVs working condition. This is an all time suugestion.

    The rooms are really in bad condition they have a dirty model room for the oyo or online bookings which the show to the customers and when the customers ask for better rooms thay take extra charge but even after that the rooms are really in bad conditions and dirty.     This place at first the photos that you see of being spacious is all a lie. As soon as you open the door it end. Just one bed and you dont have space to walk around. Secondly about the cleanness the floor is full of hair, cockroaches walk around bed and floor. Mosquito buzz around. You can also see the ceiling fan which has a thick layer of dust settled on it. washroom aren't clean as it should be. There is no soap being provided. Overall its not worthy . Finally the location it's located in a narrow lane that no vehicle would come and you have a walk over a certain distance to reach here also the nearby location is a mess.! To all people who see the photos and land here like me please you gonna regret like me.

    Very bad response from the staff. Asked for extra money at the reception. Check-in time was 12 pm and we cud get in only by 3 45 as the rooms were not ready. During checkout als there was very bad response from them. They snatched the phone from our hand and did something . They rated themself.the room was full of dust and mites .bed was filthy and itchy. Really troublesome to the visitors. Don't know why oyo is supporting these substandard hotels.

    Probably the worst experience in oyo hotel. This hotel is a fraud hotel, they charged 100โ‚น at the check in time without any reason! Also it was so dirty, insects were there in the room and no water, soap, towel was provided by the hotel. Also, the staff were behaving in such a bad, rude & unprofessional way. Totally the worst experience. It's like wasting all your money. I booked an AC room but the AC wasn't working at all! Hotels like this should be closed!

Basically nothing is good in this hotel. Never go with your family as it is not at all hyegenic. Not environment friendly and not safe for family stays. Everything is horrible, reception staffs behave very rudely. Absolutely worst experience ever in my life.. Never ever stay in this hotel, I booked the AC room online for โ‚น 3599.00 for 05 days and paid advance 1230.00 but when we reached the hotel they had changed my booking to Non AC room, and asked for more money i.e. โ‚น 4999.00 to pay cash and not by OYO site, if you are paying online then also you have to pay 10% extra charges. Manager told me that for AC room you have to pay 4999.00 extra other then 1230.00 paid online. We stood for about 2 hours at hotel reception but the stupid fellow were not listening at all, finally we had paid 2500.00 more and stayed in Non AC room because if we cancelled this booking no amount would have been refunded as told by OYO customer care. I spoke with oyo customer care also but there is no good response from that fellow also. During checkout time reception staff cleverly asked my mobile phone for checking booking details from Oyo app and that stupid receptionist gave a 5 star rating to the hotel from the my mobile number. Worst, horrible and most disgusting experience.

    The room and the hotel wasn't at all like in the pictures. A very cheap looking place. Room was a little smelly and so was the blanket. Cupboards were new and shiny but other than that it was not a 4 star worthy place as shown. Wasn't at all as spacious as it depicted in photos .

    Worst experience ever...๐Ÿ˜ก - Daily room change without prior info - Ac not working - Full of insects - Worst service and not responding - Compulsion to take food from hotel. Questioning why had dinner from outsider. - They said no water in hotel compelled us to take bottle from outside but they had the water can inside. - Asking wat u bought from outside I.e food. - Extra money added on food.     That's the dirtiest and worst hotel I've ever stayed in, by far. They demand extra money, which indicates that they are dishonest. Very unpleasant room; rude manager I absolutely do not want to stay at this hotel. Why the hell are you asking me for more money? Additionally, I made all of my payments online. However, the so-called building manager initially asked me to pay GST despite the fact that I had already made all of my payments, so I gave him an additional $250. They charged me $300 for dinner. You people only worry about making money and disregard customers.
