The worst ever hotel experience faced in this hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Totally unprofessional staff, who doesn’t even know how to enter customer details properly upon arriving. The rooms are dirty as like an garbage room with stains on walls (pics attached) no toiletries available even on request, they don’t have luggage trolley to transfer luggage into rooms. Means they provides nothing more then a local guest house and charging Rs 7500 per night per room. All the management was lost . Upon requesting again and again, they barely provide water bottles in room. At the the end I canceled my booking and checked out within 30 minutes of check in . And the arrogant reception lady didn’t even asked me about why I am canceling my booking. She just grabbed my reins key cards from me and said okay. That’s it. 👎🏻 Please don’t waste your money and Time by going in this hotel Golden Tulip.

The customer service was very poor because the person at the front desk was very rude and very unprofessional when we walked in. When we came to check out, we had to wait almost thirty minutes even though we informed them ahead of time that we would leave early, yet no one was at the front desk. The rooms were also dirty, the walls had stains, and the blankets were covered in lint and dust. I would not recommend this hotel for foreigners.

We heard good reviews about this hotel however unfortunately the hotel did not meet the expectations of even the most basic of functions. The WiFi password is changed daily and on the rare occasion you can connect the signal strength is poor. Nobody answers the phone at the reception desk and when you talk to the staff they do not listen or respond in a timely fashion. The cleaning of the rooms and corridors was atrocious. Dusty everywhere. The fridge in the room was not cold however the water in the bathroom was too cold for a shower. The breakfast was terrible made worse by the bad service. It seems that unless you can speak English or are very rich your custom is not required so be careful before booking... Luckily for me and my party we spoke English yet we were treated quite poorly

Clean and tidy 3 star hotel. Linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could do with replacing. Staff are very accommodating and extremely friendly. There is not much within walking distance. The local night markets are amazing, so much fresh food and the locals are very friendly.

I wish there was minus rating for this hotel. I visited this place few days back. Entire floor was filled with cigarette smoke and smell and hotel staff was not even concerned about it. The bathroom ceiling was broken and i was hesitant to use the washroom. Walls of the room were very dirty with lots of stains. Worst experience.

Worst hotel experience ever. We booked the hotel for a marriage accomodation 6 months prior to the stay only to find out they gave away our rooms to someone else. No management whatsoever. The receptionists are completely underqualified and dumb. They have no manners on how to talk to the residents. I was supposed to check in my guests at 1 pm and they gave me rooms at 5 in the evening. I was very polite with them all along until i lost my cool when they didnt even try to resolve my problems and responded with even more arguements. Only positive about the hotel were rooms. Please i request the governing body of yhe hotel to replace the reception staff ASAP.

I have stayed in the hotel a year back for a friend s family function. The place is easily accessible and can be reached with google maps. The place has large parking right next to the building. The parking was not cemented that was a low for me because it was raining and parking got water logged. Rest everything was good. The rooms were comfortable and food was ok. Service is a bit slow but still manageable not much of an issue. I stayed there for 1 day and stay was comfortable. Keep smiling :)

Good location and that's pretty much sums up the hotel. The rooms are old and not greatly maintained, I stayed at 3rd Floor and the stench of cigarette was bad. Kettle was broken, walls were smudged. I believe there is a great potential due to location but hotel team never bothered to improve.

The first plus point of this place is that it's located in a really peaceful place. Their are other Banquet halls by it's side which sometimes gives the driver a bit of irritation but it's much better. The valet service is top notch (as per my experience) and they don't demand any tip later on (ik it's not justified). The ambience of the inside will make you sleep like a baby (sorry for such exaggeration :P). Talking about the hall size (ground floor one), it's sufficient for a gathering of about 120 persons (could be extended to 150). The washrooms, sitting/waiting area are very well maintained and contains all amenities that one can ask for (basic amenities). I hope this review helps in letting you make a sound decision if you're looking for a place to have a good standard family function. Have a great day ahead ^_^

I would highly recommend the Golden Tulip Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great dining options made for a truly memorable experience.

The manager named Ranjeet is so pathetic. He did not cooperate with us at all and gave poor excuses for delaying/not doing his job. Not recommended. Food tastes was not consistent.

I have made a booking yesterday the moment I have checking in the room a. Wasn't working the technician had come I have requested them to leave or I'll change the room the the tech person was not going any where and not listening to me he has almost wasted my 1.5 hours to repair there ac then after I went out and when I came to hotel the electricity was not there I have requested again to reception lobby manager has talk to me in very rude and bad mannner. Almost 1 hour he was arguing with I have told them to cancell my booking they refuse to cancell but one elderly person came from security requested me to change my room .then after I went to have my breakfast next morning and I have found stake veg curry and the got hair in my food so eventually totally wasted and disgusted day it was in that hotel for me kindly find solution for me and arrange refund please

For us it was nice place to stay…starting from the entrance, reception, lift and the rooms were clean. The staff was very polite at the reception and our room keys were provided, went to the room. The whole hotel was clean. The reception area was abit small but well maintained. The room was very nice and bathroom was very clean though the bathing area was very small but it is fine, a few things

I will strongly recommend everyone not to book this hotel, they have very small rooms and rooms are not clean.I booked this hotel and found ants in my room and furniture quality is also not good.

Hotel has huge building but cannot afford to give a blower/heater to customers in freezing temperatures of delhi on jan 16 night. I kept on asking for blower but they said we do not provide eveñ after paying 4000 Rs for 1 night. Poor hospitality.

Starting with the quality of service to their customers , they gonna make u wait till the time they wish to coz no one in their staff is really interested in providing services. About their food , better go have street food rather than having it in their hotel ; honestly its worse and one may fall sick!! If paying such handsome money , pay at a good hotel instead . Choose wisely

I have not seen a more dirtier place in my life. I have travelled the world, even the cheapest hotels in Canada have better beds and rooms. I don’t think they wash the sheets after a customer leaves. Anybody thinking of staying in this hotel, please think again. It’s not even worth the money you are paying. Please don’t stay here.

Needs maintenance. Lot of scope of improvement is required. Phone was not working in the room, room was not clean. Bathrooms had issues of plumbing. Internal walls had seepage and the damping smell was there inside the room. Service was very slow even when the occupancy was not even half. So I think the hotel should work on maintaining the premises as the premium cost they are charging is on higher side and that too when there are better places to stay in the vicinity with same or even lesser price. Few good things are as below- Food was delicious and variety was much. The quantity was perfect. The location of the hotel is excellent and well connected. The common areas were well lit and maintained.

Average rooms - poor services. Arrogant Valet - Not much space available for parking.

A nice ambient with sophisticated staff. They tend to all your needs. You shall find restaurant and bar on the first floor and also a small event room. It is a 3 star hotel and is just as good as the other two hotels by its side. All in all a nice experience.

Had a great stay at the place. It was just far a night on short visit to Delhi. Rooms are good and spacious. Of course they upgraded my room to a higher category. Breakfast was ok ok. Could be better. Towels need change.

No measure are taken for Covid Protection. Food was ok.. Not so good but there Hot and sour Soup was fab.. Must try that. So over all 3* for them.

Good hotel for stay. Clean rooms and good service by staff. Tv present in every room, however, most of the paid channels are absent. Washrooms are clean with fresh towels provided everyday. They have conference rooms, auditorium and banquet hall on different floors which can be booked as per one's requirements. Complimentary breakfast buffet is decent comprising of North Indian, South Indian and english breakfast menu items. Staff is helpful and any special requests like egg white omlette or ginger tea are prepared and provided with a smile. All-in-all, a very good option for stay during marriage or work related travel.

Everything was fine, but one thing I noticed was that they forgot to put the little things in the room, not knowingly or intentionally. The sleepers were not in the room. It was evening. The weather was cold.But there was no hot water in the bathroom. It turned out that hot water would be available at 7 o'clock in the morning.

Worst service by hotel management as i am staying in room no 405 and they have not even provided the basic amenities to me such as shaving kit, dental kit and soap and when i have asked for it the front office staff at 7 pm has given me reply that i have also not done shaving from last 5 days.... Worst hotel i have stayed as they are not even providing the basic amenities to their customers Disgusting staff and worst management And i will also suggest to my comany not to book this hotel again. Disgusting i am very disappointed by their service.

Ek number ka bakwas hotel.. Staff to kafi cooperative tha but remaining all the facility, rooms, service, light, room locks very poor condition.. And folding also bad.. I don't want recommend to anyone for golden tulip 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The overall experience was just average. The hotel doesn't seem to match the "Golden Tulip" standards. The service was slow and the lifts take ages to come to the desired level. Although, the staff was quite polite and courteous, so all in all, not bad.

The Manager is very cooperative and welcoming. Very Happy and elated with the service. Food is excellent 👍 Good for organizing weddings and Functions

This is 2nd time i am staying with this Hotel But this time i suggest every one please beware of few facts Room number 205 bathroom leaking Room walls not painted Lock of room number 506 not working Cigarette smell is on all floors They don't have AC in any of the corridor And comparing to next gate Hotel they charge too much..... And they don't provide cutlery to Rooms And please ask for Sachin he is only one who is Helpful

Not worth at all. I paid 3900/- for the superior room but room size is very small. Despite having empty space in the hotel premises, I was forced to park my car in a dirty empty plot next to the hotel during rains. Hotel guard was extremely rude and uncooperative. Room key doesnt work properly. Had to go down twice to rectify the key. Not worth the money at all.

Never ever stay in this hotel, the rooms are not at all good, we took 6 rooms total.. out of which 3 I saw had dirty bathrooms.. didn't want to see other 3 rooms. All 3 rooms which I saw had very dim lights. If there was an option for minus 1 star, I would have given that. It's better to stay in the hotel next to it (SK premium park) that hotel also has a few issues but it's anyday better than this 3rd class hotel. I haven't given a star for service because I didn't stay in this hotel after seeing their rooms, I shifted to the hotel next to it as mentioned earlier. My booking was made on 30th July 2022. It was for my engagement ceremony I had booked this hotel. I repeat never ever book this hotel for any holiday or special occasions you'll be disappointed.

Food is perfect Service is perfect Rooms are ok ok as my bathroom shower was not in good working condition. Location is below average as you'll find garbage dump everywhere near the location. 5 star for receptionist Mr. Manoj kumar. He's best in his job.

Most humble F&B staffs you can find around the locality especially Bishal, Sumit and Ankit has best knowledge on how to take care of guests ! Best service was provided and no less than luxury hotels! I had long stay of 10 days in this hotel with 0 issues! Don't think twice while booking here!

Visited twice. Recommend for location of hotel(nearer to igi airport), staff is cooperative, room service are good, food quality is good and chefs are professional. Respect our choices and don't stick to their buffet menu. Definitely visit again...
