We were three pax, even after repeatedly asking for extra bed we were not provided with one. The flush of the washroom was not functional, it took almost an hour for the room service ppl to come to a conclusion to change the room.The bedsheet and pillows covers were very untidy. As I had a late check-in at around 11pm in the night still had to face all the struggle. Not at all recommended for family. The taste of the food was average and over priced.

Hotel is closed from last 2 months, still I was provided a room via online booking from Mistay.com. On arrival, I realised the hotel is closed and the manager and Mistay.com would not pick my call ever since. Lost my booking amount, got scammed. Would file an official complaint if I can moving forward. Dont bother booking.

It was the worst stay ever. Starting from the top, front desk staff was drunk, There was no AC in the room, Website said free breakfast which was denied on site, room was stinking, bedding was dirty, room service phone did not work. Pathetic. I would encourage Expedia to get them off their website as it will Damage expedias brand.

Never book this hotel via any online service. I did it via agora , get booking confirmation with free cancellation untill 2 days before the reservation . When I arrive, the manager is telling me that they don't accept my reservation , I should cancel it and book again on the desk . I am saying that this way I will lost the money. I try to clear the situation, call oyo , they say I should call agora. The Agora customer care can not even cancel the booking g ,they promise to call me back after they clear the issue with Oyo. After that we could cancel the booking. Never again Agoda , never again Oyo .

Very bad and cheap hotel. I stayed here last September 19/2022, despite making payment, they did not pay the bill when asked in the morning. Night service was also not good. After asking for an hour, the oiled sheet was changed. Even a sheet was not given to cover..I will not give any recommendation about this hotel to anyone.No one becomes a star for this.

Worst hotel stayed ever 1. Room photos might have been the ones taken when they were built. 2. Entire night, no water in pipes and continuous power cut. 3. Bedsheets were torn out and quilt was decorated with filthy marks. 4. Non cooperative room service, no mineral water provided after 11 pm when asked even though promised. 5. Mineral water given was charged Rs.30, printed rate was Rs.15. 6. Entire work of near by rooms were done during night, full of noise and was not able to sleep. 7. They keep lift non functional, at last when we requested then only it was made to start. 8. Bathroom flush got complaint. 9. Room was not cleaned , was full of dust. 10. Location is very much inside , difficult to access by vehicle. 11. Paid Rs. 350 for taxi booked at hotel to drop at Airport but driver was given only Rs200. 12. Stayed at many hotels in Delhi, this was the worst one. Please don't choose this one if you want to stay pleasant

Room condition was very bad.. we had to wait for an hour for forcibly changing the bed covers which were very very dirty(was dirty even after changing).. not recommended for family.

Worst property...... It was room 104. Flash not working, bathroom full of hairs during my check in. Very dirty room, linen were damaged, bedshit full of oily spots, side tables full of dust, AC remote was not working, there was TV without remote, even i can't on the TV. I never had such worst experience with oyo. I always choose oyo but from now onwards i will think 100 times before book an oyo rooms, especially in Delhi. And oyo 9028... Never ever. I think oyo never do any inspections on these properties. They just put their brand and forget their standard. Disgusting things.

Pathetic Hotel. Toilet flush was not working properly. Blankets given were not washed for months. Behavior of staff was not good. Water geyser was not working even in this cold weather. They gave Hot water for bath in a very dirty bucket which was looking as if it never got washed after its purchase. When we ordered breakfast, it took them almost one and a half hour to serve it and when we asked them to serve pickle along with aalu paratha, the staff said "just sending" and never came back. The worst experience of the OYO Hotel so far. I think Team OYO has stopped doing audits of Hotels, if it continues, OYO will soon lose its brand image and trust of the customers.
