Near to the airport, so location wise it was good, primarily because the traffic is so bad, congestion and volume of traffic you need to be close. It's a typical 1970's building not a great looking hotel. The room's need updating. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Choice of buffet or restaurant, the food is pretty good. Drinks are pricey but no drought beers available so limited choice.

Stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The staff were all warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Food was amazing and in-room dining services were fast and of great quality. Only drawback was that the washroom in the room was very compact and I felt should have had a shower cubicle only instead of a bath tub as it felt congested. Mind you I stayed at a Superior room which was their basic amenities level room so maybe other rooms have a difference. Other than just this I had a great experience. Will visit again if I have the opportunity.

Ambience is good, well equipped and professional staff. But there is shortage of staff, they take time to serve you. Self service is also there. Beverages are not the part of buffet, you have to order it separately. Starters are good but north Indian main course is not good at all. This place is just ok ok..

This is supposed to be a good quality hotel. It is dirty and beaten looking. Bar service is poor at best. Beds are uncomfortable. Air con too noisy to have switched on, but then the planes are too noisy then. Reception just look bewildered. To be fair, the buffet food was very good indeed.

Had a great stay at Vivanta,Dwarka , New Delhi. The rooms are quite spacious and there is lush greenery around the hotel, which makes it a perfect stay. The location is great and close to the Airport. The food menu(breakfast buffet) can be slightly improved and expanded otherwise the taste , quality and hygiene at the restaurant was top notch.The staff at the hotel was very well behaved, polite and helpful. Overall I had a great and comfortable stay.

3.5 stars hotel. The lobby looks amazing. The rooms are comfortable but the hallways are not well maintained with peeling walls. More recycling efforts needed as too many plastic shampoo bottles. At least the water was served in glass bottles. The pool water was turbid and looks not properly managed. Too many people in a small pool. Didn’t dare to step in. The buffet restaurant is quite good with a lot of variety. The chef will make different dishes if you have allergies.

This is one of the cleanest hotels where I have stayed. The staff is friendly but there are restrictions on the food and drinks. They don't allow any outside food, so you can't order online food to your room. Although you can go to the lobby and bring the food order to your room. The breakfast buffet was good but nothing outstanding. The swimming pool is big but jacuzzi wasn't working properly. Half of the jets in jacuzzi were not functioning. The bathrooms are small. The shower area is not separate, it's built on the top of the bath tub.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is close to the airport and situated in a green lush suburb, away from the traffic. Other attractions and malls are also nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was awesome and super delicious. All the hotel and restaurant staff were very polite and courteous. A special thank you to Saloni at the front desk and Hemant at the restaurant who went the extra mile to assist us. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

There were problems with the room initially related to TV and other stuff to which the lobby staff dealt with in an unfriendly manner. Throughout the stay, staff was more professional than friendly which didn't feel very welcoming. Rooms were ok but amenities were limited. I was an additional guest and one has to ask all the toiletries and amenities one by one. They don't promptly provide you the services beforehand. For the worth of money, facilities seemed to be a bit lacking. Breakfast menu was limited, mostly focused on catering to the western clientele.

They charged me one more night because I arrived at 6 am. This is abusive considering I stayed 5 nights. Location not good. Aerocity is closer to airport. Also wedding on first day did not allow us to sleep. Breakfast is good though.

Well, I stayed here for 3 days in April 2022 as I got married here. Getting married here is quite a challenge in terms of costs as the hotel salesman will try to rip you off everywhere possible. The rates of some things here are exorbitant. But the venue otherwise is pretty decent. The rooms are a little small as compared to most other hotels, and the service is average. The one thing that is really good here is the swimming pool. It is fairly large as compared to most other pools.

Being Taj property it’s beautifully designed situated at awesome place absolutely right place for all the events parties ceremonies marriages. they have 250 big rooms awesome food quality, well maintained lobby and waiting area, multiple restaurants, bars. Ample space for parking.

The food served due the dinner was average, not warm enough and so was the service. Attended the dinner in the banquet hall during a ceremony. The decor was quite good but the valet took a very long time to get the car back.

I'm glad to be reviewing about this place as it's really one among the serene places I've visited. as I was there for a some important meeting, the place lacks a decent sound system but good in terms of seating. In the tent out near the banquet hall, there's are a lot of insects which need to be tackled with. Food wise - quality was fine but Thank you 😊

Quite frankly one of the best hotel stay with reasonable price tag. The staff were so welcoming and I specifically loved the room interior. The lighting was perfect as well. Had a nice bathtub to chill in. Also had the buffet breakfast included in my stay and it was quite good. The only problem I had was that the rooms are not soundproof so I was able to hear the tv in other room.

Situated in sector 21, excellent hotel, make sure to ask for city view, the garden view ( wedding events) can be noisy. 800 meters from metro station, avoid traffic, use the metro system. Great breakfast full range for every taste, hotel has non heated swimming pool and good sauna and steam room, found the ambiance in the bar lacking, music too loud for intimate conversation. Late check out four hours 50%of room rate.

Excellent for access to the airport. The receptionist on booking in was very helpful and friendly. Our luggage was brought up to the room quickly. However, when we went to the cafe and to the shop, no one had any change when the bill was about 300 rupees (approx £3) less than the money we had!! Electrics in the room was woeful - iron had frayed wires as did the bed lights. The light switches by the bed were barely fixed to the wall and it was difficult in the dark to identify them. However there was free WiFi, tea making facilities, a large TV, an excellent bath and a shower with usual. As we had to leave at 6:00 am we were provided with a takeaway breakfast which was not the choice we had requested and we had to bin at the airport!!

Beautiful property..... But the place stinks, if the fresh air blower is not working. I have bad memories of Dwarka from back in the day, there used to be a huge and large sewer river of sesspool that passed through Dwarka and seems like they have built all these beautiful buildings around the sewer which still seems to be open and that smell circulates in the area while you are on the property. Yes it gets in your room as well, though the rooms are pretty. I'm sorry but it's the truth. There is something about that open sewer smell in the hotel, and hence they keep sparing all that rose flavor infused scents all the time. Service was impeccable, people are awesome, food is great but with that smell it messes up the whole experience. Rooms are beautiful but that smell just kills it. Just because of that smell, I will consider another property to stay.

If the hotel is fully occupied by wedding guests does that mean you won't be providing basic services to your regular guests? We had a rather annoying stay at this property where the staff was busy hosting some wedding guests and we were asked to come to reception to pick up items of our requirements which ordinarily should have a been a part of Room Service! Good place to stay in the Dwarka area, near the airport. Not a great view from the rooms. Amazing breakfast but, one has to wait in line to get it! Clean rooms, good service but poor customer service, with long response time. The highlight is their comfortable beds, nice pillows (my experience; good for people with neck pain). Cafe is great, located on the ground floor for the meetings or casual chitchat on coffee.

Had to wait 3 hrs to get a room. Every time we went to the front desk it was like he had amnesia and had forgotten that we exist. Had to explain the same thing to him that we had journeyed for 24 hrs from US and are very tired. We reached hotel at 9 am and requested if he could give us an available room early. Rather than being helpful the service representative thought to exploit our situation asking us to go for suite and pay 5000 per night more. I have never seen such idiotic behavior and apathy in any of my stays abroad or in India. Even after 3 hrs at 12 pm he was asking us to wait and only after calling his manager they decided to give us a room. So all along they had a room available and still made us suffer, I guess it's just about minting money for them with no humanity whatsoever. Coming to the room, it smelled and the bathroom had no curtains leading to water leaking all over the floor during bathing. We didn't complain regarding anything give the response we got before. We just eagerly waited for our stay to end.

I rarely write reviews and this one I had to write to let everyone know how they are treating guests in case of emergencies. I stayed in Vivanta Dwarka for 3 days. I was checking out and got stuck in the lift. There was barely any network I somehow reached out to my friend who called the reception and nobody picked up. After continuous calls and no pick up my friend reached out to the ola driver who was waiting for who went inside to inform the staff and the staff started laughing that someone is stuck in the lift. She spoke to the receptionist and they started asking her which lift is it she said I know the room number how can a guest know which lift is it. I called on the emergency number and the guy asked me a bunch of questions first rather than sending help and then asked my name and whether I was in house guest or not. I got furious and told them how does it matter whether I am in house or not I am stuck in the lift and you are suppose to open it. Highly disappointing in the name of a five star and for someone who is giving them continuous business. Shame on the staff who is giggling and laughing rather than rushing to help. I urge a senior to really look into it for the people who will come here in future. I certainly will not !!

We stayed with family (three rooms) and our experience was amazing from checkins to checkout. During checking, Angana and here team was very helpful in providing early checkin since we arrived early. Best part of stay was breakfast which had all varieties of food with great quality and tasty (both Indians and others). Everyone in family liked the amazing breakfast. Room service and in general all the hotels staff was very helpful and eager to provide good service! Location of hotel is also very convenient, near to Airport and Metro station.

Well what can I say. It's a 5 star hotel so everything has to be 5 star. We went to Creo and it is a great fine dining. Just that the service can be improved. Had to wait a long time and then had to approach staff personally to cater to us.

It's a Taj hotel group venture and gives quality service. This hotel is located in Dwarka near the highway. Look wise it doesn't impress much but inside it is fabulous. Beautiful decor and good ambience. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a very good coffee shop by the name of Caramel where you can get one of the best muffins.at reasonable prices.

Had b/f with my family which was beyond my imagination. Even street food is much better than what they served . All fruits were unripe and sour. South Indian stuff was all rubbish .It would be better if don't talk of other items specially tea. The lady in charge was.quite discourteous.

The staff was helpful and nice. I had gone their with my parents who are old, and the staff was always ready to help them. The food was tasty too, but I felt the number of veg options on the menu lacking. One thing I really disliked is the time it took for the ordered food to come. There were time we wanted to reorder a dish we liked but we didn't for the fear of the time it would take them again for it.

I stayed here during my stay in Delhi. I liked the room which was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous. I chose this place as its nearby to IGI T3 and airport express line. Special kudos to chef for such a delicious breakfast buffet with a huge variety to choose from. There is one suggestion, the hotel should include some food combo in Indian Section for solo traveler in the In-Room Dining Menu which I felt was missing.

Have had a coffee meeting with someone and found the hotel absolutely cleaned and class apart in terms of maintenance. The staff was very well behaved, security check was intact and the ambience was awesome. The cookies served were stale and the furniture wasn't in great shape at the cafe. Tea served was good but the orange juice served wasn't as great as the service was. Valet parking service was great and quite managed.

Overall experience was okay, however, food is a big part of how your stay goes. I went for my anniversary eve celebration, so I was not planning to go out of the room obviously, and took the package with all meals. But, the selection of menu, the taste was not at par with other properties of Taj. Most of the dishes were cold, and not attended properly. The dishes should be rotated regularly to keep them hot throughout, especially in winters. Apart from food, everything else was great! They sent us a beautiful cake for the midnight celebration, and also allowed us to check out late the next morning which was very thoughtful. So, full marks for hospitality. 👏

Great service and rooms with hot water and bath. Food options are varied, wifi in rooms and many tv channels for foreign travelers with kids. My son was very relaxed swimming in the 3 pools. Also, the spa massage is a must for the weary traveler.

Its Good Ambience is also amazing. But I'll prefer Le Meridian being honest it was wonderful staying there. Taj is also good but t some point i felt like Meridian was bit better the delhi one

They are truly the best in hospitality. Great service, food, rooms and overall ambience. They helped us a lot in finding our lost luggage and didn't even charge for delivering it to home which is 40kms away. I didn't expect such a good gesture. Will visit there again for business and personal purposes.

This is my first visit to this hotel, and I am delighted to be here. The level of service provided by the Ramada by Wyndham staff has impressed me. They were courteous, prompt, and attentive to all customers. When they go about their work, they are frequently cheerful and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I greatly appreciate their efforts to provide excellent service. Congratulations and keep up the good work. I will undoubtedly return

I went to Vivanta yesterday night at 2 am after a long flight and they turned me down and said they won’t accommodate me as I had a pet and when I showed them the online profile on google says they are pet friendly and that is why I had booked it. They refused it and said we won’t allow. Now, I understand hotel policies and all but they didn’t even try to move my booking to another hotel and expected me to do another booking at another hotel at 3 at night and pay RS 27,000 + taxes for the remaining night. They offered to pay refund but what good is that when I am stranded 3 am at night? The staff was upright rude, while they tried to make calls to check on prices but again if I had to pay more I would have done that already. Moreover, their staff would come and touch my pet without consent which is again very rude. A 5+ star hotel but 0 star hospitality.
