We checked out yesterday from this hotel. Must tell such a horrible experience. Booked over Oyo and got cheated. A dirty room for around 1700 Rs. We checked in at 7:30pm and had to catch a flight at 6am next day. We were given a room with blood stains all over the bedsheet and blanket cover, dirty pillow cover, dirty sofa, AC not colling,broken flush, broken shower, dirty comode,TV without network. when complained, bed sheet and pillow covers were changed but nothing others changed. We again complained and at 9:30pm another room was provided. It has broken fan regulator, super dirty comode, TV without network, dirty blanket cover. We complained but nothing changed. We had to use toilet at the airport next day, kept ac at 29 degree so that we don't need to take the blanket. not booking anything on Oyo ever,this is my third bad experience in last one year . They don't do any quality checking and rob people off money.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - not only with the hotel but even more with OYO! July 31, 2023 - After receiving a confirmation from Oyo on my booking with the full amount paid by me in advance, I reached this hotel in Mahipalpur (Delhi) in the morning. The hotel door was locked, with a notice outside that read 'Hotel is closed'. I called Oyo and asked for a refund. Oyo was unable to reach the hotel manager or even the area manager for an explanation. Yet, later on, Oyo claimed that I had checked in that night and checked out the next day, whereas I was actually not even able to enter the hotel! My refund has been denied even though Oyo has no proof of my 'so-called check in'. I have had 4 long calls with Oyo (none of them were able to reach the hotel manager over the phone), and they continue to claim that I had indeed checked in and out (whereas I have my air ticket as proof that I had already reached Mumbai at the claimed check in time!). And as per their 'policy' they cannot refund my money. I have had bad experiences with Oyo earlier, but this was the worst! It is shocking that a well known aggregator such as Oyo has turned out to be so unreliable and insensitive. I have decided to never use Oyo again, and I recommend the same to everyone.

I had booked in to another hotel, however they took me to this one, saying that the other one was closed. Probably all of them were on to it. The room was "alright" but not very clean. Not very good experience. Not very good place to stay. Nothing to do outside, due to the near busy road. I would not stay there again.

Money crazy people. I paid full online. Later when I went to Hotel and checked in they added some additional charges and asked me to pay the double amount compared to online price.not recommend at all.

The cost is super-low but stay at your own risk. This has bed-bugs. When I reached home I had to dip all my clothes, items, bags in water. There wasn't water to shower on the day we were leaving. The staff is okayish but does not bring the " wow" factor. They don't even try for it. Only saving grace is the location being close to the airport.

Pathetic service and billing is haphazard. I booked it through Brevistay for 12 hours for transit purpose as my flight got delayed. It was supposed be Rs.900 for 12 hours as mentioned by Breistay, and wanted to extend it by 4 hours due to flight delay for which the hotel charged me Rs.900 extra!! Apart from that ther me was no power for 6.5 hours in the morning starting from 10am till 4:30pm, you can't stay in the room as it was pitch dark and has no ventilation. I had literally stand outside, could not work. I hardly stayed at the room. Overall, it was an worst experience with this hotel.

Worst experience in oyo hotel in Delhi diamond suit. I have booked two days before, after we reached the hotel the front office staff are saying our booking price is very less so we're not allowed to stay if we have to stay we have to pay extra money . And customer service also very poor. They're are just scamers

Awful experience,took 1k more cash than tarrif, smelly room, cockroaches all there, third class people's, I spent all night awake. I booked after checking there review.they are all fake. Please do not make mistake going there.

Hi, The Hotel City Receptionist told me that no room is available in her hotel when I came to the hotel on 5th Jan, 2024 evening (mutually decided check in time). She then behaved in a very rude manner and also updated the hotel booking without my permission/consent and it showed up as an increased price of the hotel from the original Rs. 569.80 to Rs. 669.80 (both excluding taxes). I asked her about this as to why she did it, she then said yeah we don't have room so she did it. Then, she told me to follow a person who then took me to Hotel Marina https://maps.app.goo.gl/4PErS5P5yNnXGzmw8 and asked me to pay Rs 990 which is still higher than both prices mentioned earlier (bill attached) There I was given a room in a dirty condition (with bedsheets on blood), no proper wifi, no heating water, no soap in Hotel Marina. Unfortunately, I had no option other than to stay in that hotel since I had an international flight the next day. The Hotel City Lite manager therefore manually cancelled my booking so that I was not able to give a bad review about their hotel and also showed that I did not check in but it is completely untrue. Not coordinating with OYO for technical issues. Customers have to pay extra despite making the advance payment in full. OYO did not help at all despite spending hours in calls with them.

Worst place to stay. Location is very crowded. Narrow approach lane. Stinky corridor and rooms filled with cigarette smoke. In my room AC was very old and didn’t cool at all. TV was not connected could not be fixed, toiletries not provided and staff was rude when asked, Old tovel was provided when asked.

Very poorly maintained property, poor service. This place needs serious renovation. Our room's fan was not working and the guy told us to just spend the night without it🤣 I asked for wifi password thrice and each time they gave me wrong password, I just could not understand why would they do something like that. Never staying at this property ever again. Room had no ventilation, it's a shady place.

Worst service ever by any Company that has ever existed or has given services to any sector. Had booked an OYO Hotel 14919 Aerosky Palace where the Owner of the property denied room. He said there is room available but won't a lot the same to me. I tried to explain him its late in the night and I am tired due to travel. He still behaved rudely and said will not give room. This is pathetic service by OYO and its partner Hotels. Even in Hotel City Light had to wait 1 hour for Room. The Manager said they don't wait for OYO Customers as they are having only 22 rooms. I have not even got the REFUND for the Hotel Aerosky Palace till date !! I am sure one day OYO will cease to exist with this kind of Pathetic Service !!

Multiple issues were there. 1. We had to change the rooms. The bed in first room was full of bugs. No sunlight. Bad smell. 2. Brekfast quality was very bad. 3. Lift was not properly working. 4. One has to pay total amount at the time of enetring the property.

Extremely DIRTY !!!!!! customer service was very poor. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but on the second day one room was given to somebody else, towel was given wet. It was really horrible

Hotel experience is good. Cleanness maintained, staff was good. Only one suggestion, Hotels should keep sleepers in the room for guests.

Pathetic condition of room and hotel, no service dirty rooms dirty blanket and charges was high, dn know how they get hotel license to run a hotel. We were family and they dnt give breakfast when I complained the stupid female receptionist said you will dnt get a buffet in breakfast, sense less staff, dn waste money better to go any nearby gurudwara

The taps in the bathroom don't have handles. The intercom in the room had it's wires cut. Overall, it was only useful to sleep there. Poor bathroom hygiene.

Stayed here for one night in Oct 2023 as had a connecting flight the next day early morning. Lousy & horrible rooms, stinky toilets, stained bedsheets. Literally spent a night of horror in the hotel. Guys, please ignore the positive reviews which you see... all are manipulated possibly from the owners of the hotel. AVOID AT ANY COST.... STAYING OVERNIGHT IN THE AIRPOIRT IS BETTER ..... We were hoping for a decent few hours of stay before our connecting flight... Terrible linen, unknowledgeable staff, stinky toilets, pathetic mattresses , so called "air conditioners" not working properly (which needs to be switched on from outside the hotel room).. there are better places to stay in the neighborhood .... If you want a DOSE OF HORROR STAY go ahead.... This place is a SCAM....
