Hi,
The
Hotel
City
Receptionist
told
me
that
no
room
is
available
in
her
hotel
when
I
came
to
the
hotel
on
5th
Jan,
2024
evening
(mutually
decided
check
in
time).
She
then
behaved
in
a
very
rude
manner
and
also
updated
the
hotel
booking
without
my
permission/consent
and
it
showed
up
as
an
increased
price
of
the
hotel
from
the
original
Rs.
569.80
to
Rs.
669.80
(both
excluding
taxes).
I
asked
her
about
this
as
to
why
she
did
it,
she
then
said
yeah
we
don't
have
room
so
she
did
it.
Then,
she
told
me
to
follow
a
person
who
then
took
me
to
Hotel
Marina

and
asked
me
to
pay
Rs
990
which
is
still
higher
than
both
prices
mentioned
earlier
(bill
attached)
There
I
was
given
a
room
in
a
dirty
condition
(with
bedsheets
on
blood),
no
proper
wifi,
no
heating
water,
no
soap
in
Hotel
Marina.
Unfortunately,
I
had
no
option
other
than
to
stay
in
that
hotel
since
I
had
an
international
flight
the
next
day.
The
Hotel
City
Lite
manager
therefore
manually
cancelled
my
booking
so
that
I
was
not
able
to
give
a
bad
review
about
their
hotel
and
also
showed
that
I
did
not
check
in
but
it
is
completely
untrue.
I
got
the
bill
attached
from
the
receptionist
of
Hotel
Marina.
Please
check
it
and
refund
me
the
extra
amount.
