Worst place to stay even single day. We asked for water, but couldn't get. We asked for extra bed, they put mattress on floor. AC was leaking on bed. Totally closed room. Not a single window. Above all their behavior is so irresponsible. They didn't bother except amount you pay. Think about it. Poor

I also fell for the good recommendations on booking. These are for sure fakes. I just received a message that I reviewed this hotel with 9/10. I did nothing of this kind. I don’t know how they do it, but I would never review this hotel with this rate. It’s a mess. I didn’t expect much, it’s 10€ and close to the airport. I just needed it for 5 hours and a hot shower for a layover. But even my low expectations weren’t met and 5 hours is exact the amount of time I would stay there. It is in some shady side street 5 km away from the airport, no hot water, the rooms are dirty, floor was sticky, the shower handle came of when I turned it, the toilet seat was lose, the towel had huge holes and was of so questionable cleanliness that I rather dried myself of with my clothes. I did not dare to look under the sheets but decided to sleep in my sleeping bed inlay. Even better: the rooms have a huge window directly facing the inner courtyard where you have to walk to get to the rooms. Through this window you can directly see onto the bed. So everybody walking in the hotel could see into the room and the only shades were some curtains with cigarette holes. But the worst was that the whole night there were some shady guys talking, listening to music, kids were screaming, women shouting. Until 2 in the morning, directly in the inner court. I made sure 3 times that the door was locked. As a solo traveling woman I did not feel safe there. Only positive thing I can say about the hotel was that the staff was not exactly rude and helped me to find a taxi at 5:40 in the morning and at least I didn’t see any insects. Otherwise I can’t recommend.

One star for misleading customers. Actual property name is Skyview and location is not that good and it is not 500meter far from the airport rather 4.4km. Breakfast was very basic and bedsheet was with full of hairs.

This hotel is located in very narrow and scoopy area . When I reached in front of hotel. I was shocked. I was not able to see sun light in truly afternoon there . And hotel manager and customer service are vry rude . So I refused to go inside of hotel and immediate booked another hotel. This is my humble request to all working lady and single mother, plz don't choose this hotel. This is not safe .

I have never in my 50 yrs of life been to such a pathetic hotel. Cleanliness is not something which exists for them. ACs in the rooms are nothing but a wallart. When I reached the hotel the reception guys were down a couple of drinks and had a bottle and couple of glasses on the table next to the reception area. What a big mistake to have booked this place but it taught me a lesson that never go for the pictures they show in the hotel booking apps...it's not even anywhere close to the pics. The furniture and curtains were covered with a sheet of dust..."crazy" is the only word I think of !!

The hotel is situated in a small lane. It is not possible to drive up to the entrance so you will have to lug your luggage up (to be fair, the hotel staff will help you with that). The rooms smell of smoke. The TVs dont work. The air conditioners can start dripping water anytime. The rooms are congested and are not cleaned properly. There were empty cigarette packs under the bed. The bathrooms smell, there are cockroaches for company and no toileteries included. Tea was delivered in chipped cracked cups. The only redeeming factor is that it is somewhat close to the airport.

Worst experience, international travellers never book this hotel and avoid this area as these hotels are running a nexus. I did booking with this hotel and the airport driver took me to another hotel 50 metres away. Then whole drama 8:30pm in the night unfolded for me and my family. They should be fined and had it been another country police would be have been called. They shared the booking.com code and details with another hotel who has no online presence. Please avoid these cheap hotels they are par below basic standards forget about star rating.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Green Plaza hotel, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I noticed that everything was dirty and unkempt. The carpets were stained, the walls were scuffed, and the whole place had an unpleasant odor that resembled a gutter. To make matters worse, the staff at the hotel were extremely unresponsive. Whenever I needed something, I had to call them 10 to 15 times before they would even acknowledge my request. It was as if they didn't care about their guests at all. The room itself was no better. The bed linens were stained, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning was not working properly. I could barely sleep at night because of the uncomfortable conditions. Overall, my experience at Green Plaza hotel was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise against staying there. The dirty conditions and unresponsive staff make for a truly terrible experience.

Want to stay with Rats. Always welcome in this hotel. I would have given -1 as points. To poor hospitality. No towels given nor soaps. Hotel staffs non-cooperative. In a spooky area, avoid staying here if possible. Complimentary breakfast very basic not of standard. AVOID STAYING AT ALL COST.

Really bad hotel. Unfriendly and not at all helpful staff, dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom, A/C super loud and the worst thing was that a fake review on booking was made under my name. Please don't go there

Hotel rooms price is affordable rooms are clean good and room service good staffs behaviors well. It's location near Delhi Aerocity Metro Rail Station. Metro Rail Station is walking distance.

Worst hotel ever. The room was just so dirty the cupboard had dust particles all over it so I had to keep my bags on the bed. Ac had water dripping from it continuously even the room service was not proper as the phone was broken & you had to call on the employees personal number.

Good value for money for a one-night-stay near the airport. The staff is friendly and accomodating, but overall hygiene can be improved. It would be also advaisable to put a big sign at the entrance with the name of the hotel to make it more easily recognisable.

This place is the worst, also goes by the name of OYO 12171 Hotel Sky View. We checked in earlier today (up to the receptions discretion always to provide early check in) and they did. Great service, right?! NOPE! For 4 hours we were calling reception to let them know that there’s NO WATER. They kept telling us 20 mins, 20 mins, 20 mins….. for FOUR HOURS. We ended up calling booking.com and they said we still had free cancellation so we opted for that choice as there was still no water. Since we paid at reception, we told by booking.com that reception would facilitate the refund but they refused. After we canceled, they went up to our room and checked and the issue was in fact our room. The receptionist, Shubham is extremely unhelpful and disinterested in life and his job. He made us call the owner, Indrajeet Kumar and he refused to give us a full refund claiming we were in the room for 4 hours already. We are all currently sitting in the lobby, and when we left our room, the bathroom toilet was still not flushing. It was close to 2:30 pm. Booking.com has stated that they will refund us, if the property does not refund within 5 days. Hopefully Booking.com will do the right thing and remove this property from their roster. This place is trash- DO NOT STAY.

First of all this is not 3 star hotel . Rooms are not good quality. Even not clean. I saw rats in my room. Overall I would not book this hotel in future.

We stayed for a night with dinner and morning breakfast we really enjoyed the food and clean room.
