One of the worst hotel of Mathura. I stayed here for 2 days. It’s a old run down building which has lost its charm. Rooms are small, smelly and will have plenty of others problems like TV or AC not working. Bad attitude staff and horrible food and service. My entire family had stomach issue after having their food. Last but not least it’s expensive and their are far more better hotel in this price range.

Two stars - 1 for location (the place is situated right next to the market and the train station); another for the relatively affordable price. Aside from that, the hospitality we received was below average - the hosts refused us WiFi passwords initially and weren’t accommodating. The rooms were old and less furnished. There was also no hot water available. If you’re looking for a cheap place to overnight, this is a good option. Otherwise, you’d probably want to look into other options.

Just pathetic. I'd stayed here back in 2018. Room allotted had shattered mirror. Unclean floor and the bathroom was below average.

It is centrally located in Paharganj just across New Delhi railway station. It is also very close to Connaught Place and Ramkrishna Mission Ashramshram Metro. One gets homely atmosphere during one's stay here. Rooms are decent at a reasonable cost. Although it doesn't have a kitchen of its own, many good quality and affordable restaurants are in the neighbourhood. The management is very helpful and staff are courteous. Recommended for those who seek homely stay outside home.

It is totaly waste of time i stayed here in june month there was not any qualified staff they have not any basic amenities like drinking water,room service and others. Airconditioner of room was totaly dismantle and not in working condition.

Good hotel. Value for money. Fantastic service. Most importantly, the staff are very good. Well behaved and helpful.

Hotel is very good. Near New Delhi Railway Station. Basic Room, neat and clean and staff is very nice.

So near to New Delhi Railway station and R K Ashram marg metro station. With a cheaper price!!
