4/5 star at the price of 2 star. It is exactly what you’d expect from the pictures, if not better. Their no frills approach and minimal design is outstanding. The attention to detail they’ve put in is usually seen only in 5 star hotels. (For example - simplifying the light switch board by giving just two switches - one to turn off all lights, the other to turn on the bed lamp) Of course, to accommodate for such quality they’ve had to compromise on space of the rooms, but that seems to be the whole point. No frills accommodation for solo/business travellers who just need a super clean place to sleep. Would you choose a poorly maintained spacious room or an excellent tiny room.

Value for money. They have the best mattress, the best linen, excellent shower & shower gel etc in wash rooms. The only negative Is their laundry which takes 3 days to return. If they improve that, they will be the best in the category.

I've stayed in accommodation in several Indian cities, and this was one of the best! Such a gem in the heart of Delhi. Ideally located between New Delhi and Old Delhi (you can get to each in less than 20 mins). The staff are all exceedingly friendly, welcoming and helpful without exception, while also being non-intrusive. The hotel itself is a lovely little oasis, belied by the busyness of the street it's on, centred around a bright courtyard. Very clean, modern design, and everything was working in the room. Filtered water, plus tea and coffee points on each landing. And the buffet breakfast was great too - catering to all tastes. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Delhi.

    1. Superior bed, linen, cleanliness and staff for the price category. 2. Room was small, but one didn't expect it to be anything else. 3. Consumables such as shampoo and body wash were extremely harsh and seemed to have strong chemical content. I'm sure it can't impact cost that much if one was to provide better quality. 4. Power point for charging was only one. That is a bit thoughtless. 5. The WC was already cramped and then the toilet paper holder was exactly at knee height making it extremely uncomfortable. To make things worse, the only space available for the dustbin was adjacent to the pot. Again, poor planning particularly since the concept is of frugality. 6. Despite all this would I stay here again? Definitely, if the location and budget are definers. Certainly, the best and safest in this category and this area.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. very clean and the rooms were fresh. The restaurant needs improvement. The breakfast served at the hotel was not so good, neither were the varsity of items nor was the quality of item.

Nice budget hotel just a walk away from New Delhi railway station. The room was small, as expected, but it was packed with amenities and facilities. The staffs were good too, especially Mr. Srinijay at the front desk was very cooperative and needs special mention. The breakfast was quite average tbh, but the for the price you'll pay, it is alright. It is good option for those who are traveling alone and need to stay near the station.

Rooms are not spacious. Amenities are really less. No table nor a chair in the room. But neat and clean. Costly too

Location wise the hotel is at good place and reachable from most locations, but the area around the hotel is very mass area. Charges are very high in the hotel and dont even think of buying anything from restaurant from your pocket (I have been charged 150/- INR for one coffee - Never in my dream I would think of having such costly coffee with utter bad taste). The hotel people does the Room servicing without any intimation(some idiotic policy they have). They dont even bother if someone is there in the room or someone is having some private time in rooms. I did not like the cleaning staff touching my stuff and clothes during this time of Covid. ALMOST ALL THE STAFF HAVE THE MASTER KEY TO YOUR ROOMS (So dont think you can have your privacy), and I have seen anyone can come in to your room. Dont even think of having a good Breakfast, the taste is so utterly bad with very limited options and disappoints you at the start of the day itself. I would not recommend this hotel if you are thinking of having a good time with your Spouse. Visit only if it is a company visit and sponsored by your company. The review I gave is not only for this specific hotel, but for the Bloomrooms franchise.

Pros 1. Rooms are near and clean. 2. Location is a big plus. Hotel is extremely near to the NDLS railway station, I had an early morning train, I was able to reach station within 5 minutes by walking 3. Tea coffee is available 24 hours. Cons 1. Rooms are quite small. Suitable for a quick 1 day layover at best Did not have any food at the hotel so cannot comment. They allow outside food and provided us with plates. Overall a 4 star, deducting one for the small rooms.

Very nice and modern place to stay. Room are little bit small but overall vibe of the room is amazing. Rooms are well lighted and very clean but if you want some space where you can walk or you can have a conversation with friends then you should go for bigger rooms.

Pros: 1. Location is just opposite to New Delhi railway station 2. Great cleanliness and maintained rooms 3. Behaviour of staff was gentle 4. All amenities available for a business traveller (ample charging points) 5. Outside food is available, which is good being a business traveller I had to keep the fooding under budget. Cons: 1. Rooms are small for 2 person 2. Lack of windows/ no windows, people having claustrophobic symptoms should avoid 3. AC working slow (mostly like coolers) 4. Requested a plate/ dish which was not given, although it's at 10.30 pm (reason being given of closed restaurant) Overall if you're traveling alone and need to access New Delhi station or government offices, you could definitely keep this as your choice.

Very clean and aesthetic plus in super close proximity to the railway station. The minimalist aesthetic however means that certain amenities are lacking - like just one power point in the entire room, lack of any ventilation in some of the rooms and the bloomroom cushion is almost always dirty. Despite that the service is great and prompt, and the place is a bang for your buck!

The Room is very Neat and Clean. And is so close to the New Delhi railway station and Connaught place that its easy to anytime go for good food also. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. They also let us keep the luggage in their Reception after check out and took care of it till we came back. Its like studio apartment size rooms - plain simple and Neat.

Bloomrooms impressed me with its perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The staff's hospitality was top-notch, the room was a tranquil haven, and the sustainable practices were a refreshing touch. A delightful stay in the heart of the city! Highly recommended.

    1. Standard rooms are small but neat and clean , effective space utilization observed within room 2. All staffs are very prompt, address issues immediately 3. Surrounding location is crowded one but this hotel is at the corner, very first hotel on arakashan road, good options for food on Arakashan road

Very clean room, nice and helpful staff. Balcony on rooftop with view. Clean hotel with a relaxing inner patio. The area is rather agitated, but this is what you must expect in the proximity of the main rail station. Beware of scams around the station. People will stop you and try to redirect you to other hotels, saying the area is bad, lie about trains being out of order, direct you to a tourist office to replan your journey in India etc. Do not trust them, even if they look serious. Just go to the hotel. Only talk to officials at desks. There are also a couple of good restaurants around

Wow! Bloomrooms exceeded all expectations. When we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Very service minded staff speaking great english. Rooms were quite small which is no problem for me. One of the biggest pros with this hotel is that it is VERY hygienic. Fresh smell in the room, working AC, flawless bedsheets and all the accomedies you need. The area is quite noisy which we expected so might be a good idea to bring earplugs. The hotel is very close to a lot of tourist attractions which we loved. Great value, would definitely stay here again!

We were a senior couple in our 60s and 70s traveling together for 3 nights. It was right near Delhi station. We could hear the train whistle and the sounds were varied and nostalgic. It is a noisy district, but once you step into the hotel, there is a common space in the middle of the atrium with chairs and tables where you can relax in peace The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and I would definitely use the hotel again if the opportunity arises. Thank for your hospitality

I recently stayed at Bloom Room Hotel, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were top-notch, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped amenities. The team's hospitality was exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. It's a perfect blend of comfort and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Really liked this hotel and the staff. Kind tourism guy in the foyer, excellent breakfast, nice design, clean and cute. It was also good value. I recommend. The surrounds are not great so don’t expect anything and the walk to metro and airport line is better in a tuk tuk but the juice bar across the road was good, so were the momos. Stroll to connahaut via a mass of interesting local food outlets. I’d happily stay here again

Nice clean and spacious rooms near Paharganj. Close to railway station and metro. Food options too were good with Idly and Vada options which you do not get in Delhi otherwise easily. Room was clean and spacious. Hot water was available always. Nice AC too. Staff were friendly and helped with luggage storage as well

Recently stayed at Bloomrooms, and it was outstanding! Impeccably clean rooms, tasteful decor, and thoughtful amenities made for a comfortable retreat. The restaurant surpassed expectations with a diverse menu, exquisite flavors, and artful presentation. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail added to the overall positive experience.

The rooms were clean and tidy. There's Hot water for 24 hours. The area is a little unsafe as it is closer to the railway station. Rooms could use some ventilation. Good Breakfast 😊

The staff is helpful and attentive to our needs. While on the map it shows that the hotel is near delhi railway station and metro, you'll need to walk through an overpass which may take about 10-15min as there is no shortcut. The roads aren't particularly clean as well so do take note for those carrying luggage. Rooms are clean and cosy (albeit a little small) so we would recommend a stay here if you're on a budget.

I really liked staying here. The staff is very professional and the room was just as I expected it to be. Breakfast service is totally good as well. The staff offered help whenever needed. They were very kind and polite. Breakfast options where numerous and delicious! Cleanliness was excellent too.

Simple, clean rooms with pleasing decor and AC, providing your own little solace. Staff were friendly and very helpful, location meant easily accessible to sights of Delhi. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we weren’t troubled by the noise.

Having found so many false offerings in Dehli, it was nice to find somewhere that was reliable and true to its own advertising. It was advised to us by an expat living in India who goes to Delhi often so we were rather confident it would be ok. Rooms are small but do the job, beds are comfortable and it is clean and secure from the bustle outside. Good location if you wish to be in the action part of the city. Breakfast is great and a nice start to the day - highly recommended. Staff are helpful and polite. Was nice each day to walk back into a safe and secure location.

A clean and no-frill hotel in a good location at affordable price. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby and Connaught Place is quickly reachable by taxi. The hotel staff are really helpful, polite and approachable, they made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast food is simple but yet sufficient and hearty. If cleanliness is important to you, then this hotel is highly recommended.

Central location very close to New Delhi Railway, Connaught Place and also Old Delhi. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were supported in the airport transfer and other small things. Rooms were okay, Wi-Fi is working well, negative was only that the air in the room was very wet. Area around the hotel is very lively and loud, if you are in India for the first time, you will get to know the country in a very extreme way. All in all good value for money, would come back.

Great rooms for the price, well set out, comfy beds and good shower. Helpful staff and tea/coffee/water refills in the corridor. Central location but noisy and traffic often at a standstill when arriving/leaving.

Room is clean and quiet from outside. Check-in and check-out experience is great. The rooms are designed on modern theme which is nice but they lack some essential things like floor mat, bucket. Hot water and tea/coffee is available 24 hours. Overall the experience is very good.

Booked a room for my spouse for 5 says as she had some official work in Delhi. Needed to extend the stay for another day however the person who received the call was not that keen help instead was more into scripted replies. Mentioned that the upgraded double room will cost us 1650 and the same room will cost us 1800. He himself was confused with the amount that needs to be paid for extended stay and was in hurry to disconnect the call. Don't know about hotel services but the person on call support was least concerned about listening to query and helping me out and instead was in great rush to disconnect the call. Unprofessional approach I must say.

Nice budget hotel. Rooms are small but adequate for solo bagpackers. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance from New Delhi railway station and Metro. Wifi is superb. Any given day it is better than those low cost slum type hotels in this area. Loved it.

If you're okay with minimalistic living, which personally I'm a big fan of, then look no further! The best bargain for buck that you'll get in Paharganj! And if you have any plans to travel in train, it's just few meters away to New Delhi railway station. It's convenient, cozy and budget friendly!

This hotel is one of the best hotel If someone is traveling for their business trip. It's clean, cozy and very comfortable. The meal provided is really good especially the breakfast. The staff is really supportive and really takes good care of the residents. The atmosphere inside the hotel is really calm and offers privacy. The service is available 24Γ—7. Overall it was really a good hotel and definitely if I'm coming back to Delhi, I'm staying here again. Thank you Team Bloomroom for such good hospitality.

This hotel have my heart. Nyc ambience with theme yellow. Which will attract you more. All time hot water service with free tea & coffee 24hrs. Very well maintained & cleaned. They have bunk bed facility as well. Best option for solo travelers.

Rooms are very small for couple and there were insects in the bathroom as u can see in the pictures. Property was clean as compared to hotels in Paharganj. Lack to space .If you have more than two stroller than hardly any space is left to walk. I personally like the chill area .

  • 5/5 Imogen R. 1 year ago on Google
Recommended for solo travellers or anyone needing a convenient stay for New Delhi Station. The rooms were clean, with everything you would need for a short stay. A 400m walk from the station, which even as a solo woman I felt okay doing. They also organised me a taxi in the morning to the airport which felt safe. Rooms were small so a longer stay might feel more cramped.

  • 4/5 Vipin M. 2 years ago on Google
Room is small but properly maintained with colourful ambience. Location is very near to railway station. Food is too expensive for this budget hotel. Two cup tea around 170/- inr. I think this should be less as per Budget Hotel. Also management needs little KT to handle customer with proper manner.

I took queen size room which was so small, there was no side table to keep your luggage. Room has only bed in it only that much space is there. Bathroom was clean and nice. I paid rs 3000 for early check in at 8 AM and i think in this much price there will be better options. Regarding TV, no good channels are there, so you cant pass time in room. Only one plug to charge your things. No light over dressing table. Location is nice for those who wants hotel near NDLS railway station.

Clean Rooms, Basic amenities, Safe environment, Helpful staff, Decent food, Great and Professional staff. What more can I say. I am regular business traveller coming into Delhi and using the hotel room only for sleeping and for me comfort and clean rooms are a must go to. this property has changed my perception of staying near the railway station at New Delhi.

  • 5/5 Pranjal D. 1 year ago on Google
One of the best value for money, or can say reasonably priced among good hotels for business travel. Really convenient from New Delhi Station and very neat and clean. Doesn't have a pinch of feel of street below once inside.

  • 5/5 Ashwin J. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are rather small and did not have a cupboard/wardrobe. But that aside, they have a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful staff and a nice enough cafe that serves breakfast. A no outside guest policy is a plus as only guests have access beyond the reception. I'd definitely stay again.

I only stayed in this hotel one night and I enjoyed it. It has a very trendy mood, like backpackers type hostel with privacy of a hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is great and inspiring! They have food services that are rather pricey, but if you are looking for budget good food - just step outside and you will walk into a world of Indian street food. The only reason why I took a star off is because they didn't have our room ready in the morning (to be fair, their check in time is 2pm). We had to wait for a few hours in the cafe that was rather smelly and not maintained well. Eventually we got our room at 10am, which was good! The rooms are very minimalistic and compact. If you are looking for a spacious place with great views - keep looking. Otherwise, this place is good for a quick stop over or if you are on a budget. Stay safe, be safe!

This is a beautiful hotel. Very Very Clean(Trust me when I say this, This is the first thing I notice in hotels). The staff is accommodating. Very Cozy rooms and continuous hot water supply. I think it had everything. JUST PERFECT.

Room was very neat and clean. Hospitality was very good. We forgot to take our toothbrush and paste. When we requested, it was promptly provided. Also shaving kit was provided. Breakfast was good! My wife had a sprain, and within 2 minutes ice was provided. One staff - Roshan was so courteous, he even gave a pain killer spray to use and keep it with us. Thanks Roshan!πŸ™πŸ»

A decent hotel in the very busy center just next to the train station. Rooms are quiet small but clean and comfortable, they provide drinking water and good airport pick up at around 1400 , good communication and very helpful staff. Maybe its a little pricey but if you arrive in chaotic india for your first time go for it, a reliable and safe place to start your trip.

Thanks to the team we had a perfect stay! We spent 4 nights, not in row and each time the hospitality was on the top. Thank you Patik, our regular night receptionist! More than clean room, soft sheets, hot water at any time, great breakfast. All the team is smiling, helpful and adorable When returning in Delhi we stay definitely here.

Bloomrooms in New Delhi exceeded all my expectations! The cozy rooms, impeccable service, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The vibrant decor and cleanliness added to the overall charm. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the city. The Bloomroom is a decent three-star option for those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The friendly staff, clean accommodations, and convenient location make it a suitable choice for travelers on a budget. While there is room for improvement, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
