Myself and three friends stayed a night here on the 17th of Jan. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom was foul with urine and hair strewn over most of the surfaces. Bathmat and door mat looked like they had never seen a washing machine in their lifetime. The sheets were also questionable as to if they had been changed since the last visitor as they had hair all through them as well. There was what looked to be homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. The front door of the hotel was less than secure being held shut with a steel bar between the doorhandles. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

Not very gud hotel, just an average hotel, very far from the karol bagh metro station, got the booking from oyo@830 but the receptionist refused to accept the price and told me to pay 999₹, said it is not oyo property and oyo is offering tariff and offers to get the customers, not with rude behaviour though, actually iam bit satisfied with him as you dont get the hotel for couple with not less than 1k. Mini fridge was not working, walls were ok, ac was also gud and cooling temperature quickly, badsheet was ripped and dirty, bathroom sanitary ware was old and dirty but working. Led tv was ok but very less channels on network and i think that matters as long as you are planning to stay with your partner. And there was this loud noise of drilling not sure weather it was from the hotel or from the neighbor but it was irritating as F, wish you don't get that during your stay. Staff behaviour was ok, Thanks.

I have been to Hotel De Gold when I had gone for the sight seeing of the Capital of India , The New Delhi , I am very much satisfied and enjoyed my stay at hotel de gold , every thing in the hotel was fine and what I felt bad is there was a hot water problem in our room , every day the plumber comes and checks it ,but it became normal the next day except this issue this hotel de gold us an amazing Hotel.

Worst experience ever. Unhygienic rooms and unprofessional staff . The desk manager asked for physical I'd proof and argued with us for digital I'd . He insulted is by saying that hotel me aate ho toh physical I'd kaise nahi late. Also they turn off the ac at midnight by saying that 'unit ka price badh gaya hai toh sabka ac band kar dete hai ' Please do not waste your money as they do not respect their guests.

Service was extremely poor.. staff was not helpful and arguing all the time ..they switch off the ac in midnight highly not recommended...don't visit this hotel... Don't waste your money ...unhygienic bathrooms and toilet... extreme level noice...zero rating..👎

Worst service rude and adament staff. No hot water only warm available for bathing. Open switch sockets risky for kids, cigarette smell in corridor and lift. Untidy bathroom without health faucets and wash basin tap is like water sprinkler. No correct flow. Choose at your own risk.

This hotel is ok and have good manager like Mr. munna, but rest staff of waiter and house keeping are useless and rude. They have problem of basic hygiene, like unclean linen, bedsheet, quilt in all rooms, even small flying insect in rooms and bathroom, need fumigation, in dept cleaning, even in night some insect bite and itching in bed and quilt. we changed 3 rooms, but got same issue. Hotel need renovation badly. Even i don't know how oyo list such hotel and specially for corporate booking at such high rate. Why can't oyo do regular inspection of such hotel and specially take action against there captain and oyo manager who give ok to this hotel, to work in such conditions. Oyo should stop fooling people with edited photos on app. And i suggest people should opt for other like fab hotel or other applications for corporate booking at such high rates. Because most oyo hotel in delhi are like this only.

They made me rate them 5 star during checkout. This is my new rating. I stayed in 3 bed suite. Booked through OYO. The hotel portrays themselves as a very fine hotel. Although the rooms are good, the amenities are not good. The bathroom looks good but the shower is placed at an awkward position making it hard to shower. The room I stayed in had no AC remote. The staff behavior wasn't really welcoming. The food was stale and exorbitantly priced. Not recommended.

Pros - 1. No unnecessary harassment which is common in India. 2. Ac was working great. 3. Washroom was clean and functional. 4. Reception was seemingly friendly. Cons - 1. Rats in the room. 2. Burn holes on bed sheet 3. They insist you to not order outside food and they don't have restaurant. They got my food packed from outside and charged me double for it. 4. Location is bit interior. Cabs do little nakhra in coming or dropping here.

Do not book a room in this hotel. Extremely poor. The beds were bad, blankets pillows dirty, geasar was not working and worst part no wifi either. The staff is so arrogant rude and have no value for customers. After all the flaws and poor service they provide no water either and basic water bottles are charged with no prior information and you will know only the minute you check out. Absolutely the worst. They are bothered only in making money with 0 service.

Half a star rating hotel. Lousy manager, untrained staff. Extremely dirty and uncleaned room. A very unpleasant experience. Never ever book your room here.

Good Location. Supportive staffs but cleanliness was not up to the mark wherein rooms were expensive though!

The staff is very co-operative and well behaved. They went out of the way to make my stay very pleasant. Also the reception staff is very nice and facilitative. Food is nice and rooms are clean too.

Totally different from the photos shown on Fab Hotels webpage. Not a good option to stay with family. Many people were smoking inside, even though No smoking boards were placed. Not a place to stay with family, non professional staff behaviour.

Room basic amenities tea coffee were missing need a room freshners as room were close and air conditioner were not working as the booking doesn't cover ac .

FAB Hotel De Gold is very Bad, not sure why FAB is promoting this hotel. This needs to be delisted with immediate effect. The services are extremely poor. They have given room to other customer despite the advance payment of the room rent is paid 24 hours well in advance. Food they brought from nearby roadside stalls which is non hygienic. I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel.

Worst experience.... I recently booked a room through Agoda in Delhi, and I must say that the experience was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that there were significant issues that needed immediate attention. The room was infested with cockroaches, which is not only unsightly but also a serious hygiene concern. The mattress was torn and in such a deplorable condition that it was impossible to have a comfortable night's sleep. A foul odor permeated the room, making it difficult to stay for any extended period. Adding to the list of problems, there was a noticeable leakage issue on one of the walls, and the floor was disgustingly dirty. The fan in the room made constant, irritating noises, making it impossible to relax, and the outdated AC unit seemed barely functional, providing no relief from the oppressive Delhi heat.

Do not stay in this hotel. Booked hotel through fab hotels but reception said they do not honor committenents made by either by fab agent ir sime body else at reception. Toilet were badly maintained and divertors not working. Food will only be served after 3o minutes. Phone wire cut by rats 🐀. Rude reception staff.

Had worst experience here. Rooms were hardly matching the price they took , AC didn't work (they took extra charges of an AC room with a non working AC). Had to ask several time for water . Service was not good at all. Bed sheets were white but really unclean .

The room portrays itself as an affiliation with fab hotel. The ambience is nothing what is expected from fab hotels. Either fab hotels standard has gone down or the entire thing is a sham. I just stayed there because if i canceled it, i would have to pay full rent.

The rooms are poorly maintained with lot of small coxkroaches on the bed and around cot the moment U off the light they will be on your bed. The toilet was very dirty and the room is very poorly maintained

Comparing to room, the price was high and vice versa. TV was having only selected channels with low quality (no YouTube, Netflix, or any internet connection was available in it), TV remote was stubbornly working. Windows were making us uncomfortable as behind it there was a congested old colony and thanks to AC (which was also not working) it was flowing. Also, the hotel is in congested area, general vehicles such as e rikshaw or auto don't go there, unless you go in reserve. (Although, you can find after doing good amount of wait and hard communication with those vehicles <may be>). In a nutshell, hotel exterior was looking decent and clean, even reception and rooms were clean too in okaish way, so, you can consider it but the price is really high comparing to the room and service. (Paid 1600 that too after discount)

Do not go by the reviews. FabHotels should delist this hotel. Not at all a 3 star hotel like hotel. The rooms, quality of service was very average like a Rs 700-800 hotel. No drinking water provided for free as mentioned + no AC remote + no breakfast buffet like in other FabHotels inspite of payment, i was told you can order only 1 dish for free + Bedsheets were not very clean + Dirty floors. Bottom line - I regretted paying Rs 1500 for a day for this very average hotel room- do not expect a 3 star like feel.

Pathetic rooms with No wifi, No hot water and unqualified and unbearable receptionist. They charge GST without any bill if you pay via UPI. You can imagine the literacy level.

Worst hotel in karolbagh...at the time of booking they say some prices and after billing they increase the prices of the room...the hotel staff is always ready to argue...the toilets are unhygenic ..no light...no geyser...in the room all the furniture is destroyed ....the ac didn't had the remote...during midnight the ac are switched off....they dint even clean the room daily..neither they changed the bedsheets daily....

The room where we stayed was not clean. I asked for the bathroom bucket and mug replacement and not successful. Enenthough we booked for 3 ppl but there was no extra bed . They did not provided milk for my kid. They gave only 2 coffee. We paid 160 rs for the 2 milk. I would say this hotel is not good for family.
