Worst
hotel
experience
till
now
in
my
life.
No
ambience,
no
maintenance
and
no
service
from
the
staff.
They
don't
want
better
customers
who
books
the
hotel
in
advance
and
stay.
They
need
only
"customers
who
stay
for
a
while
and
go".
I
have
booked
room
in
advance,
but
when
i
reached
with
utter
difficulty
at
late
night
(as
the
route
is
soooo
narrrow,
that
an
auto
cannot
get
in),
they
say
that
your
booking
is
cancelled
and
we
are
not
taking
any
customers
now
thro
OYO.
App
shows
that
my
OYO
booking
is
still
on.
Tried
to
sort
the
thing
between
OYO
and
Service
manager
of
hotel,
but
the
Manager
spoke
rude
to
the
OYO
manager
and
said
he
cannot
take
any
bookings
from
OYO.
OYO
executive
was
kind
enough
to
try
some
other
hotels
to
accommodate
me
but
couldn't
find
one.
Meanwhile
Noble
DX
hotel
manager
suggests
me
that
'cancel
ur
booking
from
OYO,
I
ve
only
one
room
left
vacant
and
I
can
give
dat
for
you
for
our
hotel
rate'.
I
dint
have
other
option
but
to
cancel
and
stay
der
fr
a
day.
Shocking
thing
is
that
the
room
is
small
and
lousy.
TV
was
actually
broken
and
tied
to
wall
hook
so
that
it
wouldn't
fall
off.
Bed
sheet
was
full
of
stains.
I
spent
a
horrible
night
der
and
checked
out
d
other
day.
I
asked
for
water
and
no
body
turned
up
to
d
room.
When
i
enquired
abt
d
same
in
d
morning,
i
heard
a
shocking
reply
from
the
service
boy
that
"there
is
no
water
in
the
hotel."
I
couldn't
post
dis
review
in
OYO
website
as
my
order
is
cancelled,
i
just
want
to
warn
people
who
just
get
attracted
to
d
reasonable
rates
shown
in
d
website
and
may
book
this
hotel
which
is
not
at
all
recommended.
