Ilift eok gym has a well maintained hygiene, great ambience, new equipment & helpful coaches. Taking personal training from Luv Ahuja and after only a few sessions I can see good results in myself.

I had a disappointing experience at the gym. The receptionist's communication skills could use improvement, and found the management to be rather arrogant. Despite being a cult member, I was informed of an additional fee for sauna use, which was not outlined in their terms and conditions. It was quite frustrating!
