Nice shop too much cooperative and easy to buy

We went on new year 2023, it was well decorated. We took chhole bathura and dosa, chhole bathure was delicious, dosa was average and expensive. Right on highway with ample parking.

Good food. Spacious ambience. Courteous staff. Value pricing. Recommended.

Not a worth to eat here I ordered special thali 1. Serving plate was very poor quality 2. Rice was not fresh 3.for drinking water, Instead of glase - small tea paper cup was served Not as the same as other bikanervala I visited earlier

• In the area of fresh glasses, a staff member dropped a clean glass on the floor and instead of putting it in the sink, he picked it up and place it back along the clean glasses! • I went to buy dal makhani and two tawa rotis, and my goodness, it was the worst dal makhani I've eaten, and I had to eat because it cost 317 rupees!! If only I would have known the small amount they give and its horrible taste, I would've save my money and go to buy better food elsewhere that would've actually worth that amount of money.

Good place to eat and spend time. There are variety of food items like dosa, vada pav, pav bhaji from South India, rotis, dals from North India , Chinese, and other tasty dishes. They also serve hot chocolate, cappuccino, coffees etc. at not to expensive prices.

If u get dosa packed,then do check for chutney and sambhar because staff there usually forget keeping these items.

Poor service, rude staff and stupid manager best recipe to put mud on the name of bikaneerwala. Please don’t visit if you want to eat in peace.

Too many staff members, but service standard is zero. They dont have respect at all for customers, they just continue their personal arguments in front of customers. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

If star below 1 then it would be that Scar on the brand bikanervala Pathetic, unhygienic, staff coughing and serving, insects all around Haldiram far better in terms of hygiene

Food was not warm, we had Gajar Halwa & Veg Burger, aaloo patty was cold, Tea was also average. I was expecting good food 😕

Pretty bad experience. For the sake of cold coffee with ice cream there was no sugar added also the ice cream felt like sand without sugar. This place needs to shut down.

Bad service nd waste of money. Even there sweets are not fresh and also they provide taste less sweets.

This is not specific to this Bikanerwala but all the branches. This is a self service restaurant we have take water ourselves but the water glasses are so small you have to getup multiple times. This is very annoying. I hope management looks into this . All the food is prepared at a central place and is just reheated in the restaurant. This food tastes stale and the presentation is also not very pleasant. Using disposable container, why? Bikanerwala is such a big brand can't they afford plates. U don't know the manegement will read or not. I have shared this experience on there site also . But got no response.

Bit costlier after kisaan aandolan and quality of sweets also comprised a bit.

Everything is gud be a taste , service or ambiance but major problem is there ac is not working. And it's impossible to sit in summer ☀️. In restaurant.

Decent for a quick bite. Nothing too great. Parking is abundant and free.

Good restaurant, but Self service is there. You have to go counter to counter to collect the order. Taste of Daal makhani is awesome.

It was a highly expensive place with no facilities at all . There was no working air conditioner in the hot weather and also the quantity of food is too less as compared to its price . Staff is negligible as used plates were still on all the tables after the customers have left . Overall bad experience

Well, it's not much crowd over there even low staffing but there is a guy name Amandeep I think he is the manager over here, he is very good in behaviour and helpful too. I came with my old parents he treat them very well and so nicely. Service them on table. Really appreciate his behaviour and Staff.

Great service. Good food and it is the only place where i caould say that yes bikanerwala here makes good food. I lack the feeling of taste anywhere else.

Everything is very bad even staff didn't care about customer reviews. He said everything accordingly company standard they don't allow to sever proper crockery for having there food.

There is a great difference between food quality and price. I visited this three time every time their food was bellow beverage and price are higher then nearby reatraunts.

Worst place, pathetic experience. Paid ₹100 more then the price of gulab jamun in milk point and still got what? Excessively absorbed sugar syrup in gulab jamun with a pathetic taste.

Great for snacks. Not recommended for major meals. Charges are high but quantity of food served is small. So we need to order large numbers which is very cumbersome.

The quality was good! But costly I took two lassi and they took 200 rupees from me .

I wish i can give ZERO star to this Bikanervala outlet. **Poor Service ( No staff to serve on tables ) **Poor Quality ( Not like Bikanervala Delhi Outlets ) **Dirty & Sad Environment ( Dim lights , Untidy Tables ) **Mostly items are Out of Stock ( Sweet dish, Chinese dishes, etc are out of stock all the time ) **Mismanagement ( You have to wait 40-50minutes even you want to eat just single plate of dosa, Not due to high customer crowd because there is no customers ) **Yes they can serve spoiled food with full confidence and If you complain they will say " This is due to high masala fragrance " 😂 I will not recommend this bikanervala to anyone.
